    The woman that took my order rushed me and told me to drive up. Even my daughter said "Oh ok, I guess we are done ordering" I pull up. She gives me a dirty look, stares me up and down. I pay, she hands me my food. Because she rushed me so fast I wanted to check it to make sure we got everything. They threw the nacho chips upside down in the bag and they were all over the place, then I wanted to check my crunch wrap to make sure they didn't put cheese on. I told the lady 1 moment. I just want to check my bag. She gives me the dirtiest look and rolls her eyes at me. Literally worst customer service I have ever received. She should be fired for how unprofessional and rude she is. Honestly, who deserves that? No one. All my children and I wanted to do was order lunch. Seriously, do the managers even care their employees treat the customers this way? The girl had no front teeth, so I can see why she is so miserable. Never again.

    Honestly do not eat here! Listen to the reviews. Going off the last review they were honestly correct. While ordering I was rushed then when I asked did they still have nacho fries still , instead of answering my question she said okay so one order of fries. Then I asked her for two order of nacho fries. Once I got up to the window she gave me a dirty look and asked what sauce I wanted. She then took my card and gave me my food. Once checking my food I saw that I had fries but NOT NACHO FRIES and the crazy part is I asked her did they have them. Instead of her answering my question and saying “ we have regular fries but not the nacho seasoning, she completely went over my question. I then pulled back up to the window and I asked her was these nacho fries , she said yes but they don’t have the seasoning in store, which should have been said from the jump because I wouldn’t have asked for them plus they were so SOGGY. Once I asked her if they could take them back she said they would have to do a whole refund as if it was so bad. I told her that was fine and she slammed the window so I came in store. Her attitude was simply horrible. I spared her simply due to it not being worth it. She literally was missing teeth and they were rotten, she got bigger problems. Just avoid coming here.

    If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I have had multiple experiences where they refused to serve me an hour or more before their closing time. Tonight, I waited in the drive through for over an hour to pick up a Doordash order only to be told at the window that the order was “not ready” despite it having been 30 minutes since I stated at the ordering kiosk that I was there to pick it up. I asked what they would like me to do, expecting to be told to pull around to wait, and was told to tell the people who ordered it to cancel their order. The employee at the window offered no explanation, was not even slightly apologetic and, quite frankly, was extremely rude. It was not even close to closing time. Employees at this location consistently refuse to do the job they are paid to do because they don’t feel like it. Terrible experience and terrible service.

    We just spent an hour waiting in the drive thru for our taco bell mobile order. The line moved ONE car in the entire hour we spent there. We tried to walk in and pickup our mobile order but they refused. Then as we were still waiting in line, not a worker, but some other person in line came and warned us that they were refusing to do any online or in-person orders for the rest of the night. The only thing that they were doing was doordash orders. Make it make sense. They refused to make our orders that we placed on the taco bell app, but were okay with doing the doordash orders. And the workers didnt even come out and tell us what was going on so we had to wait in a line for over an hour for absolutely nothing. Ridiculous. There were also about three workers in the front of the taco bell sitting inside and chatting. Unless they ran out of food (which they didn’t say happened), there should be no excuse for what happened. Absolutely awful experience.

    Ordered 6 drinks 3 that were large they had no large cups and all the soda except for mt.dew was out I have two people that do not drink mt. Dew she would not refund for the large cups she did not have and or the two drinks I did not get! Placed order on line for pickup at 6 pm and it was 7 pm when I got food. There was only 3 people working and they had no napkins or anything. But my money was never refunded which really made me mad. Then I heard the manager blame the fact that I had 30 items which were tacos for the reason they were backed up to a customer,to say the least I am not happy with this Taco Bell experience.

    Cashier did not want to take our order, wanted us to use a kiosk. Reluctantly she finally did. After getting our food and sitting in the dining room there is water standing everywhere. Looked like had been for a long while. Somebody should have grabbed a mop and bucket to clean it up. There was at least 6 people on duty, not a staffing issue. General appearance and cleanliness an issue. Too many other issues to list them all. So after $35.54 for 8 tacos and 2 small Pepsi I am glad to know I will not be there again as we were traveling through.

    Foods always good. There's a couple of employees that look like they are still in high school and can't do simple things. The manager was great having to do their job for them. Hopefully she can get some competent people soon. Other than that, awesome.

    I ordered and prepaid for a Large Pepsi. At the window, the attendant asked, " Is this your drink?" Verifying is a quality. Don't assume. Good job. Trust, but verify. However, I suggest: " Your large Pepsi, sir."
