If you are pulling a trailer I would not recommend this hotel. There is nowhere to park except on the street. They do not accommodate moving vehicles. I hope my trailer is there in the morning. Also there are black curly hairs scattered around in the bathroom on the floor. There is no elevator since all the rooms enter from the outside. My lock is also broken. Really wishing I stayed at Hampton Inn. šŸ˜” I am not sure who theyā€™re paying for their reviews honestly.

This motel is a bit cheaper than most of the other ones in the same area. It is a little worn around the edges BUT it was CLEAN. It's part of " Choice " hotels franchise & you can tell there is being a lot of work being poured into this location. The beds & bedding were SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I slept like a baby! The towels are big & thick. The bathroom was clean. A lot of places you have to watch in the bathrooms. Black out curtains & surprisingly a very well lit parking lot to make you feel safer at night. I would recommend & I would stay here again!

We were not even able to make a stay as we had vehicle troubles two different times. Due to them not getting a 48 hour notice we were charged 25.00 per room for a cancellation fee. How can you give a 48 hour notice if your unable to make it there. I have stayed at many quality Inn's in the past and never heard of such a thing. If that is in fact Quality In's current policy ,I will never stay at one again!!!šŸ˜”

I will not stay here again. Just not what I expected for the price. I could find the same quality, cleanliness, and service nearly 40% less at a nearby hotel. The Hot tub was green. Room was dingy. The mattresses had a visible depression in them. They were very old and worn out. Breakfast was okay. I will not choose Quality Inn chain again.

I paid for a reservation in full over a week prior to my stay. When I arrived--bleary-eyed and exhausted from traveling all day and anxious to collapse into bed--the clerk on duty told me they had "canceled" my reservation and had no rooms available. I certainly hadn't received any notice of a cancelation. I explained I didn't want a new reservation, but that I had already paid for the room and that there must be some mistake. Nope. He just shrugged his shoulders. Despite being fully responsible for their mistake, Quality Inn was unwilling to find me another room at another property and told me there was nothing they could do. Well, Quality Inn, let me tell you what you can do: 1. Don't book rooms you don't have available. 2. NOTIFY customers when you've canceled their reservation. They are counting on it. Don't make them come all the way to your property just to yank the rug out from under them. 3. You are in the HOSPITALITY business. Use your connections with other properties to make the situation right. 4. I'm no debutante, but I believe the most basic move anyone can make in a situation like this is to apologize. Take responsibility for your mistake! Shoulder shrugs, head shakes, and curt language don't count--even if you aren't the one who screwed up and even if you aren't getting paid enough to care. We're humans after all, and a little politeness will go a long way. I didn't swear or yell at you or make your day miserable. You could have matched my civility.

First off the AC didn't work properly n it was in July we stayed. I spoke to the front office n he cane back to check it to make I had it turned on properly. Duh... He said it was working properly n I said let me check the next room. Well the unit was a newer one n it DID work properly. His response was they were replacing the old units n mine was an old one. So I asked to be switched to the other room. *The fridge/freezer had NEVER been defrosted so I wasn't able to use the freezer which is where I store my dogs food. *There was a big sticky area on the night stand which i scrubbed off. *There weren't any tissues in the cubby hole. *The door seal was shot allowing bugs to crawl in. The ONLY positive I can give is the nice, big breakfast n the friendly staff.

Hotel was great! Nice and clean. Smelled clean too. Already heated when I got into the room. Pet friendly!!! Only thing bad was the front desk person. Think their name was William. Blond emo come over bob. Really didnā€™t need the sassiness. Their stuck up and arrogant attitude just wasnā€™t giving. I Just didnā€™t appreciate the passive aggressive small talk. Itā€™s absolutely free.99 to keep your BIASED opinions to yourself. I was just trying to mind my own little business and grab my room and crash for the night after driving twelve hours. Pro tip! If youā€™re stopping here on your way to CA, donā€™t mention it.

It was a decent place to rest your head, but upon arrival, the software to open to the pool and hot tub was down, so we couldn't enjoy that. The water in the shower was either ice cold or burning hot. The free breakfast wasn't too great, either. Left feeling like my stomach was cement.

