    Be aware!! Cashier is a racist. They are rude. when asian came in, they continued to talk even though customer was awaiting in the line. Simple she(old female) could not understand simple order "iced Vanilla latte." When customer was unhappy and just walked away, they ignored and did not figure out what the issue was.

    I come here at least 4-5 times a week. The staff is so sweet. It's a busy location and I'm sure rush hour is hell but the staff always stays cool and sweet regardless of the bustle. I think it's weird some people leave one star reviews on Starbucks and it's always over like a singular incident lol after going here nearly every day for months I can count on one hand the number of times the coffee hasn't been right- It's very rare. Keep up the awesome work! ❤️

    I had the worst experience here today. I placed a mobile order a minute or 2 prior to driving through, I usually place ahead because it’s easier to customize, I have talking kids in the car which always makes it hard to order etc. The cashier had the audacity to let me know that I should just order at the window and went on this whole long speech about how it makes their job harder because mobile orders go to a different computer etc. I ordered my drinks and paid for them, I really didn’t need a lecture about how it made her job harder, so unprofessional and rude.

    This review is purely about the food. Service and atmosphere was fine. I ordered the Double-Smoked Bacon Cheddar & Egg Sandwich, a favorite of mine. After a couple satisfying bites, I tasted something strange. I took another bite and experienced a nasty sour taste. Upon investigating, I realized that the bacon didn’t look right. I’m not sure if it’s old, rotten, or undercooked, but it was disgusting.

    Ugh…I came to this location today because my normal Starbucks wasn’t open yet. It’s been years and the staff at this store continues to be unpleasant. Not one smile, good morning or even any greeting. I really hate being an inconvenience, and the staff here really goes out of the way to make me feel that way. I even said good morning to the team member and she just looked at me like “whatever “. At least this place is consistent with bad service. Do what you do well!

    I have spent 100’s of dollars over the years at this Starbucks. They have successfully lost me as a customer over telling me I needed to pay for extra cream for my coffee. It wasn’t the price of the cream but the point of it. I found the manager on duty extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Additionally, OFTEN, I have been in there and had to get a substitute breakfast sandwich because they were out of the one I wanted. For record, others in the staff have always been courteous. What a shame! Lots of other Starbucks close.

    It took over 15 mins to get our drinks and when it came out, it wasn’t right although we show the cashier what we wanted. There’s was so many workers with little orders but it still took so long. Other Starbucks maybe 5 mins max which is why it is so frustrating to see the start walking around and only one is handling the drive through and the inside.

    Suuuuper slow service, and then they ran out of strawberry puree, and then my black ice tea was weak sauce. Quite disappointed in this location, they could have done much better. I will update in the future if better visits happen.

    I guess the snowflakes are on strike at this location. Mobile ordering has been deactivated for two days now. Have 2 people working the lobby, customers stacked up 20 deep. Time to find another coffee place.

    My drinks have always been made correctly. The store is open, has a lot of light, and has a variety of different sized tables for customers.  There's patio seating out front. Parking is complicated by the drive-thru. The drive thru is separated by a cement curb.

    Do not waste your time at this store. Was told by the manager, James, my coffee was taking over 40 min because the only thing Starbucks cares about now is the drive through. The barista making drinks was moving without any hustle while people stood around waiting for 45-1hr for one drink. But that drivethru was moving. Will never return.

    This is my favorite Starbucks in the area they’re friendly, they’re fast, they’re efficient and orders are always accurate. I was there today and spoke with a man in the drive-thru. His name was James. He was very pleasant and very helpful. The lady who took my order she was also very friendly. I didn’t get her name but overall … Would definitely recommend!

    The worst service at any Starbucks I’ve ever been at. Was not greeted when I came in, the baristas are required as per the employee handbook to greet every customer that opens the door. Sadly those of us waiting for our drinks were kinder to each other while waiting 10-15 minutes for our orders. This drive-thru prioritization is destroying the foot-traffic in your store. With more options than ever for coffee in the morning I thought the Starbucks model was to make this atmosphere feel like a “3rd space”, let me tell you; nothing about this visit makes me ever want to step foot into this or any Starbucks ever again. Bring back Rochelle, this would NEVER happen to her store if she was still here. Such a tragedy. A horrible visit with not one employee greeting ANYONE that walked in the store.
