Period 30th of may until 3th of june. Every day we seemed to wake up to the sound of grass mowers and leaf blowers. The swimming pool is also not what I'd expect from a center parcs. The inside bath seemed like a bigger kids bath, nothing more. And the outside bath was also very small. No interesting aspects. We rented a house for 8 persons, though we stayed with far less. Small uncomfortable beds, mandatory sheet packages (probably because they knew people would bring sheets that would otherwise be too big) and the living areas where just as big for 8 than for 4 it seemed. The table absolutely wasn't big enough for 8 and the cooking gears weren't even set up to be useful for cooking for 8 persons. (The frying pan only handled 3 hamburgers for example) Go to this park if you like to go cheap in a beautiful environment and don't expect much of luxury. Don't go if you expect this park to be like other center parcs

Poor quality, stained carpets, peeling paint and very old furniture. Sheets had to be sent back as stained and with hairs. The manager at reception was keen to point out that's it's due a update and it's now the oldest center parcs (and the cheapest). May of helped if they were that honest whilst we were booking. Could not offer any better accomodation and generally unhelpful. Please avoid, if you can

Only 10% activities are inklusive. The Others 90% you have to pay extra and really expensive. Ponny Reiten 16 EUR for 25 minutes! The "Kids Factory" is inside a big Hall but half of the Hall is occupied with dinning tabels which for making Money Not for Kids playing. Only a small conner has small Trampolin and one clibming equipment whose Design is really simple ,can't compare with the one in bobolino or any others Indoor playground . My 5 years old daughter plays only ten minutes and feel bored already. And it is Super HOT inside. Everything looks interesting you see in their promtional vedio have to pay EXtra with high price. And the Aqua Mundo is also small. They treat you as a ATM Not a guest. So Do Not come Here.

Dirty fridge, including spiders and fungus. One not very clean toilet without toilet paper for 8 people. Very tiny shower (much like 50% of Harry Potter's first room). Furniture from the 60s or maybe 70s. No dishwasher. Chaos around parking spots. All of this for just €2.200 per week. Houses look nice from the outside, and staff - so far - has been friendly, but that's about it.

Generally it’s a nice and quiet place with beautiful nature and awesome staff. The reason I rate it 3 stars is due to the negligence of maintenance and hygiene as general in the park. With a little effort and management of hygiene this place shall be booming with 5* ratings. I have uploaded photos for one of the windows, which really annoyed me. I recommend getting the rooms cleaned by a pressure washer once a year at least (it seems it hasn’t been cleaned since it was built) Swimming pool was the best of the activities 5* Kids Safari 5* Kid factory 3* Mini golf 3*

We visited as a family of 5 (2 kids, 6 and 10 years old) and stayed a week. Overal we had a pleasant vacation. The bad: The place is recently renovated and I think there are some issues that need to be resolved: the house was very comfortable but not very clean (not cleaned under the furniture and the room containing the vacuum cleaner had still debris from the recent renovation -cut off electricity plug etc). The beds are very comfortable. There is no information sheet for the oven so it takes a while before you can figure it out. At some point two electricians just walked in and they started testing all sort of things without any explanation. There was no information anywhere about local activities (after asking the information desk we received two small brochures for local hikes). The pool is nice but on the small side compared to other Center Parcs. There are plenty of activities (for an additional fee); these are mostly targeted for kids under 6; overall the park is tailored for the smaller kids (this is something that should be looked at). It would be great if a basketball or soccer field would be installed. The minigolf is unplayable; something must have gone wrong during the installation of the holes as the ball barely rolls on the surface. This is too bad because it clearly was well conceptualized and beautifully designed. The good: the location is great and everything is very new. The small supermarket is very convenient and has a good selection with very good bread rolls. We did not use the buffet but the other restaurant was good and with a friendly staff. The very bad: for our last evening we went to the burger restaurant. It took a while before a server came and he noted everything on the smallest notebook I have ever seen. What we were expecting happened: 4 orders came out and he said he forgot the 5th one. After a while he came back and said the power was out in the kitchen -but the table next to us had received their orders in the meantime (including what I ordered)- at no point was there an apologie or a free drink offered. When all 4 family members had done eating my burger arrived (without any sort of apologie from the same server). After a long wait we went to pay and the burger that arrived so late was on the receipt and again there was no apologie. We are a Belgian-American family so I know that service is different in every country but this was truly unacceptable and very unfortunate we had to end the vacation like this (at least the burgers were tasty).

