Beautiful hotel, nice room.. nice breakfast. Only there were allot of insects in my room ( not bedbugs ) and the shower let's all the water loose on the ground ... It's has a wellness but not open due corona I think

Clean and quiet. The most important thing for me when looking for a hotel is cleanliness and privacy. This place is really quiet and clean. It is kinda old-school like having a (traditional) key, instead of card-key, etc, but it doesn't quite matter to me. One minor thing is the location of it. Good experience overall. Thanks.

Very nice reception, even at 03:45 (AM) check in. Rooms were very clean. Or bed was very hard in our opinion. Our friends which got comfort rooms said they had very soft beds in normal sized rooms. We got a spacious junior suite with big bathroom (toiled, bidet, bathtub and shower), tables, couch, TV and access to nice shared outdoor area which also directly led to the breakfast hall. The breakfast buffet was plenty and tasted very good. Fresh coffee and juice got us started. Products in low quantity were filled up promptly without anyone needing to ask. Enjoyed the stay.

Had a wonderful stay here, very comfortable and modern rooms and beds. Helpful staff, a great beergarden, and the location is nice, right next to the city park. The restaurant is also fantastic.

Great find for it amazing restaurant. They offer gourmet weekends with 4- 8 course meals with wine pairings. The food is delicious, the service phenomenal. Very worth coming here for a culinary weekend.

This ticks all the right boxes. The location is great, wonderfully peaceful. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating for a non German speaker like myself. Really nice food sitting outside in the Biergarten, but beware the portions are very generous! The rooms are just what you would expect and very comfortable with RITUALS hand soap etc. Will certainly be coming back again.

It has electric Shutters/Rolläden, wow. It felt like home. Very rare to find a room in Germany that has it. Price was good, all was clean, room lighting was enough, just needs a bit of paint in the ceiling above the window.

Although the breakfast is great and the hotel is placed on a beautiful location, I was not very satisfied about the service. I stayed in the hotel for 1 week(!) and forgot some (expensive) toiletries in the bathroom. When contacting the staff, they mentioned it had not been found (which is impossible) and if they would find it, I had to pay €15 for sending over the products. Very inhospitable and unfriendly, especially after having stayed there for a week.

The hotel should be classed as 2 stars maximum not as advertised 4-starts. I was very surprised with the service provided. Staff were very unfriendly when asked for an extra pillow. Very bad customer service. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Honestly, Travelodge and Premier Inn are way more convenient than this hotel. I was very shocked. I took a few pictures for a big spider hanging off the ceiling and the horrible pillow which made me awake all night. Our view was over a lovely skip and location was near a very noisy football pitch. We had to leave the hotel in the morning as the food smell coming from the kitchen downstairs was absolutely unbearable. If i didn't pay for the 2 nights there, I would've left the premises the very following day but I was told I wouldn't get a refund and I paid over €100 per room per night so I had to stay one more night. In short, this should not be a 4-stars hotel and it's not value for money at all.

It is a cool place to host a private dinner. It has an extension outside into a beautiful terrace where one could sit out have a beer while grilling and the main party is taking place inside. Has a bar and a kitchen with effective waiters and waitresses.
