    The Performance Lab is amazing! It has gotten me back into a fitness routine that I actually enjoy. A great variety of classes that are suitable for all levels of fitness, the coaches are always pushing you (without screaming at you 😂) to do your best. There’s always a great vibe at the lab with no judgement and all members encouraging each other. Coach Lesley has been awesome! Motivating me to keep on track with my nutrition and making sure I turn up and put in the hard work 💪🏼. I’m already feeling fitter, stronger and more confident after just a few weeks!

    So very pleased with my experience at the Performance Lab! In just 14 days I lost 2.9lbs overall but gained 1.3lbs in muscle mass. Loss 2% and 5lbs in body fat. Most importantly, my body has been feeling great! I'm more motivated now, than ever before, to keep up with my workouts and I look forward to continuing to work with the Performance Lab. The classes have been a lot of fun and the instructors are great! 10/10 definitely recommend!

    Great gym with awesome, high-energy classes! Everyone is supportive and friendly. Andrea Dawn is an amazing coach and has been instrumental in my fitness journey. Always happy to meet newcomers to the Lab and make them feel welcome, Coach Andrea is basically a ray of sunshine! With her support and encouragement, I have achieved my goals and learned so much about myself. Andrea instills me with confidence everyday and I am honoured to have her as my coach!

    … before starting the Lab, I was gaining a lot of weight due to eating an excessive amount of comfort food, (cake, donuts and chocolates), and let’s not forget the lack of exercise! Two weeks before joining, I started walking in the evenings, and making nutritional changes to fruits and vegetables. I saw results quickly, as my clothes were falling off but I had no muscle tone, then I saw an ad for the Lab on social media and I joined immediately. I attended the gym 3 or more times a week, mixing cardio with light weights in the classes and I started to notice more weight loss, muscle gain, and an overall toner body in the short period of time that I’ve attended the gym. I love all the classes that I attend, especially, Andrea’s, Muay Thai and kickboxing classes, these combat sports bring out the best in me! I also love training with Andrea because she loves people and talking to them all day long! Thank you, Andrea, for not allowing me to be such a lone wolf and encouraging me to stick with my nutritional plan. I love sparring with Stembie, as she always encourage me to spar hard, and we have lots of fun doing so! Thank you, Stembie for always showing me the same face, every week and assuring me that it’s okay to hit you hard! I love it! The other classes that I attend, such as, Core Fit, Box Fit, Strength and Conditioning, and Perform Better are great, as they better prepare and tone my body for the strength I’ll need for my combat sports and daily activities. These trainers are also great, and they all work together as a unit to guarantee us the best results possible, and for making it an enjoyable experience. Don’t procrastinate, start your wellness journey today! You’ll feel happy, healthy, energized, and lose weight in the process!

    Everything is amazingness in this place! The staff, classes, environment and expertise is just second to none. Lesley Chin is an excellent trainer and will guide you with his best practice and help you crush your goals💪🏾 Invest in yourself. You won't regret it!

    If you are looking for a gym with a purpose - this is it -the only thing you will need is that willpower to commit and the guys at the Performance lab will do the rest of the job. Coaches are amazing professionals. Classes and the gym is built for anyone's needs. Whichever is that you are looking for - lift weights ,kickbox or attend kickass circuit training classes. These guys make you feel like home. Don't hesitate and start your transformation now.

    I've had the opportunity to work with a number of personal trainers in my day, the three trainers I have worked with at the Lab have stood far above the rest. I've had the benefit of training with Andrea in both the group classes and in a number of her women-only camps and she's the reason I keep coming back. She is encouraging but not aggressive, she is very focused on form and proper movements to avoid injuries, and I see noticeable results each and every time. Plus she's fun! The entire gym atmosphere is one of support without judgement. The other members are very encouraging and these classes are the highlight of my week. I genuinely miss it on the days I can't go.

    Working out at the Performance Lab the past few months has been awesome! All of the coaches are knowledgeable and the atmosphere at the Lab is super supportive. I'm feeling more energetic, seeing results, and exercising without knee pain for the first time in 10 years thanks to great coaching!

