Mahshid and her assistants were phenomenal! From the consultation, to the day of my color correction/ hair cut. Fixing someone’s mess up is not easy, but Mashid knew exactly what to do and how to nurse my hair back to health. Thank you so much Mashid! I had such a great experience with Brittany! She went above and beyond with my hair. She loves to get creative, and is happy to share her knowledge. My experience with Brittany changed my hair for more than just the cut and color - which turned out way better than I could imagine. Brittany recommended a spray and brush that worked with my dense and easy tangle hair. She wasn't pushy, she was just happy to help my hair get to a healthy happier place. I will definitely go back to see her!

I have been seeing Brittany for almost a year now. And I have never been happier with my hair. She listens to what you want, suggests what’s best and she delivers it beyond expectations. I got my hair done with Journi, and she was AMAZING. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. So professional, on time and really understood what I wanted out of my appt ointment. I’m already scheduled to come back again to her for touch ups. My hair came out fabulous and so glad I had her do my hair for me.

My stylist was Mallory- I didn’t even know what I wanted (only that I wanted a big change)and she was able to nail it so well. This was a big change for me and she was thorough with the consultation. Very knowledgeable and professional while personable. I felt confident after the consultation that it was going to come out great and she killed it! I’m super happy with my hair and will be going back to maintain the new ‘do! She also taught me how to style this cute cut and I was grateful for that. She also got me hooked on a couple products- texture spray and primer. Love this salon

I’m obsessed with my new cut! I’ve been looking for a salon to call home for a minute, and I’m so glad I found Deep Roots. I think this is the first time that a stylist actually fully listened to what I wanted and delivered! Most stylists have tried to convince me to wear my hair curly (it’s not for me) or that my thick hair is great and I shouldn’t thin it too much, but Michelle HEARD me when I said to take a lot of weight out and give me some fun texture/layers while keeping the length. My hair looks and feels amazing and I will leave my hair in Michelle’s hands for as long as she’ll have me!
