Everything is very salty. The fries have salt crystals. Yuck. Went there with my family last weekend and I complained about the fries, only to get new fries more salty. Very upsetting. Asked for three ice creams and only one was prepared well. The other two were plain. It felt like racism. I did not complain more because I was already upset.

I heard that the fish was really good so I gave it a go. Fish was without any special great taste, tarter sauce no exceptional taste, malt vinegar hardly any taste at all. Very nice and roomy multiple areas that were real clean but it was very cold inside even though the outside weather was on the cool side. There was a lot of staff behind the counter doing nothing but talking and only one register was open. In all I was disappointed with the experience and will go back to Red Robin if I want to actually get fish.

My family's experience here was horrible. This store is not living up to Culver's standards. After ordering our meals, we were given an order number for our table. Our meals never came. After about 20 minutes, I found our meals abandoned on trays at the front counter. No employee brought our food to our table. No employee called out our order number so we could retrieve it. There were at least 6 visible employees behind the counter. There was no shortage of staff. Our food was dry, overcooked, and cold. The only exception was the cheese curds because the staff forgot to make them so they were hot after I had to ask for them. While ordering our meals, we were told that the store had run out of frozen custard. All I saw was an employee cleaning the custard machine. I wasn't convinced that they "ran out" of custard. I witnessed multiple groups turned away due to no frozen custard. Overall, it was an absolute terrible experience. My recommendation is to either close this store or replace whoever is managing it.

16 minutes waiting in line to place an order with only one register open 1:45 pm. Staff obviously stressed Jeremiah stepped in from line as a customer on his day off to help out. He did great. I don't know him just at heard staff call him by name. Ordered a strawberry fields salad. Lettuce underneath half rotten and covered in salt and pepper. As my son said it was made with hate. Disgusting. I will never eat hear again.

The amount of time to get food delivered through the drive through has been getting worse and worse. Last visit was over 20 minutes after ordering. To make matters worse we didn't even get our whole order. Good thing we didn't notice until we left because then it would have been an hour. Don't go here if you have any plans for the rest of the day.

Really good shrimp and cod pieces for a quick lunch. I love the way the fish is crispy with light meat perfectly fried. Not too greasy or fancy, I've never had a bad meal here.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even offered to take our trash. Clean restrooms. My friend got the burger and loved it. I got the pork loin sandwich because it’s hard to find places that serve those.

The staff at this location lacking to say the least. There were 3 people at the front counter just carrying on personal conversations and not one even paid attention to the fact that I was just standing there waiting to be helped. Finally got serviced only to have to ask for things that are on their menu but not listed on the menu they have inside. It took way longer than it should have to get my food. The meals came as requested so I can at least be thankful for that. Probably will not be returning.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love their butterburgers!! Their fries and cheese sauce make a great combo. I also like how they have a custard flavor of the day so it's different every day of the month. Also each location has a different flavor of the day so you can check around to see which location has the flavor you want.

Very unique menu for a fast food joint. Fish and roast beef sandwiches along with hamburgers and even shrimp. Quick and friendly service on a Sunday afternoon after church.

2/19/22- Better then average food and their chocolate decadence custard was very yummy. The guy they had at the cash register was nice and really on top of things. He deserves a raise with how well he was handling multiple things at once.

I do not recommend this location. I ordered three kids meals, and was only given two of them. When I asked if I could have the third kids meal, I was told that the kitchen made it And even though I didn’t receive it, that was not their problem. They then proceeded to go through the food that they had already given me, Which prompted me to ask if they would like to search my car also. I have never received such treatment before especially over a seven dollar kids meal. I will never return to this location, and I highly suggest you do not either because they will blame you for their own mistakes. When I spoke with the owner, Leslie, she told me, “I would be surprised about the number of people who lie about stuff” and offered nothing to reconcile the situation.

Cheese curds and custards are amazing here! That's all I've had, and 10 out of 10 highly recommend the cheese curds! Sorry, only got one picture :'/

The burgers were good but the custard... that was delicious, just that alone is worth the visit.

If you like fish, I suggest that you try Culver's Cod Dinner ... It's To Die For!!! I had the 3-piece with Cole slaw and French fries. The Cod was KILLER!!!!! 3- BIG pieces!!! Yum! Yum! The fries and cole slaw were also excellent! If you're hungry and fish is your fare, check out Culver's Cod Dinner! You'll be glad that you did. It's a "TIP For The HIP"

We chose Culver’s because our grands enjoy the selection and frozen custard, and we like the fresh made items and service. I ordered a pork cutlet sandwich that was not the best as it lacked seasoning and was very dry. Other items were great. The kids like that they can have whatever they want on there frozen treats and eat well knowing that is what comes next. This is a great place for our nights out with the kids!

We love the staff here, they are so sweet. We go through the drive thru and pull into a spot to eat in the car since we don’t want to wake the baby. We love the shrimp, shakes, onion rings, and burgers. It’s a great spot for us to relax, have a nice chat, and eat a hot meal together as a family in our busy lives. And nothing is as awesome as having quiet time with your spouse with hot, delicious food. Thanks for the moment of peace!

Always a great experience at Culver's. Food is always fresh. Custard mixed just right, not runny. Place is clean and lively. Staff taking orders at drive thru is always efficient, kind and patient. Highly recommend!

Ordered some ice cream treats (sundae, banana split) for my kids and we waited 10 minutes to get the order when there was no other orders in front of us. Then the person brings out the ice cream which is half melted. The kid was not even on the banana split well and it spilled throughout my car and all over my son. It was a big disappointment.

Went through the drive through well before closing time. Paid for a chicken tender basket meal with frie AND cheese curds. Also got a chicken sandwich basket with pretzel bites instead of fries. All paid for. Waited for my food all is good. Get home to notice there are no cheese curds or pretzel bites, and only one order of fries. So not only did I not get the two extra items I paid for, but also got shorted a fry that was part of the meal. Ridiculous. Not coming back to this location again.

1st time eating at a Culver's and it was an interesting visit. Due to short staff they only do drive thru from 10:30 to 5:00 when they open up for dining. It seems like they didn't train the order taking employee very much but she was really trying hard. Culver's uses table tent with numbers to bring your order to the table and they had 2 9's, so they brought someone else's food to us. We told them that this wasn't our order and it was taken away. Several minutes later our food came and they were still looking for the customer to whom the other order came by the same runner that brought it to use the 1st time. We were shorted an item from our order but when it was asked for it came quickly. All this being said the food was good and a fair price. I feel bad for the manager having this type of problem and she was gracious to all even with the all the things going on. We will be back here.

This is the cleanest and nicest Culver's I have been to. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. I would stick to the burgers because they are the best. The only thing I would avoid is the fish sandwich.

I got cheese curds to replace the fries on my meal. I also ordered an additional order of cheese curds. I get my food no cheese curds at all and French fries are in the bag. I go back to get my order fixed and they bring out 1 order of curds. I didn't even want to have to go back through again so I left with my still messed up order.

The food is usually quite good. This was no exception. The lady who took our order was very friendly and patient. Very positive! The food wad grand. Certainly better than certain other chains with Kings and Clowns. The atmosphere just seemed drab. Maybe it was because it was getting dark out. Maybe because it was only "Early Bird diners in there and it was approaching their bedtime. I do know there was an employee who was dining to the Christmas Carols on the system. That was a nice boost of energy. Either way, the place was pretty clean and good service.

Culver's customer service does not get enough credit! Every time I'm here I'm greeted with smiles please thank you and have a great day! Not to mention that the food is always on point my go-to is the sourdough melt. It never lets me down:-)
