I have been seeing Dr. Melamed since November as well as his PAs. They are amazing. The found things that nobody else could. The infusion nurses are absolutely amazing and so kind. The administration however at this clinic is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They are clueless. I have IVs scheduled twice a week. 3 times now and the day of they use the online portal and cancel my appointment without telling us. I called and they told me they didn’t have anything that I needed. They don’t even call first. This is sooo frustrating as these infusions make me feel so much better. Anytime you try to call and get through to anybody the call gets dropped or you are put on hold forever until you finally decided to hang up and try again. I waited a while to leave a review because I’m fine with a few mistakes and miscommunications but it is very very far past few now.

I call Dr. Melamed, Sherlock Holmes! He is a great detective, who looks beyond the surface to find every clue he can find. If you want a doctor who just runs some basic tests and is dumbfounded when they can't find an obvious answer, don't go see Dr. Melamed! But if you want a doctor who keeps looking and has several phases of plans, with a mix of supplements, vitamin IV's, diet, biologics and Western Medicine in certain situations, he's YOUR Sherlock, too!

We've gone here for over 5 years and despite all the long wait time, high staff turnover, and some incorrect information, we stayed because it seemed harder to switch. For example, we learned that my daughter had spent 2 years on "maintenance" that wasn't actually maintenance so we had to repeat those years. But, when they gave my teenager someone else's allergy shot instead of hers, I decided we were done with this place. Luckily, she was fine but it could have been catastrophic for her health. I did get an apology eventually (with a lot of excuses which kind of negates the apology). Of course, I still had to pay for that shot! (Really!?)

Over the course of 2 visits, Dr. Melamed forgot who I was, ordered unnecessary tests extract more money out of me, changed his diagnosis 3 times, lied to me about being TLR3 deficient ("We don't really know what that means."), and sent me to collections for over $1000. While he has the ability to think outside the box, his outrageous costs and dishonest approach to care make this clinic a fail. Stay away if you value honesty, compassion and your hard earned money.

The office knows that they are a nightmare to deal with and they keep insisting they are "making improvements." Why should it take 2.5 hours to get accessed for my infusions? Why can't they seem to access a port correctly? If I tell them where the best place to access for IV is when they can't get my port, why on earth would they continue to try in the spot that I told them isn't easy access? Perhaps listen to your patients and what they are saying in terms of giving consent. Why should I get yelled at by a nurse for asking for a bio patch when it should be used? Why can't I call and actually speak with an MA about a medication issue? Why are the front desk receptionists looking at medical info when they are not clinical staff? Why can't I have my medications refilled in in a timely manner? Why does it take several months and multiple visits to not even have concerns entirely addressed? And corporate office feel free to actually acknowledge patient concerns. Get well soon!

I've been a patient for about 4 years. Dr. Melamed is wonderful - especially for complicated cases, but the company overall is horrible. I am reviewing it to help people and to give you all a "heads-up" about what you'll be dealing with if you choose this place. Keep very specific records of all of the payments you make. If you have neurological problems, like I do, you might need someone to help you with bills you recieve. Payments you make will not be included in the statements, so you could easily pay for something repeatedly. The billing is also way behind and the whole process of understanding a bill can take many many many phone calls and hours of your time. The software they use for medical stuff will change your health history and won't save changes, so be aware of that. Lastly, plan on very long waits (btwn 45 - 75 min) after your appointment time if you have Melamed. The P.A.s don't run as far behind, but they can be behind and they can be rude. On my last appointment, I came in 8 min late (there was an accident on the highway) and the P.A. refused to see me. I drove a 40 min drive just to get sent home and I have a very serious illness. I only needed 5 minutes with her.... Of course, they were happy to hang onto the copay I had paid for that visit. Also, a friend of mine who is also a patient said that now they are refusing to help her with required paperwork for disability. BIG problem if you are too sick to work.

I like my physician. Dr. Sarid however there are a lot of problems with this place. I can never get thru for one. They call me back and Natalie 3 months ago gives me the wrong number - to Anthonys Pizza. When I tell her about this mistake she laughed and said yah that was me. Today she leaves me a voicemail, still giving out the number to Anthonys pizza. Really? How many wrong numbers a day is Anthonys Pizza getting. She literally leaves messages all day long with their number, and has been for months. Billing is also lagged. I got a bill which seemed like something I had already paid for. I called 6 times, left 6 messages, saying - just call me back and leave a message whether I actually owe it or not, and they call back just to say "call us back". Literally, getting no where. I got some labs done and they were coded incorrectly. Anything not medically necessary my insurance will not pay for, so lab bill came out to over $800. Fortunately after several phone calls & a near heart attack with the surprise bill, that got handled. I'd like to continue on with care here, due to the Immunodeficiency diagnosis. We learned this through the labs, and I'm fortunate for that. However I'm unsure because it just feels like too many headaches. Stephanie Sefcik

I've been very happy with IMMUNOe. They have helped with so many issues that other health centers haven't touched in a very short amount of time. All the providers I have worked with have been kind and caring and the office staff are friendly and happy to help. They seem to know a lot more about allergies and immunology than any other place I've been to before and I've been dealing with this for my entire life with limited relief.

