Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, was mit ihm passiert sei oder wer für ihn zuständig sei, haben wir nur schwammige und nichts sagende Antworten erhalten. Auch ein Schreiben, welches auf sein Zustand hinweist wollte man uns nicht aushändigen. Daraufhin haben wir nach dem Besitzer des Hundehotels gefragt. Dieser kam nach ca. 15 min. Er fuhr mit uns zum Arzt, dieser teilte mit, dass die offene Schnauze von den Gitterstäben kam, genau das was der Besitzer vehement von vornherein abgestritten hat. Unser großer wurde behandelt, die Arztkosten sowie die Kosten für die Pension wurden zurückerstattet. Allerdings macht es nicht das wieder gut, was unserem großen dort passiert ist. Wir wissen nicht genau was dort in den 4 Tagen passierte, aber alles deutet daraufhin, dass man sich nicht um ihn gekümmert hat, wofür eigentlich das Hundehotel zuständig ist. Nie wieder Hundehotel. Danke für nichts.
