Ordered through door dash cheeseburgers weren't supposed to have onion, as it says on the tickets on both and the receipt, called and spoke to a lady who was rude. I was. Told I could come back and they would exchange them, but I used doordash.

worst service, and that supervisor is disrespect and talking loud, not slove problem and also yell at worker and customers. that person should not work at food service, that kind of attitude is bad for business.

I can never get the food I ordered no matter what. I really do not like coming to McDonald's and only go because of my grandkids otherwise I would go somewhere else to eat.

This used to be the best McDonald's in Cedar Rapids. Especially for delivery drivers, now it has become one of the worst. Unassign the most orders from this store. Pies are a HUGE problem. No one seems to know how or when to "drop them". I usually find it works best before the rest of the order is bagged and ready to go....not afterwards causing a 7 min wait as good is sitting getting cold. Workers in contact with food do not wear hair coverings of any kind. Very unprofessional store. What has happened to McDonalds who was once the standard in the fast food industry. It is now a disgrace.

Not sure who gave me my order. She pretty much threw it at me and shut the window. Had to go to the second wind so thought it would be fresh and hot. It was cold and messy. Help these days. NOT satisfied!!

Waited 20 minutes in parking lot for food. Finally asked what was taking so long. Found out they gave my food to someone else. Had to wait another 15 for replacement. Usually have had wrong order or missing items. Only recommend this location if desperate.

Nice restaurant with a play station. I went to lunch early and they were pretty quick. However they forgot the toppings in my sandwich. How can you forget pickles and onions on a McRib?!?!

This place has gotten its act together. It used to be very slow, but now it is average for a McDonald's. The employees seem to actually try. They also have better Christmas decorations inside the restaurant than I have at my house. Food is on par with McDonald's. They have gotten much faster. Gone are the days of waiting 30 minutes for a happy meal, and the restaurant is better for it. I avoided this place before because it was so slow and my kids always wanted to go here because it has a play place. I don't avoid it anymore. 4 stars because while it has improved, it used to be terrible.

just waited 45 mins for food. 7 people who were in the drive thru had to come inside and wait. no one got their orders. we left without our food.

The food was what a person would expect at fast food restaurant. My only disappointment was the size of the French fries. Very small width, approximately 1/4" causes the fries to cool off sooner and I don't particularly like eating cold fries.

They charged me for the wrong order didn't refund me and didn't give me the full order, they then started to glare at us while we were waiting for a ice cream cone for more than 10 minutes. Will never go to this McDonald's again !

One of the few McDonald's that actually has a play place still running. The dining area is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. Of course it probably all depends on the time of day but my last few visits have been pleasent.

Pretty stressful atmosphere when I was out delivering the other night due to the fact that they were incredibly behind on orders and I was not able to get my order nearly on time as there only seemed to be one experienced staff member on shift who was incredibly overworked.

It's McDonald's, don't expect too much. The food is good for fast food and service is nice. I assume that they recently just remodeled since the interior looks nice. This location, I honestly just think they need more staff. When I go I usually order 20 Mcnuggets. Honestly though no matter what you order there is always a long wait. At least the food taste good.

I won't lie, I wanted the silly ol grimace shake I went to a different mcds but they're Machine wasn't working but I asked for one here and they denied in the worst way "if you wanted it so bad you would've came in june" instead of polity saying that weren't doing the deal they decided to have a terrible service so yeah ill be making my own (and better) verison of this shake just because they decided to full out deny me

Can't go wrong with chicken nuggets. Staff was very despondent and did the bare minimum. Playplace was pretty gross. At least they had a lot of hand sanitizer - we definitely used a bunch.

My kids love this McDonald's because of the play area. The jalapeño quarter pounder wasn't great. The staff was nice.
