I have social anxiety. But I begged God to help me Get out of my car and he did. I was nervous walking into the Store. But once inside it wasn’t as Scary as I would have imagined. Yes, everything looks Fancy and expensive. I was like” Oh my God help me! I’m not rich enough to be here!” I went to this store for a Dress shirt so I can go to church once again after 6 yrs. I looked around and Didn’t find anything but then God showed me a new section of the store and they Had really nice shirts plus the shirts came with Ties already chosen to match the shirt colors. It was exactly what I was looking for. So I bought a medium one and a Large one that way I can see which one fits me best. I spent 130$ for 2 shirts and 2 ties…. It was a good deal. I think tomorrow I will go again and buy some jeans or even a Suit jacket. They have really nice selections. Point of the story is God took care of me even though I didn’t deserve it!!!!!!!! God is kind. Even to Miserable worthless sinners like me. And y’all are probably better than me so Yeah Y’all should be good if u come here and Trust God to Lead u around the store.

Today was the second Saturday of the month ! So I came prepared for JCPenney kids Zone and was greeted at the door by a elder employee who handed me a $10 of $10 or more coupon!! I was early so I had time to treat myself to the clearance racks! Got a pair of slippers for $8.99 and a Pair of slides for &10 Then used my online extra 30% coupon for an oversized junior graphic T got that baddy for only $2.99 I was able to combine the $10 off coupon with the 10% off coupon (that the associate handing out the Kids Zone items gave me :-)) and the 30% off coupon and purchase two character watches for my boys for $24 I love this location.

The Hair salon. Stylist Roz!!!! Overlooks. Very disrespectful to scheduled clients. I've gone several times and Roz will have 2 to 3 more clients and puts them in between. My appt.rnds up being 3 to 4 hrs. For some simple wash, cond, and style. Then her charges are ALWAYS HIGHER then Local high end Salons. Will never go there and be sched. With her ROZ again. The other stylist I notice take 1 client and work to completion!!! AND I've even tipped on those high charges as well. Thank you. others that

I had a great time the last time I was here, thanks to Pauline, for dropping everything she was doing to assist me, ordering online at the store, also want to thank Darin for his kindness.

I like JC Penny but it's a little dated with clothing styles. I don't know if it's always been that way. I personally would like to see them be up there with Marshall's and Dillard's fashion

I purchased a beautiful pair of pink slacks. Didn’t try them because they were my size. Well as I was removing the tags, I started to smell a funny smell coming from the pants. I don’t know if someone had tried them on or someone returned them, but they smelled very foul!

We thought this particular store was closed down. We're so glad that it's still open. Will definitely be going back soon.

Good experience! I assisted myself and didn’t need much help as I started the shopping online and simply visited the store for proper fitting. The cashiers could benefit from being more pleasant or perhaps working at a place that they would enjoy verses working at a store that they like to shop at. Other than that - I love my heels 💕
