So got a craving for some fries and a couple McDoubles done up differently. Man at the window knew what he was doing and asked for a second while hitting all the buttons for the sandwiches I wanted. Great communication and accuracy by him on all accounts! Do your best to keep this man. I wait in line for a bit. It's rush and I understand. Received my order after a few Jeopardy Jingles. Come home to the picture down below. Now I'm not angry, as the gentleman in the window saved a star. I'm not asking for anything personally nor do I expect anything to actually happen. All I ask is give your people in the back some love! While I worked here, we'd be lucky to get 3 days of hands on training before getting stuck with one other person of similar skill until closing if not by ourselves entirely >during rush<. in fact I'd be surprised if there were more than 5 people working in the entire store tonight. 2 per window, 1 on bagging and fries and 2 in the back making sandwiches. One of which in the back, by the time I've posted this, is getting started on dishes. Just know I feel you but this isn't acceptable. Put the cheese in between the patties please!

$0.40 cents extra for more sauce on my Big Mac. This doesn’t look worth the extra charge. Absurd.

I wish 0 stars were available on google, better yet -negative number reviews. My 9 month pregnant girlfriend and I wanted a quick easy meal before she goes through it and when we received our food the quarter pounders were raw. Pink and pink gets. I know the workers don’t know my girl is pregnant but the standard should be upheld regardless of who is being served. This location has many issues.

I don't know how old this sandwich was, but the sliver of cheese it had dissolved into the bread. Didn't even attempt to eat it

We had a great breakfast experience at this location. Welcoming staff and our food was perfectly prepared. Nicely maintained restaurant.

Waited at drive-thru. Guy took 4orders from other lane and not mine. Went inside to complain and order. While I waited for order inside, maintenance type worker walked behind front counter to talk to someone making the fries. Maintenance dude took out his comb and proceeded to comb is long dirty greasy hair standing right in front of the fries. I said something to other workers, they blew it off. Then the Maintenance dude walked back through behind the counters to leave, I told him he shouldn’t be combing his hair in the kitchen area… he blew me off… they comped me with a pie. I can forgive the delay in service… but not long greasy dirty looking hair being combed in the kitchen next to the fries. Nasty Nasty Nasty.

I ordered sausage burrito and hash brown through the drive-thru. Although I didn't wait long and there was a line, both burritos were actually cold inside. I have no idea where they were sitting that they would be that cold. I have never had a cold burrito from McDonald's. Not sure how they accomplished serving a cold burrito. I wish I had time that morning to go back, for the prices they charge for their breakfast now, you should at least get a warm burrito. Their filing must come premade to be cooked but refrigerator cold out the window? I was there at about 8:30 a.m. You would assume the product would be turning over fast enough that you could not get a cold or stale product. I have gotten very stale burritos at this location before that were all stuck to the wrapper. Check your bag before pulling away from the window for the sauces you order. The right lane of the drive thru will often take three cars to rights one car, so stay in the left lane even if it looks busy.

Ordered a kids meal with no apples sub an extra fry no salt on fries they put salt all over and gave me 5 instead of 6 nuggets. I had to pull up to wait now I’m pulled up waiting again. Not worth the hassle! Not hard to read and check

Nothing special, it's a McDonald's. The food is ok. You get the right food about 75% of the time. You get fresh food 40%-50% of the time. The buns are typically stale and for breakfast they don't butter anything.

Get our meal wrong Everytime!! Maybe the drive thru is keeping them busy but didnt get our meal right they had to do it 3x in order then didnt get mu LG mocha frappaccio with espresso shots , just not their day which theyre working to make it should make it the way for the customers disappointing asa frustrating!! 🤞

This McDonald's of all McDonald's is 1 of the best,After eating every bit of my food,(spicy chicken sandwich),and my friend had double Cheese burger.it taste exactly McDonald's use,it taste like chicken,my friend and exchanged a taste of each other sandwich. She agreed.it didn't have that card board, Like it was fake IDK why I said all that,but understand,I'm 60 yrs old and the taste of food is not the same.

I have concerns about this McDonald’s. The speaker is so muddled that you can barely hear what is being said. I had to wait for my $3.50 bundle, and the girl who gave it to me wasn’t even certain what my order was. About a month ago, I tried to go through the drive- thru. The woman taking orders did not have English as a first language and was confused by my question regarding the drink which came with the order. She just kept repeating the same thing that she had on her computer screen which didn’t answer my question. I finally gave up, canceled my order, and went to the McDonald’s across from Centerville Place. I didn’t experience any issues with getting my question answered at that McDonald’s. Two issues in a row over basic items like a drink order or what my order was. I will be going to the McDonald’s across from Centerville Place from now on.

At 10:17am, I order a Sausage McMuffin with egg and a hash brown through the drive-thru. They ask me to pull in Space #1 because they are "making it fresh!" About 8 minutes later, a guy shows up with the wrong order. He sees me then another car before realizing both of us are not that order. The lady who told me to go to Space #1 then comes out and gives a bag to the car next to me. I'm still waiting. At 10:30am, I decide to go in and everyone is clueless as to what happened! No one knew I was still waiting. Crazy! Michelle was the manager on duty. I also called the GM, Aaron, and left a message. Ridiculous service!

So, I take my daughter to grab something for lunch. She placed a mobile order at McDonald's at 6270 Far Hills Ave, Centerville. Instead of having them bring it to our car, she goes inside to grab her order. As she was getting her drink, an employee called out her order number. She turned around and watched another employee literally stick her hand inside my daughter's McDonald's bag, and eat her fries. Another employee yelled at the female, because he also saw her stick her hand in my daughter's bag and eat her food. He came upfront and took the fry out of the bag and went to get her another fry. My daughter confronted the employee and she said that she thought no one was picking that order up. Which is completely untrue because my daughter was standing right there when they called the order number. The employee then walked into the back of the store. I'm disgusted right now. Not only is this extremely unprofessional but, it's as unsanitary as one can get. The employee that stuck her hand in my daughter's bag was the person bringing the mobile orders to the cars outside. So she was not only eating a customers food but, her hands were filthy and contaminated, touching public entry doors. I really hope someone contacts me in regards to this experience. The fact that this young lady was so comfortable to do such a disgusting thing, it makes me question if this is a regular occurrence?

I'd rate the McDonald's in Xenia, Ohio lower if I could. Dirty, staff not pleasant, and the food had obviously been left out or microwaved too long b/c the bun was hard to the touch. Waaaayyyy too much money for what you get.

Had an Egg McMuffin. You could see thru the Canadian Bacon the slice was so thin. Overpriced for this item. Almost $4. Oh well, you don't get good fast food at Mickey D's.🙃

Went with my Dad. The person who waited on us was extremely courteous and polite! We got the chicken McNuggets and they dropped them fresh. The French Fries were also dropped fresh! They were quite good and tasty. They gave us the right amount of sauce. Usually when I get McNuggets at my regular McDonald's they usually give you only one sauce. If I'm in the area I'll definitely stop in again... The atmosphere is rather plain but comfortable and very clean!

"Chicken sandwich" can't be classified as a sandwich if its 70% bread and one tiny piece of chicken. This is consistently the worst location in the Kettering area. Food is shameful / dry / old.

I’ve had some sad sandwiches from McDonald’s but this one has set a new low bar, almost no lettuce in the mchicken and what little lettuce is there looks like it was scraped off the bottom of a trash can, nasty
