Buyer Beware!!! This place was a horrible nightmare from the beginning! It doesn't recognize emotional support animals as service animals, so don't even try. We called to make sure that both of our small support dogs could come & customer service said they would be fine, so we made a 4 week reservation. But we had to pay & get doggie daycare for one pup because you can only have one. However, we paid a month ahead & it was supposed to be our temporary home for 4 weeks. But the worst was when my uncle died & we ahead to drive to his funeral, not gone two days (with over a week left on the reservation) and we came back to our room card not working, someone else in our room, & all our stuff gone!!!! Our family was shocked & at a loss. It is the manager in charge 100 %. She is terrible and rude to customers, yells and we watched her throw out families for being too messy or too loud or because she didn't like the way they looked. I've never seen anything like it, even traveling for over twenty years! We are contacting BBB & an attorney, but it looks like the bad guy always wins at this resort. Buyer Beware!!!

RUDE PROPERTY STAFF AND RESERVATION MESS-UP UPDATE: I urge you to also read the response given for my review. Thereā€™s absolutely no link to what I have written. Just some random generic response. At the very least, it seemed polite - which was something we didnā€™t experience at the property We had booked Uptown suites at Centennial, Denver for quite a long stay (close to 11 nights). We had made the booking two weeks prior to our stay and received confirmation number as well We drove for close to 10+ hrs and when we went to check in, we were told by the property staff that they could not find our reservation. When we showed the confirmation mail, they still said they canā€™t see it in their system and that as such no rooms were available. We called the customer care immediately and this is where things get interesting. The customer care could actually see our reservation and confirmed that we were good to check in. When we went back to the property staff holding the customer care staff on call, they once again told us that it is not there in their system. The customer care staff asked us to hand over the phone to the property staff and she confirmed our reservation. Thatā€™s when the property staff reveals to the customer service staff that their system is not being properly synced with the booking system and that this has been happening for a while now. Ultimately, the customer care staff apologized to us and said we would have to look at some other property. Thus, our ordeal began. We spent the next 4 hrs going to more than 8-10 properties and asking if there were rooms available. Since our period of stay was long, most of them had no rooms available for the entire period. We finally managed to get an Extended Stays property but that was only available from the next day onwards. This has been such a great physical and mental hassle for us. After such a long tiring day, we were met with a shocking turn of events. The saddest part is the property staffs at Uptown Suites, Centennial (three of them) showed no empathy at all. While two of them just kept repeating that they couldnā€™t find the reservation, there was this one particular staff (unfortunately she wasnā€™t wearing a name tag) who was downright rude and told things like ā€œNope no roomā€ and ā€œYou have to goā€ and ā€œYou are not going to get a room hereā€. At one point, we actually felt she was being racist.. Horrible pathetic behaviour. If not having a room was an ordeal in itself, this kind of behaviour just made the experience traumatic for us. However, I must appreciate the customer service staff on call, who was extremely polite and tried her best to help us out. We will never ever book a stay with Uptown ever again. Extended Stays was actually our first option but we thought we will give it a shot with Uptown suites this time around and boy, what a horrible experience.

Awful. Not pet friendly and the manager has absolutely zero understanding for the simple term hospitality. She wouldn't even come talk to me at the desk. She just yelled from her chair in the back office. Our room was given awayand our stuff was "put in a closet." For safe keeping? If you want to come back to your room and not have your belongings, this will be an excellent place to stay!

It was horrible! šŸ˜” We made a reservation online a week prior for a month of stay at this extended stay, it asked what our dog is and what weight. Check in time at 3pm, we went there and front desk said they donā€™t have available room that allows a dog so they had to cancel our reservation!!! Freak*n Seriously? So now we had to find a place real quick or were sleeping in the car, with a baby and a dog. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate šŸ¤¬ and donā€™t bother to talk to the manager, he obviously doesnā€™t care about anybody but himself

The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and great for work or leisure as their amenities make this possible. Location in my opinion is great as there are great restaurants not far and Park Meadows mall is only a few miles away as well as all the stores that are around it on the outside. You should be able to find whatever you need there. There are also stores closer as in maybe 2 miles or less depending on what you want/need.

They didnā€™t except my medical alert service animal. A legit service animal with paperwork and a drā€™s note. I had to lay a few for my dog to stay. The front desk was unprofessional and having a baby at the front and just not so nice or welcoming at all. Had to keep asking me the same questions about my dog over and over and going into the back and talking to the ā€œmanagerā€ I donā€™t know why the manager couldnā€™t go to the front and talk to me. I didnā€™t feel welcome. But the rooms were okay. The location is kinda out of the way from things. I will never stay here again.

My stay at Uptown Suites was phenomenal. This was my home for 4 months until I was able to land my apartment. The staff was super accommodating and attended to my every need. Pyneapple is one of the best property managers I've ever seen. Antoine and Juan were great at problem solving and helping me navigate living in an extended stay. I would recommend this place to anybody. They also had to deal with some guests not paying and having to call the police to evict them and they handled it with tact and minimal disruption for the other guests. I am assuming a lot of the negative reviews on here are coming from those guests. I really appreciated being there for those 4 months. If you ever need a place to stay whether it's short-term or long-term, please consider staying here.