After reading some of the reviews a few months ago, I was a little skeptical about what our stay would be like. While you can tell the facilities have been around for a number of years, there were many updates in our room that made it feel like we're in a new hotel. Our room was clean with really comfortable beds and nice wood floors, which was great with our puppy. Breakfast was filling and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Not a bad stop if you passing through or even if you're staying a few days. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was free. The cheese eggs were good. My room key randomly stopped working but was quickly replaced each time. Beds were kinda hard. I stayed to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon in one trip. Both were about 1 hr away. It was an ok place to stay.

Rooms were clean but old and worn. Beds didn't have much spring to them and rolled toward the middle like a bowl. Location was easy on easy off

I would not stay here again. Nor would I recommend this place. The pool was closed, nasty and green. Wish we knew it would be closed since this is partially why we booked here. We had 4 rooms 3 of the 4 rooms bathtub drains did not work. Could not use shower for long since the drain didnā€™t drain and got water took a while to work. The hot water was more is a Luke warm water. So cold. The sinks drained in 2 of the 4 rooms we had. There were a few spiders and other bugs we had to kill. It was gross. The beds were not bad and the rooms on the bottom floor had nice vinyl flooring. The carpeted rooms upstairs were not as clean. The key cards stopped working two or three times a day the staff was great to just reprogram them but it was inconvenient. They said itā€™s been a problem for a while The breakfast was okay too the cheesy eggs and sausage were good and the pancake cooker was pretty fun. The gravy was good too. The eating area was always clean and nice. Very well taken care of. Staff was super nice at breakfast. Overall if you just need a place to rest, close to the freeway, one night itā€™s an option for the price. But if you can swing somewhere else-Iā€™d say try somewhere else.

The positive reviews on this place have to be purchased or fake. Iā€™m not one to bag on businesses but frankly we paid more for this place and chose it because of the positive reviews. Between the freezing pool that was a disappointment to my young boys, the murky Yellow hot tub that looked like it was brewing bacteria, the clogged drain in the bathroom sink, the broken bathroom fan that wonā€™t clear the room, the obvious filth trail in the carpet, the general run down maintenance of everything this place is worth avoiding. If you are like us and you are just now reading negative reviews while you are already committed to staying the nightā€¦ weā€™ll, leave an honest review of the place to save your fellow humans from overpaying for what should have been better maintained for the price.

Super overpriced hotel. Priced like it is a 5 star hotel when really it is only 1 star. Floors are dirty, loose floor tiles in bathroom and no slip protection in tub. Then noticed my credit card was charged $20 more than what my receipt stated. When I called it was explained that that is a ā€œstandardā€ extra charge for damage incidentals but will be reversed when the credit card goes thru. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Roaches... My wife reserved this room as a pit stop on a road trip. We saw the reviews were mostly positive and decided to stay here. The room smelled really bad, the carpets were disgusting. And we caught cockroaches that were climbing on the walls. Part of the reason we stayed here was for the hot tub. The water was cloudy and disgusting and the jets didn't work. At least the pool seemed to be clean. Overall not a good experience.

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Stains all over the carpet and lounge chair. I thought I was going to pop a spring when I sat on the bed. Terribly uncomfortable bed. The bathroom faucet is stiff making it hard to regulate temperature. I gave it 2 stars due to friendly staff and good breakfast.

Room was ok. Smelled like someone had smoked in it. Bed was clean. Ice machine didnā€™t work. Hot tub was in poor condition, smelled bad too. Breakfast was ok. Donā€™t come here if you are looking for a hot tub.

Another great room at a great price. My room was huge, clean and all the amenities worked as they should. Parking places in front of your room were extra large, so you didnā€™t have to squeeze in and out, and I used their laundry facilities which was conveniently located, and inexpensive.

I know it seems silly to rate a motel with a 5 star experience, but this exceeded my expectations by a long way. The room was very clean. The beds were springy, but comfortable. The tub was clean, the bathroom area well maintained. The real surprise was the breakfast provided. My family has intolerances for Gluten and Dairy, and there was still a lot of variety to eat for those affected. There was also an automatic pancake machine. Yes, readers... You read that correctly. A machine that when demanded, produces via a conveyer belt 2 beautifully cooked, delicious pancakes. Will wholeheartedly endorse, recommend, and return to this location.

