I
would
stay
clear
of
this
hotel!!
I
had
spent
the
day
in
Bryce
Canyon
with
my
two
dogs,
and
had
a
room
booked
here
for
a
single
nights
stay.
When
I
arrived,
check
in
was
quick
and
easy
and
I
was
actually
quite
impressed.
Immediately
upon
entering,
I
could
smell
urine.
It
was
so
strong
it
made
my
eyes
water.
I've
worked
with
animals
professionally
for
almost
a
decade
and
this
smell
was
excessive
to
me!
I
did
the
typical
bed
bug
check
which
I
do
at
any
hotel
I
stay
at,
and
when
I
pulled
the
sheets
off
to
check,
I
found
a
huge
urine
stain
on
the
bed.
Not
only
that
but
the
fitted
sheet
also
had
a
urine
stain
on
it.
I
thoroughly
documented
everything,
packed
my
things
up,
drove
to
the
front
of
the
main
office,
parked,
and
messaged
my
mother
(who
booked
the
room
for
me)
to
tell
her
what
I
found
and
that
I
was
not
comfortable
staying
the
night
there.
As
I
was
texting
her,
the
employee
who
checked
me
in
came
out
to
ask
me
if
everything
was
okay.
I
explained
what
I
found
and
showed
him
the
pictures
I
took
of
the
room.
He
profusely
apologized
and
blamed
it
on
housekeeping
and
offered
me
a
"better
room"
and
that
they
had
better
rooms
available.
I
told
him
I
wasn't
comfortable
staying
there,
and
that
the
room
they
gave
me
shouldn't
have
been
like
that
in
the
first
place.
The
rate
for
my
room
was
more
expensive
(because
it
was
a
pet
friendly
room)
yet
there
were
"better
rooms"
at
a
lower
rate?
At
that
point
I
told
him
I
wasn't
interested
and
handed
back
the
key
card
to
my
room.
He
told
me
he
could
not
check
me
out
because
I
had
been
in
the
room
for
over
an
hour.
Time
total
was
MAYBE
20
minutes
from
unlocking
the
door,
doing
my
check,
taking
pictures
and
videos,
and
packing
up
and
driving
to
the
front.
I
have
time
stamps
of
when
I
arrived
and
left
documented
so
I
knew
that
wasn't
true.
After
spending
a
good
8+hours
in
my
car
driving
from
Northern
Utah
through
Bryce
Canyon,
another
hour
to
Cedar
city,
and
then
a
good
3
hours
back
home,
I
was
not
very
happy.
I
would
have
been
mortified
had
I
booked
this
room
for
a
friend
or
family
member.
Offering
rooms
like
that
at
all
is
unacceptable
and
unsanitary!
I'm
not
the
person
to
ask
for
refunds
but
this
was
very
upsetting
as
my
mother
gifted
this
room
for
me,
and
the
total
was
around
100$
I
called
the
manager
and
told
him
about
the
room,
and
told
him
I
felt
like
a
refund
was
in
order
as
I
was
not
in
the
room
for
more
than
20
minutes
and
given
the
state
the
room
was
in.
He
was
very
short
tempered,
spoke
over
me,
and
refused
a
refund.
He
claimed
I
was
in
the
room
over
an
hour
and
that
they
don't
do
refunds
for
online
bookings
(which
it
wasn't)
I
have
time
stamps
of
when
I
arrived
and
left
and
told
him
that
I
have
it
all
documented
on
my
phone.
The
conversation
was
going
nowhere
so
I
asked
for
the
corporate
number.
I
ended
up
getting
half
of
a
refund
and
felt
like
a
review
was
in
order.
I've
attached
pictures
of
the
mattress.
If
anything
this
should
be
reported
to
the
health
department
and
is
completely
unacceptable
and
appalling
that
it
would
even
be
offered
at
all,
let
alone
at
a
higher
rate
than
other
rooms.
I'd
recommend
staying
far,
far
away
from
this
hotel.
Just
asking
for
trouble!
