I was able to use my points for an overnight stay to visit family. The location was perfect, and there are a lot of options for food and shopping. There's a local Walmart close by as well. The check-in process was smooth. However, upon entry to the room, I had a few issues. First of all, the security latch was missing from the door. I'm not sure what happened, but that's a huge problem. I did address the issue with the young man at the front desk who assured me that someone would come and take care of it but that never happened. Also, there's usually bottled water for the coffee station in the room, but there was none for me. The lamp that's positioned between the beds wasn't working. The restroom was just okay as far as cleanliness. I'm glad I bought my own cleaning supplies. But getting back to the safety latch, please fix it it's room 402. Only one elevator was working, so it was very inconvenient because it had us waiting and I was on the fourth floor.

Normally I stay in Marriott hotel and normally I give 5 stars. On this one the location is great and the front desk was very helpful, but the smell in the rooms were weird and you can heard every steps of the people above you. I was very hard to sleep plus some sound of vehicles on the street. I guess that’s why is a little bit cheaper than other Marriotts.

Every time my boyfriend and I stay here, we enjoy it. We're very regular here. The rooms look amazing and are very homey, the staff is very friendly and always greets you if they're available. And the location itself couldnt be any better, while right off a highway, you're surrounded by food places and shopping centers, wether it be Ross in the Cedar Hill Plaza, Hot Topic at the Uptown mall, or even just the Cinemark 14 down the road. I do wish there was more in the area, but thats alright.

Just checked in but so far extremely impressed. Hotel is clean, smells so good, staff is wonderful, breakfast was delish this morning rooms is spacious and nicely decorated and walking distance to walmart, hooters and the mall. (Some walks closer than others)

This location does not have cable for the TV’s. Spectrum has been out here several times and the technicians were incapable of resolving the issue. I came here to relax and am unable to do so.

Great place to stay outside of Dallas proper. Plenty of places to eat nearby and walmart is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. My second time staying at this property

No complaints about our stay. Upon returning home and looking over my credit card account, I was charged by Priceline when I made the reservation and by the hotel when I checked in. I tried to contact the hotel (all the extensions) and no one answered. Voicemails were full. I reached out to Priceline to help me. The initial cs person had to send my issue to another department so we wait. Will see what happens...

Check in was great, I got upgraded to a suite because of a shortage of rooms. There was a beautiful shade to block light in the window with a nature scene. The shower glass was immaculately clean, no spots or streaks. Room coffee pot was clean and looked pretty new. Continental breakfast was a good variety of sweet and savory. Different types of bread, fruit, a few varieties of oatmeal, hot coffee, juice, waffles, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and turkey bacon. Room was clean and smart TVs were awesome. I accidentally left something important behind, and they kept it for me until I returned to pick it up.

Our room was very clean the duvet was clean as well, you usually don't get a clean on just clean blanket over it. Service was good very accommodating and nice. This hotel is in a very good area food places gas station and Walmart are right across from the hotel.

From check-in to check out was amazing! Tiffany checked me in with lots of warmth and smiles. The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. There are lots of stores close by. They also have a mini convenient store at the lobby. The breakfast is the real deal! With many varieties and healthy foods. I love the fact that the attendant (Espinada) comes out every 9 - 10 minutes(literally) to check on supplies and clean surfaces. I definitely will book again.

This hotel is one of my favorites here in Cedar Hill. Clean rooms, free breakfast, pool and gym. And you have a lot of restaurants to choose from in this area.

The stay was nice, unlike the Marriott I had stayed in the night before. But even more the staff was more friendly and the complimentary breakfast was better than the previous hotel. They had it all together and were on it. I'll be sure to stay here next time rather the other Marriott when traveling to Dallas.

I really wish I could have given them a better rating. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful. We chose this hotel for the pool, when we arrived the pool was green and closed. Pretty disappointed. Then the remote to the TV doesn't work so I had to watch news all night and the final straw was a marching band in the room above me. All night long bang bang bang. Quite the disappointed experience.

Nice rooms. Has a working pool. Nice breakfast.

Service personnel were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the best. Location is very convenient near a shopping area, restaurants and not far from the venue that we had to go.

I had an absolute blast celebrating a baby shower at the hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the event space was beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, and everyone had a great time playing games and socializing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to host a special event!

I had a horrible stay at this hotel , I paid $219.99 for a Fairfield hotel in Dallas and I got a handicap room with open shower. . We were promise a discounted price that the new manager refused to honor . I will not stay here again and you should be careful too.

Newer hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good. And I loved the fact that they came out and changed the serving utensils often. The rooms were nice and clean. Definitely will be going back.

Beautiful hotel. Due to covid they come clean your room once every 3 days. If you ask for anything, they take good care of you.

The room that was reserved for us was supposed to have two beds. Instead we received one bed and a pull out couch. The nighttime clerk refused to take his shades off while speaking to my mother, at 1 am, and indoors. He then claimed he "wasn't allowed to do a military discount on weekends", then swiftly switched to "I'm new and I don't know how to do it" then transitioned to "only managers are allowed to give a military discount". He also was not in a uniform, or professional attire. There was conveniently no manager there at that time or during check out.

Loved the rooms. Staff was amazing. Provided a printout of restaurants in the area which was very helpful