I made the reservation online for my aunt. The process was simple however I wanted to make sure that I made a modification to confirm that she would be on the bottom floor or to find out if there was an elevator. I couldn't do that part online so I gave the hotel a call. William did a great job at helping me make sure that my aunt was assigned to a first floor. And he was very courteous and helpful throughout our conversation. William if you see this thank you! My aunt messaged me after she got settled and said,"Settled into my room, everything went very well. Emily was at the front desk and couldn't have been better! Yee Haw!" Thank you everyone for making my aunt's stay great!

I called and made a reservation at 12:30am and the person working the desk was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately do to a rental car issue we were able to make there by the 7am cutoff for my check in, we got there about 45 minutes late. When we got there we had been put down as a no-show, but after explaining what had happened the person that was working the desk reversed the no-show status a d also gave us an extra hour for check out.

As for price, I thought this place was very affordable for the accommodations. We went one night on labor day weekend and had one of the suites with 4 beds and It was less than $200 dollars. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and ac worked, which was great since it was in the middle of a heat wave. One ac unit worked better than the other but both worked well enough and the room was comfortable within an hour. The AC units were the window wall mount type. Parking within the complex was pretty tight. I think it was sold out that night, so you may not be able to park right next to your room. That being said, we were towing a camping trailer so we parked in the street in front of the hotel. The street was wide and not very busy with decent lighting which was perfect. For us having a spit to park a large vehicle and trailer right in front of the hotel is a huge plus. There was probably enough space for 4 large vehicles to park in front of the hotel like we did. In fact a big school bus was also parked out front. The staff was very friendly morning and night. They acknowledged your presence and warmly greeted guests. Now the bad side is the breakfast is horrendous. First the dining area was very warm and stuffy in the morning It didn't smell bad but didn't smell great. It actually would of been nice if it just didn't smell like anything. The food was super mystery. I personally only dared to eat the biscuits and gravy and they were just gross, biscuits didn't seem fresh and I don't even want to think about the gravy. The sausages were dried up and kinda shriveled, I'm not sure how you mess that up but my kids found it to be super gross. The muffins and bagels were pretty packaged and of poor quality similar to something you get at the dollar store. The juice machine gave me one glass of ok Orange juice and the second was watered down and gross. The reviews from my kids on other juices weren't any better. And I want to note this was first thing at 6:00am, so everything should have been fresh and ready to go. The pancake machine worked one round then stopped working. A worker did come in and add more batter and got it working again but nobody wanted to try it again by then because the after effects of the first round of pancakes was sufficient. I actually didn't finish the breakfast and had to leave early because it was so stuffy and musty in the dining area I just couldn't handle it. Plus the visual of want of my daughters that actually kept eating the eggs and sausage was just too much to bare. And one more item, the cereal dispensers also need replaced, you have to aggressively crank those things to get little morsels of cereal to drop in your bowl. So in short, a great hotel but a horrible breakfast. The offered I think a 10 or 20 percent off coupon to the Denny's across the street. I would highly recommend using it. This dining area is in bad shape and the quality of the food is horrible. So if you look at this like a hotel with no complimentary breakfast then it is a great place. Contrary to the sign, the breakfast is not fresh or healthy. However it is a hot breakfast that is a true statement. Also this hotel seems like it is in a nice location. It's right off the I 15 and you have a gas station and Denny's right across the street to get up and in your way.

We slept better than we have yet after a month on the road on their VERY comfortable bed. The A/C also was one that was not on auto, so we didn't have to listen to the compressor turn on and off. The staff was great and breakfast was very good (except for the 30some kids who were on a "road trip" - say it very loudly), which was totally not the fault of the hotel. The chaperones were louder than the kids, but they were just having a good time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a night or more if you are passing through the cedar city. The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was sufficient. Enjoyed pool and hot tub after long drive. Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks are not that far from this place. Front desk staff is kind and helpful. Definitely recommended!

