Absolutely amazing!! Opening day we got free sodas and cookies and they were made perfectly. Not too syrupy and they got the no ice part of my order correct. The new building looks great and the workers were really nice and efficient despite it being busy. The long line took no time at all. We will absolutely be going here often!

Ordered a drink here and it was made wrong. When I went inside to inform them it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I then proceeded to explain to them that the drink was made wrong and asked if I can get another one. They proceeded to grab my drink from me, and pump the additional flavorings in the cup……. The staff here are very rude. Never say hello. And they look like they’d rather be anywhere else than working there. I took my drinks and simply threw them away and left. I’ll go to fiz or somewhere else. I will never return to this location.

Ordered two 24oz sodies. The menu says $2 so I expected to pay $4 plus tax. The total was $7.50 because of the add ins… the add ins being what was on the menu? So only expect to pay $2 if you want a plain soda. In that case you should just go to McDonalds. The Soda Nerd in Cedar City is better. Bigger drinks for $1.50. The menu is very misleading. Update: the reputation team reached out and said they would pass along my feedback about the misleading menu. They were very nice and compensated me. Thank you!

Customer service is terrible. Me and my wife went to swig were there today just now at(around 940) on October 14th. 3 of the young employees were standing there all chit chatting. 1 looked at us and didn't even stop their conversations with their co workers to come help us. We stood their for a good 2 minutes before they came up to us. We were the only ones there. Love the drinks but their employees need some better Customer service training.

Great place for drinks/quick snack. Multiple options from flavors sodas & energy revivers to healthier options like refresher and unique boba. Cookies are served chilled.

Great location, staff was very friendly too! Unfortunately when I went they were out of multiple ingredients and sodas including Dr. Pepper and Root Beer. I was unable to try what I wanted to.

The sodas are great and so are the staff! But the cookies are always undercooked! It’s such a bummer because they’d be so good it they were in the over for another minute or two. The pretzels are over salted and way too hard.

I love the refreshers here. The strawberry and mango breeze are the best! I come here multiple times a week and the new rice Krispy is delicious!
