We won't be going back. With so many places low on employees, I try to reserve my opinion more than I use to but this 1 was a bit much. I counted 7 waitress' and 1 waiter. 6 tables with people, including us. Between 3:30 and 4 on a Sunday afternoon. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, ok. 🤷‍♀️ Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for the waitress, the same 1 that seated us, to take our drink order. 10 minutes to get the drink, another 10 minutes to get a menu. Got our menu, after she seated 2 more people. Took them their drink order and dropped it. Broken glass, water and hot cocoa everywhere. Asked another girl if she would help her, brought her a broom and dust pan, and walked away. Swept up most of it but left the dust pan with the ice in sitting there. Ice melted and made another puddle, while the original puddle has been swept all over the floor, leaving huge chunks of glass. After we ordered, it took almost 40 minutes to get our food, which was not up to par. Paid $10 for so little food! My husband asked for onions in his hashbrowns, they placed them on top! Total time spent about a hour and a half. 7 waitress' and a waiter!!!

My daughter and I went to IHOP for an early morning breakfast. After the waitress sat us at one table she noticed it was dirty so she sat us at a different table. We were handed cutlery and they took our order. We unwrapped the cutlery and my daughters was very dirty and had egg on it. I asked for two new sets and the second sets had maple syrup on them but I did not say anything to the waitress. She noticed that we were cleaning them with our napkins so she brought over a cup with hot water in it so I can clean them ourselves. This photo is a picture of the cup she brought over. The lipstick was still wet and I asked her if this was a clean cup and she assured me it was. When I turned it to her she said oh my God I’m so sorry. I asked to speak to the manager but he was too busy cooking to come out and speak to me. Another employee came over and apologized. I canceled our food order and the waitress said it’ll be ready in just a minute and my response was if your dishes are this filthy I cannot imagine how dirty your kitchen is. I totally understand a fork being dirty but not four different pieces of cutlery and a cup. I honestly believe this place is just reusing dirty dishes and the health department really should visit them.

Only two employees in the whole restaurant. Order curbside waited 20 minutes outside before going in to find there was only one waiter. And my food was not ready because they were out of what I ordered. Asked for a refund which I couldn’t get because there was no manager. Had to order something else and wait an additional 15 minutes for food. Go elsewhere they should close this location if there are no employees working here. Pancakes also appeared like the grill needed to be cleaned.

Nice little breakfast stop this morning, got the chicken and waffles and it was hot, fresh, and tasty. The waitress working this morning was so attentive to us and we never had to ask for anything. Great Job!

It was kinda in-between shifts, but none at the front to seat us. A waiter finally saw us and we got a table. The service was good, he managed to keep the coffee cup full. Food was as expected, although their selection of condiments was lacking. Overall it was about the same as the other locations.

I love this ihop but don't advertise being open 24 hours when you're closed before midnight.

I went there with my brother and his family and the service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was nice and waiter seems to be on top of things. I recommend definitely

My daughters and I love it here. Would give them higher score, but can see they are struggling with hiring to handle hosting and serving.

If you can’t be open 24 hours as advertised, then you need to put up signs and change your information online. Ordered through Doordash and the dasher called me at 7:30 am to tell me the location was closed. No signs explaining this on Any of the doors and very confused customers waiting outside.

I ordered through Uber app to pick up from store and they just gave 1/2 of the Oder! Yet they did not give refund for my remaining half of the order! We had to make our own breakfast after coming home! Hope they will increase their customer satisfaction!

I have been to this location twice. At first I thought I was unlucky: took me long to get seated, server took 20 minutes to show up. Food took 40 minutes to show up. Servers would avoid eye contact after you are waiting long as they know you are having a bad experience. Meanwhile I noticed tons of “to go” orders rushing out of the kitchen. Manager clearly doesn’t want people seating in their restaurants as they rather please the “app” clients more. Not servers fault, definitely, the servers are doing their best on a business that is being boycotted by its own management. Food was good too. Dont go there during meal hours unless you have 2+ hours to spend. Not exaggerating

Today, Wednesday October 25, 2023 at 9am, was greeted after a few minutes and was escorted to a booth. As we approached the booth, my greeter dropped my menu on the floor. He reached down to pick it up and laid it on the table. I asked for a clean menu, that there was mud and dirt on the floor and wanted a clean menu. One was brought to me. I excused myself and went to the men's room to wash my hands. In there, I noticed the Detailed Hourly Restroom "Cleaned by" sign-off sheet had been pencil whipped on Monday the 23rd. No Initials on Tuesday or Wednesday. I sat myself and looked at piece of dirt on the table in front of me, glanced at the floor then back to the table. Disgusting! I asked a wait person to speak to the manager. After a few minutes, a young lady came to my table. Asked if she was the manager, she replied, "She was in charge" I told about my experience. She asked "did I want to be moved to another table?" I declined. She did however , return to clean the dirty area. I ordered the 2+2+2 with sausage links and a side of hashbrowns. The meal was delivered as ordered except for the cold sausage links. My waitress checked back with me, and I told her my experience, that this might be looked at as a learning/training opportunity. My waitress apologized for my horrible experience. I paid my tab and left her a 25% tip, then left. I seriously doubt that I'd ever return.

Waited 30 minutes. No too bad for this location. Took a total of 90 minutes start to finish. A bit long. Food was cold. Silverware wasn't clean.. just not their best and the server was one her store sucked. Poor girl.

