There is literally not a better pediatric Neurologist than Dr. Elton! No matter where you are, she is worth the drive! After a freak head injury from a ball to the face, and endless mystery complications, Dr. Elton and her nurse Richard are who have not stopped trying for a second to figure out what is going on. At my son's lowest...she was there to help, day, night, even weekends. She will call anyone worldwide that she thinks might offer insight on random mysteries, and has a special place in our hearts forever. She has literally been there every step of the way for the past 18 months, even keeping him after he turned 18, and still checking in as he heads to college. I only wish she saw adults so I could see her as well!!!

We really like our neurologist at CNCA but it is very very difficult to get an appointment. We had to cancel due to the flu, completely beyond our control.My son now has to wait 6months before being seen putting 12monthe between neurology appointments. The appointment coordinator didn't mention the cancelled appointment waitlist, I had to request it thanks to quick thinking. Our initial consultation had a 6month wait as well.

Great response time. Toshia is great to work with. I was worried after Dr Kane left and although I still miss him, she & the staff have been great!

Dr Patel is amazing caring Doctor who listens to my son needs and mines awell. We highly recommend Dr.Patel to anyone who is looking for a great norologist with years of experience and also great with working with young adults.

Treatment plan: A+. Ease of intake: A+. Friendliness is staff: A+. Punctuality... we were an hour behind schedule, which happens. But it would really, really help if someone said "we're sorry, we are running a bit behind. You have time to run to the bathroom, etc."

Our visit was great. Madison was very knowledgeable and personable. We didn't feel rushed and felt very comfortable talking with her during the exam.

Dr. Gonzales is absolutely amazing! She listened to myself and more importantly my son. For years he has had to suffer from migraines and from a long line of genetics I know first hand that’s sometimes unbearable and he is getting treatment from his first visit.

Takes forever to schedule an appointment. -1 star Doctor was nice and answered all my questions +1 star Office is clean and located in convenient location +1 star Billing was awful to deal with their medical billing and customer service can't even bill and apply simple Office visit code and apply correct paid amount vs insurance discount right and billed me the rest when it should clearly should have been written off. I called and talked to them for 30 minutes and person couldn't even help me ridicules. Asked me to email the EOB? I was like did you loose yours? ... -2 stars

Dr. Patel takes her time with my son and give me comfort in knowing how and why she prescribes medication and answers questions and concerns about the plan of care, medication and referral needed for my son. Her staff is a plus for they are kind and considerate too.

We had an amazing experience with Ms. Toshia yesterday! She and her staff were on point with all the information I received and needed to go forward with Emerson’s care! If I could give zero stars, I would. We could only see a nurse practitioner if we didn't want to wait months to get in, which is annoying but not a deal breaker. We were referred there because my daughter was having headaches. She had one MRI while she had braces and we wanted another one after they were removed so we could get a clearer image, which we had to practically force them to order because they said her brain was fine according to the first MRI. The second MRI came back showing issues in her sinuses, so they called my freshly-turned 18 year old child and the person who she spoke to just left her confused. So my daughter got on her patient portal to ask for more information and some clarification, but all she got was the exact same thing via email from a doctor we'd never met with no further explanation. Skip to today when we see a GP and they go over ALL of the notes from the MRI and actually LOOK at the MRI too which I'm 99.9% sure the NP at Child Neurology never did. We find out there is a medical condition clearly defined on the MRI and in the notes from ARA's radiologist that neither the doctor nor his assistant ever bothered to tell my child. Long story short, they barely did a so-so job of trying to truly help my child and once they learned that her problem was unlikely under their medical specialty, they just threw her out the door with barely an explanation. All they did was shove pills down her throat and hope for the best 0/5 stars DO NOT recommend.

Unfortunately, our latest meeting was disappointing. I felt the doctor was unprepared (results from testing months ago were not obtained prior to our appointment). Also, I felt the doctor was dismissive to our concerns and didn’t appreciate her “bedside manner.” She offered additional testing (which I felt was a courtesy offering for more billing and insufficient for the issues) and cut off further questions with “see you in 6 months” and a smirk. It’s a no thanks for future appointments from our family. Certainly, I hope others experiences are better and we are the only unsatisfied patients. But this isn’t disappointment with a haircut and seeking a new hairstylist- we are talking about- we need answers for serious medical concerns.

