You feel at home at this property. Super friendly staff and always ready for any eventuality. It is a 1-star structure so the customer cannot and should not expect the luxury of a 5-star hotel but do not be fooled by its appearance because it offers a central location, super clean and spacious rooms, excellent quality food with homemade and very fresh products . Room cleaning every day but not intrusive because they wait for the customer to leave the facility. Elevator available. The breakfast is also excellent... simple but quality and with excellent desserts. We are located a stone's throw from the sea, on the main street of Cattolica and approximately 900 meters from the Cattolica aquarium. It may be a structure with only one star assigned but my family and I had a great time, which doesn't always happen when we stay in more prestigious hotels. I reiterate, again, being a person who hates dust and dirt, that the room was really very clean and dusted properly....even the chairs on the terrace had been cleaned of dust. If I find myself in Cattolica again I will definitely book at this property. Compliments.

The rooms are not very large and there is no air conditioning in almost all of them, but they are a stone's throw from the sea. We will definitely stay there

Second year at Pensione Tosca, we always leave reluctantly because it feels so good and we feel like family. Comfortable and super super clean rooms, very convenient location, not great food, more, with always very fresh ingredients. Also perfect if you are traveling with small children because you have all the services around you (the partner beach has lots of games and always free fresh water). The kindness and hospitality of Massimo and Anna also made our little one fond of them. All at a more than affordable price. We will definitely be back next year too.

Spending a week at Pensione Tosca is the best choice I could have made to spend a week in Cattolica. Obviously if you are looking for the luxuries of a large hotel it might not be for you, but cleanliness, good food that tastes like home, tranquility and hospitality are far more important to me than the stars and at Tosca these are guaranteed. Massimo and Anna made me feel like I had known them all my life. Plus the beach is literally a minute's walk away. What more do you want?

Qualitativement, j’y ai mieux mangé que dans les 3 étoiles de la région et aussi bien que dans les 4. Cuisine traditionnelle qui a tout son goût, accueil chaleureux et toujours arrangeant. Pour moi je donne 5 étoiles car bien au dessus de ce que l’on peut espérer d’une pension standard.

Dopo diversi anni che ci passavo davanti soggiornando in altri hotel ho deciso di prenotare un weekend in questa pensione, assolutamente consigliata! Accoglienza super da parte di Massimo ( pensione totalmente a gestione famigliare) che ci ha accompagnati direttamente in camera, cibo ottimo sia a pranzo che a cena con possibilità di variazioni al menù e servito direttamente dai titolari della struttura, camere pulite come anche tutta la pensione a partire dall'ingresso e dalla sala ristorante. Parcheggio convenzionato che ti accompagna fino all'hotel! Per concludere sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti che vogliono trascorrere alcuni giorni di riposo al mare sentendosi come a casa propria.

You are welcomed with passion and courtesy in this guesthouse, like when you go to an old aunt, the ones who hold you tight and always have a sweet ready for the numerous nieces and nephews who come to visit her.