I was going to this office for about year and I can not tell you how many times I was frustrated and disappointed. My serum seriously took 2 months to have made when it was supposed to take 3 weeks. and the doctor downplayed the severity of Covid during the Omicron surge. Now I’m at a new allergist who informed me that Immuno-E was not treating my mold allergies. I get that in CO there’s not much mold. But I was never informed that was what my treatment plan was. I travel and spend time in places with ample mold. And given the choice, would have chosen to receive the additional shot. Now I have togo through the build up phase again. Incredibly disappointed. Do not recommend.

I get an infusion every 6 months for MS. I was referred to this clinic by my neurologist & I really like this place! I will admit my first visit there was a considerable bit of a wait before being seen. Then I had a very normal reaction to my treatment which meant my visit was longer then expected. It was not the staffs fault, it happens 80% of the time with this medicine. So I then completely understood why I had to wait to be seen, uncontrollable set backs before I even got there. Knowing that’s always a possibility, I am in no hurry. Besides they have a beautiful salt water tank in the waiting room that I could watch endlessly! They also have a little coffee bar, water and snacks. I am pretty squeamish with needles & these ladies are exceptional at an IV. I’m not an easy person to poke, but they’ve been brilliant & almost completely painless. I really like the staff, I feel well cared for. I was witness to a very difficult situation with a non-verbal child that did not want a shot (understandably needles suck but especially for kids) & I was extremely impressed with how the nurse handled everything. She has an especially soft touch & kind friendly upbeat energy & was magnificent with this poor distraught child. She deserves 10 stars! The end

The research team, an older lady, told me they hired me then wouldn’t answer any of my calls. When I would call the clinic and say who I was they would say that they weren’t in office as well. I quit my job and they left me stranded with no explanation. When I told others about this they knew Immunoe’s name and told me I dodged a bullet and told me scary stories about their research. Horrible ugly place.

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave acknowledgement for Lainey. ( I hope I spelled that right). She was so amazing! You all do not accept my insurance but she made me sure I was educated on how to move forward. She really explained everything to me so thoroughly! I might just call back and ask for her to help with other things going on in my life! Thank you so much!

I had the worse medical attention i have ever received from Dr. O’Brien. He looked at my allergic reaction for less then 10 seconds and told me that i had ring worm, not an allergic reaction, prescribed me medication i was also allergic to for a condition i did not have. When i asked if he was going to run any tests or take my blood because i was uncomfortable with a diagnosis without any proof and he told me that wouldnt be necessary as he was sure it was ring worm. I was hospitalized the following day. I will be filing a formal complaint whenever i can reach this office and i willlikw to be taking legal action. What an embarrassment.

Dr. Hepworth and staff are excellent, billing department sucks no one answers the phone or returns messages, I've been trying to get ahold of billing since last November because there's a billing error and I am not paying more than I owe, send me to collections and I will sue!!! UPDATE: They finally have a competent billing person that actually answered the phone and was very helpful. Thank you

It's very rare I ever leave good reviews for medical offices because let's face it I don't ever get the care I need. I have been feeling sick for so long to the point where I literally thought I was dying yet getting no answers. In February I got so bad I fainted and ended up in the hospital only for them to say they think it's because I'm dehydrated which was not the case at all. Got referred here from my primary doctor to run a whole ray of test to figure out why I've been sick for so long. Saw Dr. Carly Young-Swints. The appointment was quick but I liked how I finally had a doctor listen and what I was experiencing was not normal. Did blood test yes it took 4 weeks to come back but she followed up with me and I finally got some dang answers and was confident I had someone on my side to get me on track to healing. I did have some issues with scheduling but it was all worked out in the end and I cant say enough how thankful I am to finally after all these years to have some answers and be heard.

I have been coming here for quite some time to get answers for a complicated set of issues. I have worked closely with Heather Pein who has been incredibly patient and relentless in her pursuit of digging to the bottom of my situation. I appreciate her persistence and willingness to always go the extra mile to help me out. As I do not have a cookie cutter issue, there aren't simple answers. I trust her more than many doctors I have seen at other practices. She is highly intelligent, well read, and up to date on the latest medical information. I have found this office to be in line like many others. Delays possibly due to shortage of front office staff occur now and then but this is just par for the course across the board in many practices now. I have not had many issues in scheduling or getting messages through. There aren't many places that dig quite as deep to find answers and solutions as IMMUNOe/VEROS HEALTH. Out of the box thinkers! **As a side note, I cannot speak for the other providers here as my primary contact has been Heather Pein, PA. My rating in this review is specific at this time to Heather.

👍👍 Amazing urgent care! One of the best I have ever been to. I was called back 15 minutes before my appointment and I was out and done within the hour. 😠 I’m not the person who usually gives one star reviews but honestly I will when it comes to health care and saving other patients to be seen here. This place was a waste of my time and money.