We love Dr.Ruy Carrasco he has helped my daughter with her arthritis. He Also does the the most to help my baby feel comfortable when we come in! They are all an amazing team! ❤️

I have been seeing Child Neurology Consultants now for 5 years and always love how quick they get back to me. When it’s comes to your children, that is the way it should always be. They never make you feel that your worries are not valid. I was sad to see Dr. Kerr retire, but happy that we were taken care of by Dr . Boeck who is very kind and intuitive.

PA Madison Gonzales has been treating my daughter for chronic migraines. She’s great! My daughter trusts her and felt comfortable with her since the very beginning. She didn’t rush us, she listened to my concerns about the headaches and she gave us a few options for a treatment plan. Definitely recommend!

As a healthcare worker, I am admittedly very picky about the care my family receives and Dr. Boeck is so fantastic and surpasses all expectations! He is so friendly and does an outstanding job of answering questions. He took so much time making sure I understood the process and plan for my son's care! Highly recommend!

Dr. Siddiqui is absolutely an amazing provider. She listens and explains things very clearly. She never rushes through appointments and never makes me feel unreasonable for my questions. She has truly changed our lives for the better! The front office and medical staff are amazing as well. Kayla goes above and beyond for her patients and I appreciate all the things she has done for us along our journey so far. I would recommend this practice to any of my friends and family. Very clean office as well!

My daughter had her first visit with Dr. Boeck and my husband and I liked how he was so attentive to our concerns. He was understanding and also very informative. He explained everything very well.

Dr. Elton is wonderful. She listens to how my son feels and doesn’t ever recommend medicine that we don’t want. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I’d recommend her and the staff to anyone who needs their services.

Absolutely love Dr.Boeck he’s been so much help from the beginning to where my son and I journey began. We are very happy with the quality of service he has always given us!

My daughter was seen recently by Dr. Kane for symptoms pertaining to her autoimmune disorders. Dr. Kane was attentive and it was obvious that he read my daughter’s notes before he saw her. My daughter also sees rheumatology in that same practice so Dr. Kane made sure to catch up on her case before we went in. He compared his findings to the other specialist and came up with a plan for the time being. Dr. Kane also saw my son one year ago. He ordered an MRI of my sons spinal cord and discovered an AVM. This was a rare and special case so we were referred out to a neurosurgeon. When we went in for my daughter’s appointment, Dr. Kane remembered my son, the special circumstance, and appeared genuinely concerned with the outcome. Dr. Kane is not only attentive to his patients, he’s a brilliant man that knows his work. He’s confident and will guide you down the best path for your child’s needs.

CNCA has a staff that truly cares. The physicians provide an atmosphere that does not feel rushed and makes you feel as though they are truly listening to your concerns! They are prompt and communicative! I have worked with many of their staff for years, first as a patient and more recently as a professional and I know I can always count on them to provide the best care.

Dr. Siddiqui was great. She was thorough and kind. I felt that she listened to my concerns and I was able to leave her office with a game plan of what to do next. I’ve been struggling to find help for my son for a few months now and I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere after visiting with Dr. Siddiqui. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Her staff was also very sweet and helpful.

The staff and health care professionals are great! My son receives the best care and I am so happy and blessed to have one of the best Neurologist treating my son.

Dr Carrasco is the best Dr ever! I literally recommend him to everyone! The nurses in this facility are the absolute sweetest nurses and are always happy to help when you call! I know that when I have called and talked to Payten specifically, she has always gone out of her way to make sure I am taken care of and I think that is a reason to go back by its self. I have seen Dr Carrasco for almost 10 years and he really treats his patients with the upmost respect. I feel that when no other drs listened, he did. Please give this facility a chance to help you!

We just had our first appt with Dr Kane this week at CNCA and are pleased thus far. He took the time to really listen and that is huge! There were some minor issues with the online check in process but not enough to keep us away. We return for a follow up in June.

Dr. Carrasco has been seeing my daughter since October. He has answered all of our questions, addressed all of our doubts, and provided immediate consideration to all of my many messages. The patient portal is easy to use and his staff has been incredibly helpful as well.

Dr. Patel is an excellent neurologist! It was my first visit with her. I'm very glad she is my son's neurologist. She took a time to listen all my concerns and to provide me answers.She is a great communicator and knowledgeable. All staff was great! Thank you all!

Dr. Boeck has been an amazing doctor to my son. Not only does he take his time answering questions (not rushing you), but he is very knowledgeable in autism. He answers every question and explains everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend Dr. Boeck to any family needing a doctor for their child.
