I have lived here for 2 years and I’m renewing my lease. I live on the first floor and for a first floor apartment it is nice and quiet. The quality in construction sold me and has been a very nice and relaxing change compared to my previous apartment. Management and maintenance are very quick to address ANY concerns. They work very, very hard to please their residents and have/are making some really great improvements to the property. I look forward to all the great updates!!!

The women in the office that I had the pleasure of dealing with were professional, personable, and very helpful. Everything from my initial application to actually moving in was handled efficiently and seamlessly. The complex itself is beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better location. I haven’t been here long, but so far I am extremely pleased with the apartment and the management team. The few times I have had a question or request, they have been prompt and very accommodating. Definitely a place to check out if you’re thinking of moving to Cedar Park. I highly recommend these apartments.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ We just signed our 5th year lease. The location is about as perfect as any you will find in the area. The property is why we have stayed; beautiful and very well made and nestled amongst the beautiful oaks and cedars. The builders kept as many trees as possible. The Mediterranean architecture and red tile roofs are beautiful (and unique) and the units are very energy efficient. The interiors are spacious and beautifully done. The gas stove is perfect for the cook. The balconies and patios in many of the units give them almost a treehouse or cabin-like feel. The community is gated which is a plus. The location is such that no other apartments (or anything) can be built nearby, yet just blocks from downtown Cedar Park. It's a quiet community and very well built to minimize noise. ⭐ ⭐ Maintenance is timely in most cases but because maintenance is outsourced, some employees are not the least bit conscientious or competent in their work and have done (or attempted) a few awful repairs that any property owner would have rejected. They rarely come prepared on the first visit and often don't return after saying they'll be right back - even with detailed explanation and pics included in the maintenance request. Another negative for us is the valet trash (though management tells me every year it's great). It was in place when we got here, and it isn't optional. And for much of the past year we have been paying an exorbitant *allocated* amount for city sanitation services on top of valet trash and administrative fee. The place could use some fresh stain and paint on the exterior, as well as some power washing for the exterior, especially windows. All that said, I do recommend this community if you're mechanically inclined and have tools.

Be careful with criminal in these apartments, I have been living here for half a year and valuables have already been stolen from cars 3 times, and there was one theft. The apartments are good, clean, comfortable. I love living here, but unfortunately the management is not friendly towards children and constantly makes comments about noise during the daytime, this makes me perplexed as to how you can prohibit children from having fun and laughing while playing. There are also large charges for garbage removal. Be careful when signing a contract, management does not warn you about this and residents write complaints. My apartment is charged $150 monthly for trash removal, and that’s $1800 a year for trash fees alone. I was very unhappy that the management did not warn about such a high tariff. I give 5 stars for the Apartments and the service provided to residents. 2 stars to management for their attitude towards children and concern during my working hours. And 1 star for criminals

Great experience! Muir Lake apartments has been a fantastic experience thus far! The whole staff from Lewis, Kayla, Pam, and Suzanne run the show well. 3 minutes from H Mart, 3 minutes from HEB, good restaurants all around, good bjj gyms, golf facilities, and most importantly the traffic isn’t too bad to reach these destinations from this location. It can be considered an athletes paradise with the steam room, sauna, and hot tub all in working condition! So many good things to be said about this property including the beautiful lake with the beautiful 2.2 mile loop. Dog owners paradise. If you’re trying to hustle and live in a good community, Muir Lake is for you. Pleasant experience all around! Thank you staff!

Muir Lake Apartments has been a fantastic place to live. Any maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and the property is very beautiful. The woods in the back, easy trail access, and nice amenities are all major selling points for this place.

I have been living here 2 years and have not had any problems. The staff members are very friendly and understanding if something happens, they help you every way they can, and the community is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to any and everyone here.

I've lived at Muir Lake for 9 months and have loved my experience so far! It really is a hidden gem- somehow very peaceful though so close to so much! They've managed to maintain a very natural environment without over-landscaping or over-crowding. My dog and I LOVE walking the trail around the lake and hanging out by the fire pits at night. They offer a lot of nice amenities. The only ones I notice reoccurring issues with are the pet spa (bath drain is always clogged), the hot tub (frequently in need of repairs), and the steam room (I don't recall that one ever working). The staff here is so nice and great about keeping everyone informed. I can tell they actively try and fix the amenity issues as soon as they arise and generally have them back-up and running in a timely manner (with the exception of the steam room). The pool is amazing and the dog park is fun! Maintenance requests have always been completed quickly as well. Finger's crossed they don't hike the rent because I would love to renew.

10/10 absolutely love this property. Suzanne who works front desk is amazing as well as Pam and Kayla who solve any problems we run into amazingly and helped us get sorted when we first moved in and they host great events at least a few times a month including food trucks, and trivia nights and are all around fun and inclusive! The property itself is beautiful as it sits on a lake with an amazing trail that loops all the way around it with easy access to the surrounding parks. The complex also gives kayak and paddle board rentals to enjoy some nice free time on the lake. The amenities are banger. The pool is really big and is well managed and kept clean. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to move to complex without a sauna now 😂. Not only is the property itself great but maintenance is awesome. Trey has helped us numerous times from issues big to small and he always solves our weird problems and is really nice and also knows what he’s doing. Maintenance issues are few and far between but when we do need them he’s great with response time and our issues never have lasted more than the day. Great team. Beautiful property and good prices. Plan to stay for a while and I always recommend this place to my friends. Definitely a well managed property made great by amazing staff. Big love from 914 ❤️

Absolutely love living here! Kayla & Pam in the front office are always so attentive & nice. The community is always clean & the amenities are unbeatable! I feel very safe here which is important because I like to be outside & I walk my dogs late at night sometimes. I have read a lot of comments on here that are pretty negative, but I think if everyone is courteous and kind when they are approaching people then you can generally expect that attitude in return. Nonetheless the team here genuinely cares about their residents and the updated facilities and detailed landscaping make it a great environment to reside and relax.
