Nice Hotel clean and friendly they have nice pool. Rooms are big nice and clean. Stuff at reception is nice and they will help you with informatios.

L'anno scorso sono stato al Residence con mia moglie e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Staff molto cordiale e molto disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Ci hanno accolti nel migliore dei modi, struttura molto ben pulita e confortevole, le camere anch'esse ben pulite e ben curate. Ottimo rapporto qualita-prezzo e ottima posizione del residence poiché vicino al mare. Tornerò sicuramente quest'anno 😀. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Appartment with standard facilities. Located ON the shoppingstreet so you are in the middle of the buzz. Glass balcony sliding doors are soundproof. Nice people. Parking is a problem due to space. You have to use the underground garage but that is stacked with cars. So they first have to move 4 cars before you can get out. Neighbors were very loud and smashing with doors, that's terrible! But the location is perfect, partly view on the ocean and steps away from the beach and shopping area.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. I cried on the day I left as I loved it there so much...literally about 2 mins walk to the beach. Plenty places to eat and drink around and about.. A supermarket about 4 mins walk away....although it's close to everything you wont be kept awake with noise. Parking too. If you are a motogp fan, misano race track can be walked to within 50 mins save you taking the car and getting stuck in all the traffic ....roof top swimming pool and sunbed area, its just amazing, we are definitely going back next Sept... cant wait...I don't have enough photos but the pictures on their sight are all very accurate... book with confidence.

Non posso che consigliare questa struttura. Vicinissima al mare, è formata da bilocali molto accoglienti e tutti hanno un balcone molto ampio (quasi più un terrazzino) dove si può sempre mangiare o stare a riposare. Infine lo staff è veramente gentile e cortese, grazie Cesare, spero a presto

Hotel pulito e accogliente. Lo staff è super efficiente e allo stesso tempo molto cordiale e sempre disponibile ad ogni tipo di esigenza . La struttura è situata a due passi dal mare e permette di portare con se i propri amici a quattro zampe 😊 Ci tornerei volentieri !

Bellissima Location è il secondo anno che ci vengo è mi trovo benissimo. Lo staff è eccezionale, disponibile, simpatici, quest'anno ho trovato un paio di persone in ➕️ oltre alla mitica Virna e Cesare. Vi consiglio questa struttura ma lasciatemi libera la 103 è la mia preferita.😉 ciao Benny

Nella seconda settimana di luglio una vacanza rilassante al residence Club House di Cattolica. Vicinissimo al mare, nel centro e vicino alla zona pedonale. Ottima l’assistenza ed i consigli anche culinari della signora Virna che ci ha praticamente adottati e coccolati. Molto curate e pulite le stanze.
