Always running out of product. Depending on who is there, some of the employees are young and rude. They need to train these young people on proper customer service. Other then that at least my food is hot and correct when I do go.

Slowest drive thru i ever been in. Never ever go to this McDonald's. Let's have it closed. One thing for sure they don't wanna take orders at night..they keep saying hold one moment. And not come back to the speaker. Real ghetto and Rachel. Wait is ridiculous when in the drive thru after 7.

Came to order some breakfast, it was around 10-10:15 and they said they had sold out of all their breakfast items for the morning and were only serving lunch. I used to work at good ole Micky D’s and I know this is not how it works lol. Just in general this a very poorly run location.

Yall need to stop serving cold burgers. I pay for my food. Its not for free. There for i expect my food to be at least warm. The patty is cold, not even warm

This McDonald’s here do too much. Closing the lobby after 7 and got long lines for no reason, especially when you have a door dash order. Gotta get in line just to pick folks food up 🤦🏾‍♀️ G-H-E-T-T-O!!!

I went there to pick up a Doordash order..I had to stand and wait in line even though the customer order was showing availability after the young thug out cashier went and got the order, he threw it up on the counter and went back to the registrar and ask the next customer could he help them the customer looked at me like dam that was sure rude I just got the order and left. I will definitely not eat from this location and definitely will not accept any future orders outta this hood low class McDonald's from Doordash...low class thug out bombs for workers

The line is normally to the street. 8 times out of 10 I get either half of my meal or it's wrong all together. Maybe a combination of them all. I can say the earlier crew is better at service and correct orders than the evening/night crew. If you have to stop there, go ahead and cook at home.

I don’t even know why this place stays open. They are rude, food is never fresh, and workers would rather sit outside than work. They are apparently “open” 24 hours yet no one wants to take your order if you’re in the drive-thru.

It's at a point to where Human resources needs to be more involved. And for the direct over the store needs to step up. This location is sad very sad. Y'all see the complaints this store needs help bad. Very poor service and the management has no control.

Center point location...I got overcharged I'm very sure those people keep the money the I pay for my food the guy at first window refuse to give me a receipt. I pay cash money and he charge me $30 dollars for 2 medium combos and I ask for receipt at second window and same guy come there show me finger and every one laugh of me very disrespectful employees. hope someone do something about it

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the state!!!! They never get the order correct, they are rude, and it takes longer than Popeyes to get your food.

I waited 25 minutes to place an order. After I finally made it to the drive thru window (because they were only serving 2 cars at a time) I then watched 6 cars pull off and 4 other cars get taken care of because they were in the inside lane. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Very unprofessional and terrible service

I love love love the curbside feature through the McD App It is so very very convenient.

Eating at McDonald's can be hit or miss. You never know what kind of service you will get, but I was pleasantly surprised. The drive through was moving quickly, the kids running the register were polite, and it's rare to get that kind of service anymore. So, props to the golden arches for a good breakfast and good service.

Spent 45mins of my 1 hour break waiting for them to get 3 McChickens with no mayo correct. Didn't even have time to eat them in the store. Edited and dropped from two stars to one because three more visits and they still can't do the minimum of their job.

I was unable to do online survey. The cashier Lacey was very professional and the Manager on duty. Food was hot and fresh. Everyone was very professional about it.

I have been eating McDonald food since I was 7 years old my dad would treat us to McDonald my siblings and I would get two burger's. Thing's have changed people have changed but i will always get a Big Mac meal. That has not changed. It's so sloppy goodness. I think the sauce got me hooked. 💘

Does the management of McDonald's company not supervise its agencies?!!! How is it possible for a McDonald's agency in America, a country that takes the first word in terms of progress in various industries, including the food industry, to treat its customers like this? I entered this branch around 2 in the morning and the manager of this agency disrespectfully said that it was closed and pretended to be working on his phone. But I told him I work for Uber and I have an order from you that I need to pick up. Didn't you prepare it? At that moment the waitress who was a young girl said oh we didn't prepare it! I said I came about 12 miles to pick up this order so should I cancel it on the app? This was while other orders were prepared, and the waiter knew that the mistake was theirs, but the restaurant manager disrespectfully told me that it was closed!!! And disrespectfully said to lock the door! At least he could have told this to the waiter after I left! The waiter directed me outsid e and I was disrespected! You are taking the reputation of this company with these behaviors!!!!

I went around 145pm . There was a line wrapped around but it 2as going pretty fast. The lady over the intercom was very sweet ans polite. When I got to the window to pay she even asked me how my day was going . I appreciate that bc some people get caught up with work and what not. I didn't get her name but it was on June 27th . Sweet young lady . Also my food order was correct and hot . Keep up the good work.

The line takes up to 30min to make an order. The employees take their time and breaks whenever they want. I understand where we are by why “ We” always get poor service. If you don’t like working here, please leave!! I hate going out the way just to get a decent meal!!!!

I love going here when I do DoorDash because now that DoorDash pays $15/hr I can usually make $30-40 just on one order from this place. Seriously, I have waited at the drive-thru speaker for over an hour more than once. If you love cold, poor quality food and really want to kill 2 hours staring at tail lights, this is the place!

Claims "open 24hrs" but when I placed my ourder through the app, but the employee that was inside the building was outside and said "closed" and protected to play on his phone.

They never any condiments, and they are not friendly. They are the slowest fast food restaurants on the planet. You stay in line for 15 minutes, and you have to pull down for food that's not fresh. I tried to order an apple pie, and the manager told the cashier to cancel that order cause she didn't feel like cooking any they are absolutely the worst

The person who took my order sounded so unprofessional, just sad to keep hiring low level minded people. Which seems to be a running habit for McDonald's, at least at the ones I've been to. The food made for me had me with the runs for 2 days. Sad, to have the nerve to service people, but have no value in people. Make it make sense to keep hiring these low vibration people to run your business in the dirt. Oh, prehaps the business attracts who they are as well. LOW FREQUENCY INDIVIDUALS!!!

The line is always long. You have to sit at least 5 minutes between each order sometimes longer. They get your order wrong. They really need to do better. Morning, noon, or evening the service is bad. At least the food is good when you get it.

Was in driveway waiting for more than 15 minutes. I went inside and the manager refused to come to assist several customers in the lobby area.

Every time I go to this location, they're always telling me that they don't have anything and they only have certain items. Often times it's only nuggets and chicken sandwiches and also the frozen machine seems to be broken or unavailable. Customer service is the worst especially if you ask a question about anything on the menu. When I go inside the store, NO ONE acknowledges or greets me and I'm waiting at least 10 minutes most of the time after standing at the register and watching the employees walk pass me or pace the floor again with no acknowledgement at all.