    I met with Ken and discussed my goal for an upcoming cycling event. He gave me the structured guidelines needed to make my goal which include meal plans and daily workouts. I gave up alcohol which I believe was the most impactful part of the nutritional side of my plan. I easily accomplished my 20lbs weight loss within a three month window which sounds like a lot to some but with the right nutrition and supplements I never once got sick or felt any extreme fatigue. The Lab also provided coaching outside of the physical training, the mental training was also very important! The Performance Lab I believe is the best way to realistic accomplish your body and mental goals!

    I met Coach Lesley in September 2022 when I started my journey to a healthier life. Previously I’d felt too awkward and self-conscious to go regularly to a gym but at 55 years old, I knew I had to make changes to my lifestyle. I had nothing to worry about, from day one, I found everyone at Performance Lab friendly and welcoming. Since then, Lesley has encouraged me on my quest to become fitter and healthier. I soon got the bug to be stronger too and with Lesley’s customized workouts I am reaching PB’s regularly, Lesley makes training a fun and rewarding experience, he has taught me the best form to avoid injuries and best exercises for me to target different areas. Lesley has put together a personalized nutrition plan which has helped me with weight loss. I have found managing my food planning combined with regular exercise under Lesley’s skilfully prepared workouts hugely beneficial. I wholeheartedly recommend Lesley as your PT, he will help you reach your goals.

    I have been having a great time at the Performance Lab; one week in and I can already feel myself getting stronger and more energetic! The Monday Boxfit with Rory was excellent and the instructor's choice of music kept me energized throughout class, I felt like I could do another 45 mins with that music lol. Corefit with Floyd on Wednesdays is excellent, more great music and sweat-busting workout. My arms and legs burned for days which is that evidence I need of how great a workout I got :) I also highly recommend 'Perform Better' on Fridays, this class goes further than physical fitness by addressing emotional and mental strenghtening too! Great work from the whole team, so happy I joined!

    I love a great training session and this was better than I could have imagined! Kendall (the owner) quickly responded to my inquiry and brought my wife and I into the gym for an amazing workout shortly after. He customized it exactly to our goals and we had a lot of fun learning to box from him…he is a professional boxer and knows his stuff! It was a great couples workout and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay fit while on vacation in Grand Cayman!!

    I am 4 classes/sessions in and can’t wait for my 8 week camp in January. It isn’t easy but with all the support at the gym (members and staff), I am 100% I can do it. Can wait to see my transformation to better health and body image.

    A big shout -out to Kendall at the Performance Lab looking forward to my class later today you really take your coaching to the next level you keep our bodies and mind sweating and wanting more but am up for the challenge because after all that sweating i feel amazing and am getting results.     I’ve been working with Floyd the last few months learning how to box and it’s been awesome. Great teacher of the sport who is patient, knows when to push you and when to let up. I’m absolutely drained at the end but look forward to coming back for the next session. Great facility and good vibe.

    I've been at the lab for 5 months now and it was exactly the support I needed to get back into fitness after a car accident, sports injury and gaining covid weight. The classes are great for all levels of fitness and as I get stronger I'm able to push harder and challenge myself. The coaches are really friendly and helpful with guidance and advice on form, health, and nutrition and there's a general good vibe and energetic atmosphere. I've started to learn kickboxing and Muay Thai which is a lot of fun especially as I feel myself progress in such a short time. I highly recommend The Performance Lab to anyone looking to improve their quality of fitness and health under the guidance of an awesome and committed team.

    Boxing is the perfect way to let off steam at any age. Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible. If you are looking for total transformation you need to start with your physiology. If you are looking for a Coach to help you achieve your goals while holding you accountable, I highly recommend Coach Floyd Trumpet at the Performance Lab. Coach Floyd, fosters a welcoming, positive and safe environment for everyone to achieve their personal goals. My Son started training after school with Coach Floyd Trumpet in 2018. My Son’s goal is to represent the Cayman Islands one day in the Olympics for Boxing. It takes and outstanding and dedicated Boxing Coach, to prepare an athlete with such high standards and goals, I can say my son has the Most Outstanding Capable and dedicated Boxing Coach in the Caribbean and possibly in the World.

    I started with the Lab in April 2022. I can say that I have had the best experience. Big shout out to Lesley Chin and Kendall Ebanks for working with me and always pushing me to do better. The coaches are very professional and kind. They always motivate their clients. I have seen improvements and it's only been 3 weeks. I can't wait to see my transformation after a couple of months. I would recommend anyone who has a goal or just wants to get active and needs a little push to join the Performance Lab. 👍🏼😁