I would stay clear of this hotel!! I had spent the day in Bryce Canyon with my two dogs, and had a room booked here for a single nights stay. When I arrived, check in was quick and easy and I was actually quite impressed. Immediately upon entering, I could smell urine. It was so strong it made my eyes water. I've worked with animals professionally for almost a decade and this smell was excessive to me! I did the typical bed bug check which I do at any hotel I stay at, and when I pulled the sheets off to check, I found a huge urine stain on the bed. Not only that but the fitted sheet also had a urine stain on it. I thoroughly documented everything, packed my things up, drove to the front of the main office, parked, and messaged my mother (who booked the room for me) to tell her what I found and that I was not comfortable staying the night there. As I was texting her, the employee who checked me in came out to ask me if everything was okay. I explained what I found and showed him the pictures I took of the room. He profusely apologized and blamed it on housekeeping and offered me a "better room" and that they had better rooms available. I told him I wasn't comfortable staying there, and that the room they gave me shouldn't have been like that in the first place. The rate for my room was more expensive (because it was a pet friendly room) yet there were "better rooms" at a lower rate? At that point I told him I wasn't interested and handed back the key card to my room. He told me he could not check me out because I had been in the room for over an hour. Time total was MAYBE 20 minutes from unlocking the door, doing my check, taking pictures and videos, and packing up and driving to the front. I have time stamps of when I arrived and left documented so I knew that wasn't true. After spending a good 8+hours in my car driving from Northern Utah through Bryce Canyon, another hour to Cedar city, and then a good 3 hours back home, I was not very happy. I would have been mortified had I booked this room for a friend or family member. Offering rooms like that at all is unacceptable and unsanitary! I'm not the person to ask for refunds but this was very upsetting as my mother gifted this room for me, and the total was around 100$ I called the manager and told him about the room, and told him I felt like a refund was in order as I was not in the room for more than 20 minutes and given the state the room was in. He was very short tempered, spoke over me, and refused a refund. He claimed I was in the room over an hour and that they don't do refunds for online bookings (which it wasn't) I have time stamps of when I arrived and left and told him that I have it all documented on my phone. The conversation was going nowhere so I asked for the corporate number. I ended up getting half of a refund and felt like a review was in order. I've attached pictures of the mattress. If anything this should be reported to the health department and is completely unacceptable and appalling that it would even be offered at all, let alone at a higher rate than other rooms. I'd recommend staying far, far away from this hotel. Just asking for trouble!

Quality Inn gets a star for location, a star for cleanliness and friendly staff and a star for price. It supposedly includes breakfast but my definition of what constitutes breakfast and the Quality Innā€™s are different. And if you expect a quality sleep, I would consider going somewhere else. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests. It does take pets though which is why I stayed. The saving grace of this place is that it was clean and conveniently close to the freeway.

The place is okay for a no frills, 2 star, standard room to spend a night or two. Pretty clean room overall and I only found a few hairs of unknown origin. It's kinda weird not to have room service unless you specifically ask for it (they pull the environmental card but really it is a cost savings to the owners). There is a pool but I didn't try it. The breakfast was meager: mostly fake food such as a previously frozen roll of some sort, a pancake maker that looks like a small copy machine, and coffee and OJ concentrate. No milk or cold cereal here but they did have yogurt and a small granola bar. I think they had biscuits and sausage too but I didn't dare touch them. My wife said they were too salty and they went to the trash. The bathroom paint and tub were looking fairly worn and should be addressed. The place is next to or within walking distance of Denny's, DQ, IHOP, Jimmy John's, McDonald's and a gas station which is super convenient. Would be I stay here again? Probably not as there are other places I would like to try next time.

Tldr; it's great, stay here! I booked the room and then read some of the reviews and was a little apprehensive. I don't know what some of these people were complaining about. Price was great, check in easy, room was clean and looked well maintained. Breakfast was great as well. It's a continental breakfast, so I don't know what some people expected. Yeah, I heard other people a few times, but it's a motel for Pete sake. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Quality inn was a good stay, the front desk guy was awesome he was very helpful! Very friendly, all staff is friendly. Some things to think about: the rooms are a bit dark even with all the lights on and the drapes pulled back, the tub was a bit slippery I had to keep a foot out sometimes so I could keep balance, the big pool was cold no one really wanted to go in it because itā€™s still cold outside and the hot tub doesnā€™t open till 4 pm. I did really enjoy my stay itā€™s by a lot of fun things you can do, itā€™s within walking distance to several places to eat, we enjoyed walking down Main Street and hearing the bag pipes play and see all the fun stores, we also really enjoyed the hot breakfast they have, if you need a good place to stay Iā€™d definitely come here they strive to live by their good name!