I had reserved a room two months in advance . It was advertised as a pet friendly hotel. I arrived was checked in and paid the pet deposit. I was in my room for about 10 minutes when the front desk called and said they had made a mistake . They had put me in a non-pet room and that they were out of pet rooms and that I would be refunded my money but needed to leave immediately. When I questioned whether there were any other options to front desk person got rude . She tried to blame me for not calling the property ahead of time to let them know I had a pet . I ask to speak to a manager and was told she was out until tomorrow. I asked for a corporate customer service number and she refused and told me to look it up online . FYI there is no corporate customer service number. Worst customer service ever !! Head the reviews!

I am beyond livid! Booked a month stay for today. When I arrived the young lady at the front desk informed me she didnā€™t have anything for my stay. After showing her the confirmation information she went in the back; when she came back she told us our room was due to lack of payment. I do not believe this to be true as they money was in my account and never once were there an attempt to retrieve the funds. I asked the young lady why didnā€™t anyone contact us she said her manager called us. My wife or myself have no missed calls, no emails nothing. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS (three days in) The hotel staff was nice and professional on check in, specifically Pynapple (great name, btw). The hotel is clean and smells nice, in general and my room. The bed is good. I finally used the fitness center and it's fine. I'm only staying for 28 days until my apartment is ready, but this is nice, a fair value and functional enough that I wouldn't mind just living here. I only tried once to connect to the internet, but the connection failed. Probably just my brain.

The ladies at the front desk are so sweet! Housekeeping: 10/10, they always make sure our rooms are clean and that we have fresh towels! The only thing I wish they had was a pool!

Iā€™ve seen multiple reviews of this place referencing the front desk attendant and after reading through them it seems like weā€™re all dealing with the same person - which really begs the question. Why is she still employed with this establishment? I evacuated my room because fire alarms were going off and had to come to the front desk to get a new key made as I walked out of my room with haste. I gave her my ID and told her my room number and showed her my confirmation with my name on the booking and she insisted that my boyfriend had to be here with me to remake a key? And then couldnā€™t give me ANY answer as to why - she just kept firmly telling me no and shooing me off? As if I didnā€™t pay good money to stay here and was some kind of criminal or nuisance to her. Didnā€™t catch her name but she had braces and long acrylic nails. Any time my boyfriend and I have spoken to her we were met with the utmost disrespect. Times must really be tough if this is who weā€™re hiring into a hospitality role. If I was her direct superior, sheā€™d be outta here and replaced with someone more professional and Iā€™d do the job myself until I found a replacement.

I have been staying at Uptown Suites since December and I have loved my stay. The staff is friendly and my room has been cozy. The housekeeping staff always makes sure you have the essentials you need. I would definitely recommend Uptown Suites for anyone who is looking for a place like home!!!!!

I do not know if it is a lack of training, or you like opening yourself up to civil rights lawsuits. After reviewing your pet and services animal policy I thought this would be a welcome place for me, my disabled girlfriend and our service animal Zora. I did not expect my disabled girlfriend to come limping out of your lobby animal in tow with tears running down here face. It was so bad that other guest asked me if she was going to be on. Your policy states nothing in it about breeds of dogs and frankly the breed of service animal is not at your discretion. Denying a handler and there service animal weather certified or in training access to public accomodations is illegal in the state of Colorado, as well as violation of federal law under the ADA. So yes we will be filling two complaints one in state court and one in federal court. After our complaints are reviewed by human services of course. Maybe your organization dose fallow it's own policy as well as state and federal law. However that dose not excuse the fact that your representative violated both of them . I would let him go to protect yourselves from further liability. I tried to contact the company thru there online site and was disappointed that all I got was crickets. So other than the discrimination against handicap people and their service animals everything was great I suppose. If great means being without your loved ones for a week. And being out 468 Dollars for a useless room. Oh well we will let the letter of the law sort it out. Good day to you. Sincerely Timothy Brand Room 110 Centennial Colorado location

I would definitely stay here again. I like that it's not adjacent to a shopping center like the Westminster location is, because Westminster location is always short on parking. Westminster location is also great too in my opinion. But this location is clean and mellow and the staff is friendly and there is plenty of free parking. The patrons were mostly desirable. There was one person who was smoking and drinking while talking to someone in a black jeep in the parking lot. There was a pile of cigarettes and shattered glass in the spot where they were. Some people are pigs.

Our stay here has been great, everyone has been nice and accommodating. They are constantly out and about doing work on this place. Juan and another maintenance guy seem like very hard workers always seeing them about. Leslie, Pynapple, and one other front desk gal are friendly, helpful, and accommodating to whatever you need. Housekeeping does a great job. Area is great. Only complaints are they donā€™t give out quarters for the laundry room, the curtains are a bit short so light shines in as soon as sun is up, and one of our cupboards pieces is loose so it catches and you have to close it a certain way. Overall Iā€™m very happy with this place.

