I had a so-so experience. The bed was clean. The bathroom was clean. Good water pressure in the shower and the hot water didn't run out. I killed two German cockroaches in the bathroom. One night I opened a kitchen drawer looking for cutlery and a couple of bugs scattered. The very lady morning, I had a salt and pepper packet lying on my bedside table. No food was lying around anywhere. I made sure of that. The packet was leftover from cutlery I brought in, but I made sure to dispose of everything else. A roach was crawling on the packet. They definitely need to up their bug-spraying game. I made sure to unpack all my clothes (never kept anything outside my suitcase and it always remained zipped) outside my apartment and shake it all out before going straight into the washer. Other than the bugs, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Those bugs were a real downer, though. Oh, and the toilet didn't flush. So if the manager is reading this, Room 117 really needs a plumber to look at that toilet.

I arrived and was serviced fast and given my access card to find that the maids was still working on it. After ten or fifteen minutes, my first impressions was good. Comfortable beds. Everything clean and everything appears to work. Parking is plentiful and free. It's quiet. Here are some things I didn't like during my stay. This place is within a few yards from a major 5G cell tower. There was no seal around the door entrance. I could see directly outside from inside. The doornobs was not very secure. A person could break in easily. Also, I noticed on some of the reviews about roaches and bugs. They could be entering your room through the cracks in the entrance door. I didn't witness any bugs in my room during my stay. Adding seals to doors is energy efficient and worth the investment in the long run. Small TV. I barely watch the TV or used wifi so I'm not sure about the quality of the cable or wifi. Be sure to bring your own stopper or plug if you plan to bath and not shower. They do not provide stoppers. If you like hot water when you shower then showering here will disappoint you. It gets warm but not hot. No kitchen supplies but you can purchase them at the office.

This place was safe and relatively clean. I felt better after I used the antiseptic wipes that I had with me. I just noticed what the usual prices are by a pop-up that just appeared...normally 75 dollars. They took advantage of busy weekend season and my price was $185. per night. The person at the hotel who called me for cc information told me charging the $100 deposit and when I got there had charged $435 to my card. I was not the person planning to pay for the room so had to manage getting reimbursed. Lobby door was boarded up with plywood. The man who checked me in was courteous and helpful. However the next day when I went to dry my hair discovered the hairdryer had melted and would not even turn on. Spark marks around the plug-in probably from when the dryer blew out. I asked only person in office for a dryer and they did not have one to loan me. I went to my event with less than best hair....I would be willing to bet that room #127 still does not have a working hair dryer. It does not seem fair they doubled their rate for prime time weekend. I would question that the 5 our of 5 (excellent) reviews are real. I feel 3 stars are generous for what I experienced.

So basically my boyfriend Brandon works at the front desk and he’s so hot but he keeps hanging up and screaming at me. That’s so hurtful. I’m literally pregnant. Call me babe. I miss you.

The new older American lady who checked us in at the front desk was nice, polite and cheerful. Complete 180 by morning with your typical Indian owners who were completely rude with me simply calling for a late check out. Was given till 11:30 AM however, anything there after would be $40 till 1 PM. I brushed off the rudeness, do to my own circumstances I chose stay over but was given 15 minutes to do so. I had to purchase coffee a block away since there is no in room or lobby coffee so 15 minutes was not Sufficient for me because I wanted to enjoy my coffee as any other American does. lobby is locked 24 hours, you have to stand in a cubicle closet with no air-conditioning to take care of any of your itinerary. No rush, I am staying over, I have a room full of my belongings, have always been given the grace when staying over at any Hotel chain. When I went to the office to let them know I have to run 4 miles down the road to the bank, the front desk/ assuming the property owners looks at me from head to toe and Speaks a paragraph on her phone to whom she was attending to more than myself who was in front of her(poor hospitality guest services) then looks at me in the face dazed. I then began to repeat myself and she rudely interrupts me and says get out of the property, get out of the room. I asked , “ under what grounds” she said “none is needed to be given get out of the room “. I went back to the room loaded and packed away frantically not knowing if she would’ve been next come in lock me out of the room or for no reason. As I was packing everything into the car I noticed there’s nothing but her race in the parking lot. I wish I could share photos because at this point it seems as I was clearly kicked off property just so she could rent to her own. For the value you get absolutely nothing, you’re better off staying at national brands or even smaller mom and pop places because at least you can get coffee in the morning.

Clean, homey and big. I loved the room. Felt like a mini home away from home. It was clean and we felt safe in the area. I must emphasize the clean part because this was a great priced hotel. We stumbled upon this cause our hotel we were originally gonna be at couldn't accommodate us due to system failure. So we had to find a hotel and this hot was a great price for same day booking. (Usually rates are high on same day). So we definitely enjoyed our 2 night stay!

Positives first! Nice room, comfy bed, good wifi, good size fridge, efficient workers and it's very clean. Obviously with 4 stars, the positives outweighed the negatives. That being said, they are worth mentioning. 1. The AC is off when you get there. They are very good ac units so it gets cool and dry quickly but if you are looking forward to quick cool relief, it's gonna be a bit. 2. The TV is nice but kind of small. The picture is good enough to see from the bed but the volume is insufficient. 3. And most minor, my bathtub did not have the option to stop the drain for an actual bath. Other than those things is a very nice stay and would recommend.

