We went to the hospital multiple times just because the guards didn't give the right information. For the last time, we went to the hospital to have some lab tests done. I asked the guard calmly and respectfully yet he shouted at me. I felt so humiliated because people were looking towards our direction.. Staff are rude specially guards who are both stupid and incompetent. They think they have power over customers.

The staff and the nurses here are VERY USELESS.. Im not sure if they are nurses or just a medical undergrad students. They are not helping with your concern. If i only knew this place is horrible. Cant recommend to anyone, I swear.

To the management of this Hospital , i suggest to make ur visiting hour in the afternoon from 4pm to 5pm into 4pm to 6pm .. coz most of the watchers cant avail the leave for them to be in that time to deliver food specially in ob ..
