I didnt expect that I would ever write a negative review about a place I used to work at but... My wife and I came in at 8:43pm and the make lines where emptied out and turned off. Nobody was up front and we could hear someone in the back. We waited a few minutes before I called out to get their attention. The back got quiet but nobody came to the front. We waited a few more minutes and then I pushed the door open so the chime would do its thing. As soon as the door chime went off the guy that was in the back popped around the corner on the walk in door side across from the phones and turned put the lights. (The time was 8:50pm, I checked) After he noticed my wife and i still inside he told us the store was just about to close and they couldn't make any more pizzas because they had already started doing the closing paperwork. When I worked at store 68 and this location back in high school, we weren't allowed to start the full closing checklist early. At most is we could put lids on the totes and put the dough in the walk-in. The worst part is that if they had let us know when we came in that they were not doing any additional pizzas we could have gone to the Leander location (who was still running at 858 when we drove past), but instead we wasted time waiting for them thinking that they would come help us in just a second. I'm very disappointed in how far down hill this store has gone.

Beware, this location is EXTREMELY STINGY on ingredients!!! Ordered a family size veggie pizza with thin crust. Asked for extra sauce but the employee refused to give me any extra sauce without charging me extra. He then had the audacity to tell me (since I had asked for extra sauce, which they never gave me anyways) that since I asked for extra sauce that I could now only have a measly 1 ounce of cheese that barely even covered the pizza! I never got any green peppers, onions or black olives, so instead I asked for just spinach and artichokes. After the employee put an embarrassingly tiny amount of both these ingredients I asked him for just a little more spinach on the pizza since the microscopic amount he put on there was laughable. Gave me the same BS answer of "we'll have to charge you extra for that". These guys measure out every item in a tiny cup while at the same time trying to weigh the pizza on a scale. Trying to charge customers $16 for maybe $1 (at the most) of ingredients is bad business and indicative of a greedy owner. Walked out of the store extremely dissatisfied, will NOT be back again!

Just wanted to stop and say that I'm blown away every time I go to this location. The manager that runs it is extremely kind and is incredibly good at customer service. Her dedication to her job is what makes this location successful.I've had chicken bacon artichoke pizzas with olive oil and garlic all over the United States from different Papa Murphy's. But what really sets it apart is the genuine care that she gives each and every time I come. If Papa Murphy's had more managers like her this company would grow so much faster. Thanks again

Really sad how much down hill Pappa Murphys in Cedar Park next to HEB has gone down lately! They pretty much cut everything they put on their Pizzas in half. I’m talking sauce, cheese and toppings. I actually threw out the last two big slices because it was so bad! Someone must have bought them out and they got greedy? I won’t be going there anymore. The Cowboy is not something that will satisfy a Cowboy any longer! Oh I tried three times the last few months and it was all bad. Bummer it was my favorite!

I placed an order on Valentine's Day. Knowing that it would be busy, I placed the order online well advance - before noon. I requested a 5:00 pickup. I arrived at 5:00 and was told by staff that they were very busy today and needed another 20 minutes. I visually noted that my order had 7 other orders in front of it by the line of receipts the staff gestured to. I left and returned 30 minutes later. The staff then told me that it wasn't ready and stated that there were 6 orders ahead of mine. The entire time I noted that walk-in orders were being taken and filled. When I eventually asked for my money back after an hour wasted, the cashier told me that they could not refund online orders. At this point I lost my patience and told the staff they needed to make my order next. After waiting outside for another 10 minutes, a staff member came outside and simply handed me a cash refund. The end result was much of my evening wasted and ruined dinner plans for my family. I will not be returning.

It is always something with this location. Secret rules struggles. If you close at 8 and I arrive at 750, why am I not allowed to order food? This is now the second time I have attempted to patronize this location, only to be told that I should have ordered online or came a little earlier. What is that? Seems like false advertising to me. Sad.

Sick of businesses like this shutting down so early now. Only open until 8pm?? I work long days and sometimes don’t get off until 8, and can’t even go here for food because they’re already closed. This lazy, entitled generation that doesn’t want to work for a living has become an inconvenience to those of us that work our butts off for a living

Papa Murphy's always has great pizzas. They have lots of choices and sides too. The staff at the Cedar Park location are always super friendly! Oh, and did I mention the great prices! Great pizza at a good price. Take it home, preheat the oven, bake ten to twelve minutes, let rest and consume. Fresh and hot.

This was the first time ever buying uncooked pizza that took 30 minutes to prepare. I didn't realize that you have to bake your own pizza. I only tried it because I received a coupon in the mail. Big mistake. Why would a company advertise cooked pizza in the pictures of their advertisement and have you cook your own pizza at home? I'm not used to this concept. Had I known this, I would have not ordered. The concept would probably be fine if they offered to bake it for you as well. I will never buy pizza from this place ever again

I ordered curbside pickup which at this location is a joke. There is no way in the app to notify you are there so I am unsure why they ask for all your car identifiers before you order. I called into the store to tell them I was here and was immediately asked if I could hold a moment, well that moment turned into several and was more like "ignore". When I tried to call again the line was busy. I have never ordered from a Papa Murphy's anywhere that was limited to a single line, so did they have a whole bunch on hold? I went into the store and picked up my own pizza which was at least ready. When I complained to the staff all I got was excuses before any apology. I will no longer use this location even if I do have to go further. Oh, and if you do order curbside don't give a tip since you might have to go pick up your order anyhow.

It is what it is. Consistency is always a nice thing. Topping always equally dispersed. Customer service is good. Lines can get long but we love that it's healthier than Costco pizza, and that feta cheese is a choice. Nice fresh veggies, always.

They are always so nice to us here. Pizza is delicious and I am glad they have gluten free options.

Tyler was just so pleasant and helpful and friendly! We get the keto version of their herb Mediterranean pizza, and it's awesome. We spread it on our Cut da Carb sheets like little pizzas. Definitely delicious!

So far I can tell there is no curbside spots, so had to run in. I was sitting in the lobby and ordered 3 pizzas total. After the first was done, they brought it out to me and I guess forgot about the other two...? Also, saw a pizza sitting near the front register, and a cell phone just chilling on top of the wrap. A little odd, yeah? I'd recommend some additional training and oversight at this location.

Huge Papa Murphy's fan. Will not go back to this location. Crust stuck and did not rise like it should have. There were hardly any toppings or sauce. Very disappointed. It's our tradition to order pizza on Christmas Eve and this year was very disappointing **update** 1-7-21 We tried again. I asked for no cheese on 1/2 due to an allergy. I called the order in, picked it up 10 minutes later. When I started cutting the pizza, I noticed there was cheese inside the no cheese side (Chicago stuffed). I called and asked for the manager. She said she could not give me a refund. Another disappointment. I love supporting local people but not when orders are not made correctly.

Store employee was great, but she was working completely by herself on a weekend evening and as you might expect was hopelessly behind. One person had apparently been waiting almost an hour and a half for their (uncooked!) pizza. She was clearly doing her absolute best to handle everyone there in the order they came in, but online order tickets were also popping out periodically with no hope of being fulfilled on time and it was just madness. Store management is either clueless with this obvious understaffing or just doesn't care about anyone.