We went there during the Halloween weekend and the kids had a blast. The weather was cold so we tried to be indoors most of the time but there were so many things to do for the kids that they were fully occupied. Aqua Mundo was nice with most of the slides being kid friendly. The food in the buffet was also great. The indoor play area was small but the kids still enjoyed it. This was our first center parcs so can't compare but it was worth the money! The only sad part was that heating stopped working in our cottage and it took the staff almost 24 hrs to send somebody to have a look. Could have been faster.

The resort is located in nice nature. For that only one star. The rest is really ordinary for any resort. Not many activities. We feel sorry for kids. NO GO if you want active vacation time with kids.

Old, not maintained. Apartments are cold, dirty. Comfort Apartments are not equipped with dishwasher facility, the house was cold, heating incapable, warm water was not available all the time. Park is ok, aquamundo is ok, not so big like in Bostal See. Center parcs Eiffel can't be compared with Center parcs in Bostal See. Not worth the money we spent for a week.

Family friendly, very good indoor pool, included in price ideal for kids up to 10. Indoor playground included in price, lot of activities for a fair price. The cottage was perfect, all dishes and appliances you might need. It could be cleaned a bit better, but not too bad. Enough parking lot. I definitely recommend it for families with kids.

Well situated Center Parcs in the Eifel mountains; good for exploring local castles, the Moselle and (if racing is your thing) the Nürburgring (definitely worth checking if there are any events as we caught the DTM). The Parc itself has a good variety of optional activities for the children including pony riding, small electric cars, miniature golf and access to the swimming pool and soft play area (you need to pre book and pay for activities either via the app which you cannot use if visiting from England, the website or by visiting the dome). The swimming pool is good with several smaller pools and an outdoor area and with a cyclical current that takes you around the pool. There is also a slide into a deeper pool. The pool is accessed via cards and the cards are helpfully slotted into the lockers rather than being money. The Parc house was functional but challenging to cook in - ours had a 4 ring gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. It's manageable to cook for a family but challenging. There is an on site shop which is relatively well stocked but you obviously pay a premium. If you're happy to drive 10 minutes, there there are a number of supermarkets to choose from. There are also onsite restaurants (we didn't sample them) but they are a little expensive (the buffet is circa €30 for an adult). The Parc is due to close in November for an upgrade and it's definitely needed. A lot of the decor is dated and in places the floor is lifting and damaged. It will be interesting to see how it will all look afterwards.

Good (few good points) Nice location Very quiet Coffee machine Confortable bed, pillow, cover Warm water shower 3 Given dishwasher tabs Staff friendly Great swimming pool with life vest for little ones 2 very big bad points: Wifi & Tobacco Wifi ultra slow and no mobile network connection. Sending an email with text only takes 7min. Wifi works super well in public area, kid factory, reception, dome, but in our house it is very bad. We were in house #4, don't book that one if you want internet. I really feel the park cheated on us, selling us a so called "free premium wifi" but actually giving us a totaly worse free wifi ever. Tobacco. This is the second biggest bad point House smell tobaccos and "reduce odor" product for tobacco, it means someone has smoked inside in the past and the park is aware of it and has been trying to cover it. It also mean I pay for a non smoking house and they give me a smoking house, or at least a non smoking one where they are aware other people has smoked, that mean the same for a nose sensitive person like me. They should give me this information before I book as this would affect my decision to book it or not. This is cheating. House to close to each other, if a smoker smoke in his garden, the 4 houses around him suffer from it. By respect for the non smoker and for all the children’s i don’t understand why the whole park is not smoke free. That would be much better for everyone. Other bad points: Houses outdated with everything looks very old and used Storages in bedroom not suitable for families Not enough electric plugs in kitchen Complicated access to house by car so difficult to carry luggage Super expensive food. The supermarket for example 2.5 for baguette. The restaurant for 2 adult and 2 children count mimimum 60 euros for low quality. Gas cooker in the kitchen is actually an electric cooker. Whirlpool one so good one, but still, not gas. Here also they cheat on us, selling us gas and giving us electric Conclusion: I pay a fortune for services I don't get. We will never come back here and I advice any reader with young children to spend their holidayz somewhere else

I slept in a standard house on the camping, but it was so dirty that we bought our own cutlery and plates. There was mold on some of the walls. On my pillow where hairs from the people that slept there before me. I asked my “neighbors” there if they had the same problem. Some said yes and some said not really. The location was very nice. I walked a lot there. The houses are in a circle with a big grass field in the middle, so your children can play together with other children, but over all I’m not satisfied, so I wouldn’t recommend this Center Parcs.

