I asked for highlights and a cut+keratin treatment and I was clear that I DID NOT want orange/yellow highlights. I showed two pictures to the stylists (2) and they seemed to say they could do it but the end result was atrocious. They tried to say that the color would get better but I looked like a skunk. There was a harsh line between my scalp and highlights AND when you pulled back the hair it was completely uneven. However; the one stylist was kind enough to dye it all one color but it ruined my keratin treatment and the top of my head is 2 shades lighter than the rest of my hair. Also, the staff was gossiping the entire time because they thought I couldn’t understand them. I felt uncomfortable and they made no attempt to even hide their distain (I teared up a little because my head was ORANGE). Entirely unprofessional.

I love how accommodating Ms. Ruby is and also the other assistant, I felt comfortable during the whole process. I love my hair. 10/10 would recommend this place.

it was my first time trying their services and it didn't fail. i said what cut i wanted and they explained what's best for my face/body, they were also communicative. definitely recommend!

I went to the salon for a haircut since i’ve been to other branches before and they were all great, so i had high expectations on this one. I showed the hairstylist my preferred style but he did my hair bad and cut it too short. I was disappointed so i don’t think i’m coming back to this branch anymore. :(