My room was clean . I only stayed one night, but it has all amenities needed for prolonged stay. Lobby has small shopete where you can buy dishes, hygiene/cleaning supplies. It’s not fancy, but decent enough for 2 star hotel.

My husband and I have been coming to Cedar Park for work a few different occasions. This is the first time we book this hotel. It has been the best of the ones around by far. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Very affordable in a safe area close to everything. Checking in was very easy as well

This is really a dive motel. Small flat screen tv with no channels. Linoleum floors, sounded like a herd horses upstairs in the morning. Burn holes in the couch. Lobby is closed with plywood over the broken window. The service desk is behind bullet proof glass. Half the lights didn't work in my room. The room does feel big, probably because the ceiling is ten feet up. I don't know why, maybe they can use that room to install sound proofing.

Room was clean, bathroom pretty clean. Ac was nice and cold. Kitchen was great! We stayed 4 days, left our door not disturbing on our door the whole time and was never disturbed! Except we had room people knocking on our door at like 10:20-10:30 asking us if we were checking out. When check out is 11. So kind of annoying.

Dirty in and out, stank. Women cussing and yelling outside, smoking everywhere. Tricked..lured me in with a special on line price...raised price on me when I arrived, too tired to find another place. Not refundable for a reason. Stay away from this ghetto place. Allergies kicked in as soon as I went in the room and I don't have allergies. All of the reviews that said this place was good look like they are from the same person or people. Total lies.. even thinking of going somewhere else and losing the money. Very sad we came here.

I thought this was very clean and spacious for the price. I appreciated how clean even the shower was. The only real negative was that they said they only have shampoo bottles (upon request) and no conditioner, but it was no big deal. The staff was friendly, too!

The location of the hotel is in a decent area of Cedar Park, and the rooms are OK, however.... the cable sucked. They had channels that I had never heard of before. There were no normal channels like USA, TNT, SyFy, A&E, FX, Food Network, TLC, MTV, VH1.... heck, they didn't even have basic stations like Fox, NBC, ABC, or CBS. We lost our place to live so we have been staying in hotels with Kitchenettes till we can move into our new apartment. It won't be ready till late March. We are currently staying at a much nicer hotel in a good and safe location. The staff didn't even seem to understand anything we said to them, and didn't seem interested in whether or not we even continued renting the room.

The room was clean and the property was quiet. The only knock was the manager was stingy with the towels, which made no sense. Probably would do better to smile and provide the customer what they're asking for.

Safe, clean, and the price was right! if you want to use the kitchenette you’ll have to bring your own pots, pans, utensils. Also, it would be nice to have a complimentary coffee... in all, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had power! I would definitely come back.

My company has been staying here for about three years now every week getting two to four rooms depending on how many workers we have. I’m working at H-E-B and have to work nights(9:00pm-5:00am) and Monday morning after working all night I wasn’t able to get a room here and had to go somewhere else. As soon as I find another hotel or motel that will better accommodate us we will not be staying here anymore.(we have about 4 more years of work here and probably going to get more) also I’ve seen this place call the cops on tired people that fell asleep in their car and the cops searched the person for like two hours and then just let them go.(4 white cops and one Mexican construction worker)

ZERO STARS DO NOT STAY HERE!! First of all the rooms are TERRIBLE, the door to my room didn't shut all the way unless you SLAMMED it shut, the phone in the room DID NOT WORK and I was not made aware that it doesn't work. HUGE SAFTY ISSUE!! On top of that there was loud music being played right outside my room at 10pm. I tried calling to the lobby, when I discovered the phone doesn't work, so I called from my cell phone. When I told the front desk there was an issue with my rooms phone and that I was unhappy with all the noise at a late hour, also expressed how I felt upset with the phone being out and having no knowledge about it because again SAFTY ISSUE INFORM YOUR GUESTS PLEASE! This whole experience I was kind I did not yell I just said "I'm upset for this reason" simply hoping for a solution, well the man at the front desk argued with me telling me my room phone does work and I hung up on him..The phone only beeped over and over again, never had a dial tone, no one ever answered just "beep, beep, beep, beep" and that is what I tried explaining to him, then he started screaming at me telling me not to yell at him, like I had been yelling the whole time? So I continued trying to explain I did not yell, I was not yelling, I have an issue and HE is yelling at me, a guest, for having an issue..Before that even left my mouth he hung up. So I went to the lobby because oh WOW that is unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous. And he ignored me at the desk, refused to speak to me, then when I wouldn't leave without speaking to him he screamed at me more, told me he would call the cops and that I needed to leave. Refused to give me a refund and told me I was in the wrong, got on his cell phone then walked away and ignored again. I would have rather slept in my car in a public parking lot than to have spent money on this absolutely horrible hotel. Do not stay here, run far away and spend your money elsewhere. The worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in every way possible.

Room was good for the price. We had to ask for clothes hangers, iron board and blow dryer. Blow dryer was making noise. They did provide everything we asked for. No elevator, so if you have problems climbing, request 1st floor. We did and They gave us 1st floor. Over all it was good.

From check in to check out was smooth and quick. Friendly staff . Rooms were clean and bed and couch were comfortable. Kitchenette was great. Just remember bring your own cookware and everything you will need in the kitchen. They have things for sale if you need them. Location about no more than 30 minutes to most major things and to downtown Austin. We'll worth the price.