A lovely Center Parks village with recently renovated cottages and lots of trails for walking. The usual accommodations like pools, supermarket, food dome and kid's farm are a bit less extensive than we are used to. The pool is pretty small with only 2 slides, but it never felt too crowded. Supermarket is also small with limited options. The food dome has only 2 restaurants and 1 bar, which are not recommended. Low quality food and pretty pricey. I recommend taking the car and dine outside the park. There's lots of good restaurants nearby, that cost much less. Overall stay was good, but we've had nicer parks.

The park was recently refurbished in 2023. We stayed at chalet 90, a four bed premium. The chalets are well appointed and impressive for a holiday park. Unfortunately the cleaning was dire. I had to clean it myself on the first night. The park itself has enough for an 8 year-old child to occupy themselves for a week. Me and my daughter speak German, so making friends may have been easier for us. There are virtually no British or Irish visitors, however plenty of English speaking staff are available if required. The location is great but a bit of a headache to get to coming from direction France. Don't order a pizza. They are truly awful by British takeaway standards. In fact if travelling from France or the UK, bring your own food with you. The catering and coffees will leave you disappointed. The general surrounding area is very pretty.

What you'd expect from a center parcs. A nice indoor pool, lots of playgrounds for kids and kept decently tidy. Especially with the amount of guests in such a park. Cottage was decent. Ventilation was absent, the window stills had condensation during the entire stay. No signs of mold, so may not be a permanent problem.

The employees could use a little better English, since it is a park where different countries come. The food in the market cafe was reasonable, standard menu card. The chicken legs in the family bar were really delicious!. The Market restaurant was very disappointing for us, we were on a Thursday but very little variety in terms of meat and fish. We also did gourmet, I will never do that again at Park Eifel, meat was very salty with all herb butter in between, bread was even salty. Pool was very small and was very busy but very clean so that was great. Bowling was great fun. The technical service people were great! chromecast did not work for us and was immediately fixed!. Our cottage was really great and wonderfully clean!.

Beautiful renovated cottages. Not clean at all. So they redid it. But too expensive in general. Way too expensive for everything. 3.200 euro for one week 6 persons cottage, then this quality level is poor. Swimming pool is small. The indoor playground is superb. The Eifel is great, but the location of the park is remote from all sight seeing locations. In general: 4/5 rating.

Accommodations were comfortable and clean. The inside looked a little worn though and furnished with inexpensive furniture. All the activities easily in walking distance. Great for families and small children. Friendly staff. Kids had a great time. They accommodated the current COVID 3G rule by having on-site testing. They were short-staffed so some features were not open every day and hours were short. Billy Burger and Aqua Cafe is the same kitchen, and often only 1 person was manning both sides.

The house was nice and spacious, it had almost everything you needed. Bedding was provided but no towels. There was a nice laundry which was great. A good couple of restaurants, shop and supermarket. The swimming pool was the perfect size. Dogs welcomed with nice walking areas.

Perfect with "all in". We'll come back with the kids. Even when it's rain, we still can do some things indoor. Perfect for family vacation

The park is quite old... The houses are very old and not that great when compared to others... Food is very expensive and lunch is available it at cafe... some of the Market cafe staff are very rude.. I believe that is because they are understaffed and stressed.

  • 2/5 Christian H. 2 years ago on Google
Probably the worst CenterParcs there is. The houses are pretty outdated and really need renovation. Aqua Mundo is also a bit boring and is missing a proper slide when comparing it to other parcs. Playgrounds and the surrounding area are a plus.

Fantastic location and really nicely renovated park. Some of the staff were excellent but felt a bit sorry for them to be honest. It seemed like they were understaffed and everything a little half baked. Food was to a very poor standard, there was no vegan options and even the salads had meat in them. It’s also highly cynical to put a shop at the entrance to every building - caused so many tantrums (not our kids) - I think this goes against the spirit of having family fun and just causes tension for the sake of a few extra euros of margin on what’s an already expensive holiday. In this day and age I expect healthy options for the kids as well. Staff were largely unhelpful and the ‘kids cottage’ contained many hazards (doors that could not be secured, rocking chairs etc) that made the whole week quite stressful. We had a great time despite this and I want to acknowledge the few staff who really put in the effort. Not the experience we expect for such an expensive centre parcs.

