Ok I honestly don't get the "bizcochos" fever that struck this part of the country - the bizcochos themselves are pretty dry and flavorless pieces of pie crust that could do with more butter, moisture and some cinnamon and sugar - but I did try the "hot chocoloate w/cheese" drink - and that was worth the stop. Service was very friendly - and the place was super-clean / very attentive to Covid concerns.

The bizcochos with caramel were delicious. The adults all loved the hot chocolate but it was a bit too dark for the kids (which meant more for me) we enjoyed the live music and we had the pleasue of seeing an older couple dance wonderfully to the music.

Can't ask for a better spot. We had just out if the oven bizcochos and Queso de hoja. Live music too.

It was a unique experience to see the process of making the Biscuits. Unique combination and not my favorite but we tried.

Sorry that you need to know local folklore to really enjoy this place. Go there and ask for Biscochos, queso de hoja, and mote con chicharron. Those are the basics. If you don't like them, contact me, and I will refund the price, lol. And please buy something from the guy at the entrance, he sells honey and sweet made with honey, asnk for turron and the honey with the honey comb pieces. Enjoy
