I was craving some spare ribs. Much hasn't changed; the steps are still unpainted, the seats are still broken and it generally still looks musty. The sauce for the ribs was excellent. However, the ribs were burnt. I felt as if I had to have a lions teeth to rip the meat from the bone and then I was forever chewing like a cow chewing its cud. I'll be back the next ten years.

I am not sure how this place got good reviews. My experience the food tasted awful, the place was dirty. Broken chairs, floor needs sweeping and it simply is not nice. It didn't even smell nice. We ordered grilled fish, it smelt bad and you can tell it was not fresh and it was just reheated on the grill. The potato salad and cole slaw were stale. I can't recommend this place at all. Barbados needs to have health inspectors at some of these local places.

Spent $90 for 2 rib plates, burger potato salad, and coleslaw. Good Flavors! I just don't like the ribs on the french fries or the small sides. Thanks you all!

Some aspects of my experience were not nice at all in my opinion. Got there saw no one to take our order so waited a few moments. A pleasant enough young lady came from behind and asked what we would like then proceeds into the back. No one said to hold on the cashier will be with you shortly. When she finally came, not so much as a good evening, sorry for the wait, she yelps out my order and tells me the amount. I gave her my card, she goes over to the register, runs my card and places it on the counter in front of another customer. Moments later she proceeded to slide my card on the counter over to me. That shocked me but then I said to myself, just let it go, not everyone is cut out to deal with customers. But businesses need to remember, these persons make the customer experience. This was not our first time there and we have seen other incidents that made you wonder but this one certainly had me cruel.

Had requested to get some BBQ pig tail as its a staple when visiting the country and was NOT disappointed. The location was fairly easy to find, right off the main road. The selection was pretty good and I was nearly tempted to not get what i had intended to as both the Ribs and the Burgers were both tempting. The Snackbox was excellent since they were quite generous with the portion sizes so you left feeling well fed. The location CAN look closed if you not familiar with the location but just walk up the stairs and politely say hello and someone will appear to take your order.

It's a lovely place to get a burger and fries and simply relax. As a student it's rather convenient since it is located near to the campus. The customer service is always hospitable. A few times it may be a tad crowded but that's just to show you how great the food is. A few more seating arrangements needed, and a bit of sprucing up on the surroundings but otherwise than that it is lovely!

Decent eats for price. Wait can be a big long even with not much customers being present. Grilled fish is good saucse clearly has a lot of sugar in it. No diet soda on sale. Would go back. Quick and easy. Not many very healthy options. Staff is ok. Very transacational service.