The chalet we stayed in was clean but quite outdated, I would say that it was built and decorated in 80`s. It would also appear that nearly all the chalets we saw were of a similar age and standard. Do not expect your chalet to look anything like the ones on the website. The website is also somewhat badly designed and quite misleading. For a start the Parc is situated next to a lake but nowhere does it mention that iyou cannot swim in it or even sun yourself by it. In fact the lake is not even a lake so to speak, it is more of a reservoir that ihas a dam at one end. The website also fails to clearly explain which of the free services it provides, as part of the booking, are not available due to the Covid restrictions. It also fails to make it clear that the indoor pool is only free for one visit during your booked stay. A previous comment also mentioned the small shop which is useful but I would recommend driving to Ulmen approx. 15 kilometeres away as the supermarkets they are somewhat cheaper and have a wider variety of products. The one meal we had there was acceptable but somewhat expensive as are all the other bookable services in the Parc. We went as a couple so the childrens services were of no use to us so I cannot comment on those accept to say that the park is definately more suited to families with young children. In fact we spent the majority of our vacation outside of the Parc itself. I gave it a 2 star rating but if we had had kids with us I would maybe, just, maybe give a 3.

So disappointed to pay that much of money for such services and facilities. There is nothing to do!! The Aqua Mondo is smaller than any other swimming pool!! All yhe activities are not as stated, for kids between 2-4 years old. I feel pitty about paying that money for such a trip. We were all disappointed and were searching for activities to do around the area. We could have stayed home and did those! Food is under quality, no variert of restaurants ! Facilities are not so clean! Enployees are 50/50, some of them lack experience and cant speak German or english and are lost, while some are very friendly and can do a quality service.

Perfect location for a break from "reality". The parc is beautiful and there are so many activities. My family and I, we enjoyed every second of the stay.

Family booking for Easter - Covid cancelled. No information, constant emails, phonecalls, Facebook- NO Response- refund my money . Terrible customer service!! Treat families fairly !

We only been there for a day. Mostly we used the aqua world bit. Little one was really enjoying but is good for anyone. We went on weekday but it was still busy a bit. Got couple of slides, jacuzzi and different places to swim. All in all it is a nice place, the water has low amount of chlorine which is absolute positive. (Good for little ones). Price is good, we have paid 45€ for 3 of us to get in. Friendly! I'll be happy to visit again.

We enjoyed the place and glad that there are indoor pools and activity center because the weather was quite cold and damp when we stayed here. Some parts of the park are getting renovated so there a few blocked areas. Some infrastructures are a bit old so I'm not sure when they'll get to renovate it. The entrance/exit to the indoor pools in a bottleneck. I hope they change that one first. Some staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional while some don't seem to care much. The buffet at the Markt Dome is good enough to recommend. They also have other restaurant choices, it's recommended to make a reservation though.

Great place to spend the holidays with smaller kids! Everything was renewed and clean, and it was easy to get around and reach all activities by foot with the kids. Only downside we experienced was the many additional costs for activities such as minigolf, bowling, bikes etc. Luckily we were prepared for this due to previous reviews.

Too many cars allowed access I was told only to your accommodation then into a car park but they were parked along the roads making it less safe for the young children. Lovely centre, great activities, helpful staff. Bungalow not fully cleaned bathroom bin was not emptied and crumbs under living room sofas. I had purchased towel packs but no towels, required 2 visits to the info desk to gain all the packs (1 visit = 1 delivered). App said restaurant/bar food available until 10.30pm we went down at 9pm and the kitchens had just closed which left us with a hungry 8 year old. Please don’t say it’s open until 10.30 when it’s not or specify that the bar is open but not the kitchen. Lovely place and we enjoyed our visit just a few small adjustments needed

This is our 5th Center Parc experience, but sadly not our favorite. When we arrived, our room was not ready and we didn’t arrive until after 5:00 PM. When we went to the front desk to ask about a room that was ready, there was a gentleman working, who is short with us and just told us there was nothing he could do and that we had to wait. Sadly, this was not the case because they were several empty cabins around us. Our cabin was not cleaned like it should have been. We think this is b/c they rushed the job since they saw us arrive. There was human and pet hair in the tub, shower, and sinks. The kitchen counter even had pet hair on it. The sinks were disgusting with stains. The floor had not been vacuumed so we had to do that before even sitting down to rest. We stayed two nights and left early-we didn’t even stay the third night.
