This was my first time trying Pancheros and it was a great experience. I went in the evening when it wasn't as busy so the wait was no existent. It's definitely a great place for a quick bite since you can take your food to go. Or you can take your time, chill, and dine in. The people here are fast, friendly, and can recommend stuff. I just got a burrito with chips and queso. I love how they mix up the burrito with the Bob before they wrapped it unlike Chipotle. Bobbing it before just gives the burrito a better and more even bite. It brought out the flavours in every ingredient. Just an explosions of flavors. Definitely a worthy worthy rival.

Absolutely disgusting. Ran out of rice during the lunch rush. No hands being washed. Employee left during busy time to go smoke in the car, came back inside through the front of the house entrance and didn’t wash hands and proceeded to make burritos. Cashier is wearing sponge bob street clothes that are soiled. Nobody is wearing hats or nets on beards. Overcooked shrimp, dirty store… will be contacting the iowa health department because clearly the owner of this store doesn’t know what they are doing. 30 minutes for a garbage burrito and the risk of getting sick. AVOID

We had a terrible service experience. My Burrito was raw and fell apart, but the taste was very good. The manager was not listening to her employee. The press was not working,, which we could see.. They would not communicate the issue to us. We waited in line for quite awhile which got very long behind us.

I ordered a bowl with carnitas. Pictured is the under cooked pork that was put in my bowl. I asked the guy if I should pick another kind of meat and he said it just needed to be "broke up". Also included in my bowl were blackened veggies and semi hard pinto beans. I just as well have thrown my lunch money in the trash. I would not recommend this Edgewood location. The quality is hit and miss.

The worst experience I have ever had. The girl assembling our orders was so rude, was throwing the utensils everywhere, and not wearing her mask properly. When I got home to eat I found TWO long black hairs embedded in my food. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’m sympathetic to service workers but this was absolutely unacceptable.

Bought queso and chips..bag was half full. It was to go and decided to eat there. Good thing. The 9 chips and crumbs weren't enough for the queso. All the tables were dirty while everyone working was chit chatting at the counter. Won't visit this place again. To many other good places to eat in this area.

I usually love this location, but a month ago I got followed out to my car, in the dark, by a male employee. He asked if I had a boyfriend and would not stop trying. I had already picked up my order and had to keep making excuses to leave. I was already at my car, but the whole thing scared me. Have not been back to this location since.

This use to be the best pancheros in Cedar Rapids. But its now so bad i have to update my review. It has slowly degraded to being not worth even visiting. Undersized misshapen tortillas every time. Sloppy unwrapped, undersized burritos and serving sizes. And absurd policies in regard to double wrapping your burrito to correct their errors.. in which they will throw half your burrito away to rewrap it and throw the original tortilla away. Serving a completely dry burrito with none of the queso or other things you ordered. Then management will argue with you when you ask them not to. Marion is your best bet if you can make it. But its definitely worth making the drive to the 1st ave site over either edgewood rd sites.

Every time I eat here, the care put into preparation of the food gets worse and worse. I think my latest experience has transformed me into a Moe's fan.

They never ever remember sour cream for my quesadilla when I order door dash. Extremely frustrating especially when I pay for extra.

The food is good and the atmosphere is decent, but the staff are rude and incompetent. After my latest experience--where the fool assembling my burrito failed to understand that I wanted a paper bowl to go with my burrito and proceeded to sloppily make my burrito in the bowl, fail to mix it or roll it up properly, then complained about my order behind my back--not only will I not be returning to your location, I will recommend no one else patronize your location either.

I like stopping at this Pancheros location since it is close to my workplace and I frequent here for my lunch breaks. I ordered a chicken quesadilla as usual and it was delicious! Unfortunately the customer service was severely lacking. When I came up to the register to pay for my order I was not given a hello or asked if I wanted anything extra like chips and queso. Behind the counter was a young lady with cheek piercings who had an AirPod in, not just to listen to music, but for a pointless phone call the entirety of my visit. I was confused at first if she was speaking to me under her breath or to herself. Instead she was having a casual conversation with what I assume is a close friend of hers. Overall I found the interaction pretty rude, especially during a lunch rush. Several other guests ahead of me and behind me passed through the line while she was still on that phone call. Usually the employees here are very courteous but that was not my experience today.

Most consistent Pancheros in town (CR). Staff is good and store is kept up. I visit many times a week as I work close. Staff has my online order ready for me. Thanks guys, I would travel across town for, passing other locations just to eat from your store.

They always take care in making my food. There is always one person who will smile at you and give you the time of day. I know it's hard for them sometimes, but they just keep chugging along!! I appreciate that. I recommend this place.

Service was amazing! The two wonderful gentleman and nice lady gave GREAT service!!! The food was splendid. Best Pancheros I have been to thanks to the workers, and hot, fast food. Raises are deserved for those three. :) ‼️ 10/10 recommend. Thank you once again!

A+ these guys are on point on making a burrito right. Great tortilla press, heat management, filling and roll. Definitely the A team tonight.

Absolutely mind blown at how terrible the service was, first of all, we got there at 9:20, they close at 10 and they already were complaining about how they won’t get off on time, we got toward the end of the line and here is this woman, on her phone, on tiktok specifically, not paying attention to her job one bit. She starts ringing our food up setting it down on the counter and has the audacity to ask if we need a bag for our 8 items on the counter, I reply yes, she then picks up her phone AGAIN to proceed watching tiktok, while putting our food in the bag with the other hand. I enjoy the food, but not the workers one bit.

I made a super annoying order with a lot of sides & they were super cool about it. The quesadilla was top tier best one I’ve gotten from panch in a long while I will only be returning to this pancheros from now on

Ordered 2 burritos, put the pork on the one that should have been tofu and the tofu on the one that should have been pork. Paid extra for queso on both and didn't get it on either. Ordered chips and a cup of queso and was given the cup of queso but not the chips.

Press wasn't clean, wasn't able to make my 2 burritos so after them messing with machine for over 30 mins trying to make it work with 10+dough balls kept sticking. I had to get 2 bowls...
