We wanted good Pho without having to drive too far! It was delish and did not disappoint! Great restaurant, friendly and clean! We will be coming back—opening hrs on the weekend a bit funny! Would go more often if it’s open from 2-onwards.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Bleu, and I must say it was an exceptional experience that left a lasting impression on my taste buds. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting ambiance that exuded the essence of Vietnam. Saigon Bleu exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable Vietnamese culinary adventure. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Vietnamese cuisine or new to exploring its flavors, Saigon Bleu offers a menu that caters to all palates. Prepare to be transported to the vibrant streets of Vietnam through the tantalizing flavors, warm hospitality, and impeccable service. Make sure to visit Saigon Bleu soon. you won't be disappointed! My favourite dish is the Pho Bo!

Food very nice and authentic. Good flavours. Considering there were 4 of us I thought the price was very good too. Felt for the owner as he was super busy and down on staff but we didn’t wait long for our food.

Saigon Bleu is a newly opened, Vietnamese restaurant. It was a joyful experience eating in; the service was very welcoming. The man came to greet us with bows and cheerful smiles, he was friendly and gave us complimentary items. With a few improvements on faster service & tweaks on the food. I believe this place would be fantastic; e.g. pancake could be crispier or the broth could be less sweet. Nonetheless, thank you for serving us! They even have a karaoke floor!

I’ve been wanting to try this place since it first opened. I love Vietnamese food and have struggled to find anything decent since I moved to South Croydon 1.5 yrs ago. Happy to say I was not disappointed. The food was GREAT. I had the spring rolls (flavourful and perfectly crispy) and the seafood noodles (wetter/saucier than I was expecting, but extremely tasty nonetheless less). It was more difficult for my friend, who is vegetarian. She had the summer rolls and was able to request tofu. However, she was in the mood for Pho but there wasn’t a veggie option available. In the end she went for the beef broth but with tofu and bean curd, instead of beef. Thankfully she didn’t mind being a “flexi-vegetarian” on this occasion. If not, there wouldn’t have been any Pho for her! The service could’ve been a little bit faster but overall the staff were warm and lovely. Really liked them! The restaurant was nicely decorated, and clean too. I’d say it’s a little small for how nice they are. As in, I went on a Weds and it was quite busy by the time we left. I can only imagine it on a Thurs, Fri or Sat. I foresee Saigon Bleu becoming a bit of a neighbourhood gem. They’re going to need more space! I will definitely be going back. I plan to work my way through the whole menu 😂

The moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm atmosphere of friendly upbeat, but not loud and noisy, music. Add that to the cleanliness, the attractive layout and staff friendliness that you just want to come in and find out more. My entire team arrived by pure accident due to the Italian we were supposed to go to shutting down. Now we want to come back again and again. Talk about luck! We shared a variety of authentic Vietnamese delicacies and boy were they delicious....and without the tons of oil you can taste in many restaurant food today. On street parking was great and the owner super friendly and accomodating. The restaurant had only been open a couple of weeks and was already full by the time we left.

Newly opened Vietnamese restaurant in South Croydon. We were a group of 5 walk in and they were able to accommodate. The food was so good that we had none left over! staff friendly and service was excellent. The background music in the restaurant was really loud 📢 Definitely will be going again tho..

Delicious Melbourne 🇦🇺 Vietnamese restaurant in Croydon! I grew up in Melbourne and am Vietnamese by background, so I was extremely happy to find out that Nate spent time there to learn the dishes that tastes like home! The lighting, music and atmosphere also has the same vibe as in Melb too! I've thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes here and taking friends to try and spread of them, and some of my favourites are: - Special Saigon Rice (aka com tam) - Beef or Chicken Pho - Banh Cuon - Nem Nuong - Pork vermicelli noodles - Summer rolls Honestly, you won't be disappointed with any of the dishes you try! 😋