Summer 2023 review: The restaurant is severely understaffed. Because of that, they can't stay open 24 hours. the overnight, so they are not open 24 hours. A server explained this to me. My breakfast had everything: pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, and sausage.  It was way too much food for me! The time I was there it was also all you could eat pancakes, which applied here. My pancakes were perfect IHOP pancakes--soft and fluffy. My French toast was huge--bigger than Texas toast! The bacon and sausages were cooked well. The bacon was firm. And the sausages were links, not patties. The fruit lemonade I ordered (can't recall the flavor) had fruit syrupy juice at the bottom.  I don't know if it was on purpose or a mistake--but my refill was the same. I mixed it, and it tasted ok.

Didn't have to wait and the food was cooked how we asked. Our server was sweet and had a great memory cause she took our order without writing it down .. she was great

Service can be a bit slow but nothing bothersome or unusual. Food has always been good and orders correct. It can’t be beat for the price and I personally think it’s much better than Blue Corn next door. I’ve gone at slow times and Sunday morning. Usually get get omelette with pancakes. Only better pancakes around are at Gloria’s.

It's 424 am. I pull up to a sign that's says IHOP 24 hours. Google says 24 hours. All lights are off and doors are locked. Take the sign down and update Google. What a waste of gas.

It's IHOP, for which I actually have a soft spot after many years on night-shift. This rating is for daytime IHOP. (Nighttime IHOP is generally not as busy and is therefore easier for the kitchen staff to give proper attention to the order.) The bacon was good. The pancakes were good. The eggs, inedible due to the whites being undercooked. Yes, runny whites served up. I asked for the eggs to be medium, which is my standard request so they will arrive at least over easy. Heck, I'm OK if they arrive well done. But, I'm not OK with the risk of salmonella. I pointed this out to our server. The server later reported back that the cook was new on eggs. In the end, I was charged for a 2x2x2 when I only got an edible 2x2... 🤨 The other four items were great!

Very understaffed! Took 15 minutes to get seated. Once seated, everything went smoothly. My waitress was great. My biggest complaint was that the crepes looked nothing like the menu pictures. Four blueberries!

It seems unfair to give 5 stars for a visit at 6:30 in the morning but our server was funny, chipper, and handled an opportunity well. They were out of a couple of things my wife asked for but handled it professionally and even made up for it with something else. It was unexpected and pleasantly surprising. We could tell by the regulars who were there that it had an old diner feeling even though it's highly commercialized. We will definitely be back!!!

Food was good.. restaurant was clean, I just wished the service was faster/ better. Not only the order was incorrect, the waiter forgot the drinks and had to be reminded a couple of times. I understand it might have been a long day for them.. will definitely give it another shot.

Went to IHOP last night after the football game to warm up with some Hot chocolate. It was around 9:30Pm. Place had people standing at the entrance and no one greeting or taking names. I went to the bathroom and while walking there notice more tables empty and only maybe 10-12 people actually seated. More people waiting to be seated then are actually sitting. On my walk back I see a couple waiting to pay so I knew the service was lacking. Get back and the wife says they said 10 minutes but another couple was told the same thing and they are still waiting after 20 minutes. We wait a few more minutes and see nothing happening besides people walking out and no longer willing to wait. The couple waiting to pay had to walk up to their waitress and give her the money. Hey IHOP and every other restaurant out there short staffed, get over it. Either hire more people and if there aren't people to hire then close down until you have the staff to do a good job. Right now you are doing a terrible job. Your workers don't even seem like they want to work or even be there. Your restaurant is dirty, your servers are overworked, and your food is not upto par. Do better.

I ordered the omelette with bacon. The omelette was ok. The bacon in the omelette was ok. Everything about it was just an ok experience. It was cold because I had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring it out for curbside pickup.

It was a one man show and he was amazing! Seating, serving and running coffee. They did make a mistake on our order and fixed it right away. Other than that, everything was perfect. I love going to IHOP because of their gluten-friendly menu. I ordered the chicken and egg bowl with pancakes. Very filling.....could not eat all of it. Will definitely go again. This is one of the few locations open past 10 p.m. for which I am grateful ☺️🤗🤩. It was after 10 p.m. when we arrived. Late night snack attack ☺️

Multiple people waiting in the front area for someone to come and greet them and or seat them or even just address them. Only about three sets of customers sitting in the dining area with plenty of seating for the customers waiting. As we approached the door a family came out, man and woman with three triplet girls age about 1 or 2, who then explained that they had been waiting for thirty minutes and no one had come to the front (which might I add is a long time to wait with three triplets.)As they were getting in their car, we glanced inside the door to ascertain the situation as we were hungry and tired from a concert that evening and didn’t feel like waiting very long. The remaining waiting customers that hadn’t left were apparently upset, judging by their body language and one guy aggressively pointing at the guest book seating chart the hostess uses, with a heated discussion at the counter with the hostess. We did not eat there that night much less even walk into the restaurant and went and got a burger and fries down the road. Not sure if this specific location is loosing business on the weekend nights, but I can think of a few reasons why.

We came from 8-930 and we were served by a very soft spoken, yet very nice waitress who went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure the dining my friend and I had was excellent. I didn't have cash so I asked her if I could send her a tip through venmo which she politely declined. I didn't get here name unfortunately but she brings the definition to customer service. The only reason why I gave this review 3 stars was because she was working by herself with no help i mean who does that!