Everything was great and a very clean and practical room. My only complaint was that someone on the floor above me was stomping around and I could hear it, but luckily it didnā€™t last long. The staff was prompt and friendly and the facility and parking was great as well.

I forget the fella's name with the braids, but he's one of the staff. Antoine or something. Anyway, he goes around cause problems with people who are renting and respecting the property. It was unbearable everytime he was around he always had an negative attitude and always bothered guests who were minding their business. The staff are nice but few act like police and makes the stay harder and uncomfortable. He needs to be removed if you want your guests to feel safe and comfortable. Never doing business here again, ever.

Overall a good experience. Staff was sooo nice and helpful. Always greeting us as we came and went. Very responsive to questions and needs. Rooms were good, not great. Can hear other guests through the walls. No utensils or cooking supplies are included; that would have been nice. Several guests must be smokers because the elevators wreak of cigarettes. Location is fantastic, right off of Arapahoe Rd. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out of the building. A great restaurant in walking distance. If you need a place to sleep and work, it's an affordable option.

It has a decent size gym and rooms. It was more affordable than staying in a hotel. It is in a great location. Itā€™s near the airport and several restaurants. Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The couch and the sheets had several stains. Neighbors next door and upstairs were loud and kept us up all hours of the night. We did not sleep well during our stay because of this. The lighting in room was horrible. We could barely see. To connect to the internet was a hassle. We were given instructions on paper which did not work. When we called the front desk, they said there was nothing they can do and call a 800 number. We were able to eventually be connected to the internet after several calls and long wait times. Also, my reservation was messed up.

Beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious, everything was super clean it looked like nobody ever stayed there before. They do weekly housekeeping but you can tell them you don't want it as well like I did. The walls are thick you can't hear anything from the rooms next door. Service was very nice and understanding and patience. 10/10 highly recommend

DONT COME HERE FOR A SHORT STAY. The manager treats you like tenants and could care less about your stay. Soon as we arrived early on day 1, told them the TV wasn't working, they said do you mind if we change it tomorrow?... so no TV the first day. The walls are thin. Couldn't sleep some nights - listening to people yelling and music till 4 am. (many live there for months, so they aren't going to bed early to go sight seeing) Got kicked out of our room one day for fumigation?! The room shouldn't have been rented if you were going to spray a whole floor. They made us go to the front desk to pick up plastic sheets to cover our beds and **items as in they **Required you (or you would be fined $$) to pack up ALL OF YOUR ITMES so they wouldn't be in the fumgators way and so it didnt get contaminated !? I said, "This makes no sense. Can't you do this after we leave tomorrow? The manager said, "No. Call corporate." The EV charging has discrepancies in pricing. Call the company [chargepoint], and they said they would file an investigation, but I should also talk to management at the front desk - the manager said, "That has nothing to do with us, call corporate." Which is infuriating since this was one of the main reasons I chose this location. Also, should mention, we had to leave the building a 2nd time because there was a SMALL FIRE, and we had to wait till fire fighters gave the all clear. Understandably, that wasn't their fault, but all of this should have been taken into consideration with all the things I went through in my one week stay. And yet, the manager's response to everything was not my problem, "Call Corporate". Last, I would like to point out that the rest of staff was very sweet and accommodating! Just upper management could careless.

The rooms looked clean and decent at first but upon closer inspection there were small food splatters on the walls by the stovetop, crumbs in corners, black spots in random places, bottle caps under the bed, etc. Service was absolutely terrible at the front desk. The girl working afternoon was sitting on the back counter and did not get off even when I approached. Laundry room does not have coin exchange machine so when I asked front desk if I could exchange singles into quarters she just said they dont have quarters, no apology or even a possible solution. There is a QR code in laundry room to pay through phone but all the machines were offline. I only give the location a 3 because it was decently close to activities found in Denver.

We received 2 texts 2 emails and a call to the room to remind us we needed to leave at the checkout time of 11am which we were already aware of. All of these took place between 10:10 and 10:20 in the morning and is a bit excessive if somebody has not checked out by 11:10 then I would expect a call or a text or something but five different attempts to get us to leave basically before checkout time is absolutely ridiculous you pay ridiculous amounts of money for these rooms you should be able to have peace and quiet until your actual checkout time there is no reason to harass people into leaving.

This hotel had it ups and downs but the best part was Antoine. This guy had a smile on his face and was there everyday. This guy is a model employee and deserves great recognition for the hard work he puts in. "I will be here the rest of the night so if you need ANYTHING, I will be here". And he sure was. Never felt so lifted up and at home somewhere else. Will be returning.

The room is comfortable, enough space and desk to work from home and its mini kitchen is perfect for my needs, enough parking spaces, good internet. But the customer service is lousy (awful), local managers can't make decisions, and sometimes rude, and don't expect a response to your emails to corporate or local managers; also do not expect housekeeping every week, there are weeks that skip your room.

I felt like I was always well taken care of. Any time I needed anything Ashley took care of it. The room was very comfortable and convenient being that it had a full sized fridge and 2 burner stove! Thanks again Ashley!
