If you are traveling and you will pass through Cayambe, you should try this restaurant. The service was great, and the quality of the food too. While is not the cheapest option you can find in the area is worth it if you want to try something extra. We had the vegetarian rissoto that was superb, and steak that was very good in general. The only thing that didn't score as high as it could was the pairing salad with the steak, the sauce (sweet tangerine?) didn't go with the meat, it worked better with the rissoto that my partner had.
