Acoustic is horrible. If there are guests chatting and laughing at the bar you can even hear it in your room.

I remember this Hotel, had stayed here a few years ago when I went for Drupa, my stay comfortable, Nice and Happy, they have a nice bar and lovely environment, beautifull surroundings, Ruhur Park A very hugh and a large area for shopping/movies etc is very near to the hotel.

The hotel is located adjacent to a medi thermal spa and in walking distance from a large shopping complex and offers free car park.Yet my stay is a total disaster. I was sent to a single room with an handicapped bathroom which isn't great for an abled person like me. I was told upon check out that most rooms are provided with regular bathrooms and it is hotel who decide the room allocation not the guest. No heating provided in the room, outside temperature for the night was well below zero degree the night. No safe, weak WiFi signal, poor room amenity provided, no hot water kettle, yet free water bottles on a tray without a bottle opener. Bathroom towels are like sandpaper so old and overwashed. Room acoustic is bad as one can hear all guests in the corridor passing as well in my case opposite room had young children who were nosy for a long time and this impacted my sleep. Breakfast is satisfactory yet served in an ice cold environment, without any heating. Most dining guests sit there in their overcoat. I expressed my displeasure to the staff upon check out. Received no official feedback since. Most likely my comments weren't passed on. A true disappointment.

Check in was good with face coverings and social distancing being maintained by staff and a clean/ dirty pen policy for signing in. Details were also taken as part of the German covid tracking system. Room was a reasonable size, modern and minimalistic. Bathroom was spacious and acceptable. I could see it had been recently mopped as part of it was still wet but there were still some hairs in the corner of the floor near the bath. I could find no evidence of covid cleaning procedures within the room. The remote control was left as normal. The breakfast buffet required to be booked with social distancing in place for the tables and hand cleaning implemented prior to seating. The hotel was quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking and would have got four or five stars had there been more evidence of additional cleaning measures in the rooms.

Nice position, but not so easy with public transportation. The room was simple but big and clean. Good breakfast in the morning.

Nice clean hotel, very close to local businesses. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are a bit older but can't say anything wrong with them. Hotel has a large sauna area and is also right next a large shopping centre. There is also free parking which is a big plus.
