This was my 1st time here. The music was great, our bartender and server was great but the big guy up front was very rude. I understand rules because I’m also a business owner but the rules need to be for everyone. I was told that you can only wear sandals that have the back to it but it was people there before and after we arrive with sandals w/out backs and he told me “to worry about myself” and to me that’s discrimination. He needs to be taught on how to have great customer service or find him a new job.

This is my neighborhood “watering hole”. I live this place. It’s close to my home, the music is GREAT, they have a space for dancing and the food is tasty. They have “section” style seating and high top tables. The bar is pretty long, plenty of space. Towards the back they have pool tables and more seating. The best night is Saturday- international night. If you like dancing then that’s the night. You can literally go here ANY day and have a good time.

I am celebrating my birthday. This was my first time at the local lounge. I had fun an felt like I was at home.

I understand this is a place to have fun but it is right in the middle of neighborhoods. You need to turn the music down after midnight, we your neighbors have to work and it is impossible to sleep with the loud music coming from your establishment. Your patrons obviously communicate by sign language as there is no possible way they can hear each other with such loud music. Just know I have no problem phoning the law when you crank it up. You want to be a good neighbor then act like a good neighbor.

Had a blast but both setting is too High. My waitress was sooo great she took exceptional care of us on my mans birthday on June 3rd 2022. The crowd were our age and the atmosphere was great. DJ kept our party on their feet all night. Nice place.

My brother and I visited this location on 10/7/2023 to celebrate my cousin's birthday. Once we got to the door I was searched and let In once I was inside I paid $20 for us both. While my brother was getting searched I was called back outside by the Security guard and I was told my brother was denied entry because he has a Mental Disorder, I explained to the security guard that my brother laughing patterns is harmless he said "sorry we don't let his kind of people in here" I asked for a refund and I we left. My next complaint will be to the BBB and the Disability Act of America, because this is discrimination on all levels. OUR BLACKS GOT TO DO BETTER.. MY brother is entitled to a social life just life everyone else.

The DJ needs to understand that its not about what he wants to hear or his prearranged play list. Play what the patrons want to hear. The dance floor was empty, I mouthed to him to play reggae and he told me to “sit down”. It’s not good when a DJ is so full of himself that he is actually rude to a customer. Its the first time I have been there and not experienced good music. Be humble, be nice! Also wings took 2 hours and were not good. Empire please take these reviews seriously and not let your business fall off! 2 drinks and wings for $56 The waitress was good!

Great atmosphere. Serves are really nice. Music is upbeat. I absolutely loved Empire Lounge on my first visit.

It was okay. I'm from out of town and wanted to do something on a Saturday night so someone told me to go there. It was International night. They played some International beats but also a lot of the same old music that you always hear. I was hungry and decided to get some lemon pepper wings. It took forever for them to finally give me my order. When I got it it was okay. Nothing special about them. Overall it was fine. Nice mature crowd just having fun. The way it should be.

Hookah, plus refill. 5 drinks some plantains and fries came out to like $120. The drinks were strong around $12 each. When we got there we informed the host we wanted hookah so she made sure to find us a table so we could sit. $10 cover fee ( oh well) parking is sometimes difficult if you get there late but other than that this place is definitely a go to spot. The DJ does a good job of mixing the music up from hip hop to reggae/Jamaica music. Small dance floor but that didn’t stop folks from getting there grove on. Our waiter was super cool and checked on us so many times, my friends and I really enjoyed our selves that Saturday night.

I went for the first time on a Saturday. The food is great! The vibe is everything and the DJ is Lit. The first time I have gone to a spot and the DJ is not playing Mr. Vegas all night. Waitresses all sizes, shades, beautiful and very nice. Don’t be fooled by the size. This place is lit. Empire will definitely see me again. I recommend RSVP so you can have a spot.

Overpriced dump. I thought they were joking when it cost $10 per person to get in paid $60 for 2 drinks and there was no table sat at a side table and 4 punks with security hats said can’t sit there showed him my receipt for $90 dollars and was told to stand or leave. What a nasty disrespectful business. Next to a gas station

Went here to eat, ordered food and drinks for my booth section. Then was told only hookah smoke was allowed inside and to smoke cigars outside. Went to put my cigar back in the wrapper and was immediately kicked out with no explanation to the cause other than I didn’t fit the criteria to be there. Would not recommend to anyone that is looking to go in the future. I hope the establishment changes management or something.

My honey and I enjoyed our date night here! There was great music, alcoholic drinks were on point and the food especially the wings and fries were delicious. I'll drive back here just for a 10 piece lemon pepper or honey BBQ!

Small lounge with good food and a good vibe.. Automatically added on 18% gratuity to my bill. Paid the bill with no problem, just thinking what if this was that one time I go out on a budget and I had one too many drinks..then bam! Add 18% on without a warning lol.. But the food was good

They close at midnight, but stop serving full menu at 10p. We were there a few minutes before, and asked if they would at least make catfish tacos. They refused. Their rules cool, but my choice whether or not I want to spend my money so I opted to leave.

Went to the bar early around 5 on a Saturday for drinks and food… the bartenders are great, drinks STRONG AFFFFFF!!! The food is good, jerk wings could use a jerk sauce to go with but I enjoyed the salad with grilled chicken breast. My companion and I both ate and combined had 4 long islands and the bill was less than $100, so yea safe to say this will be our day time watering hole going forward!

Loved it here . Nice space . Great parking , food & vibes . Hookah was on point as well .. but be careful on the “refills” the girl didn’t refill it with new flavor she just added new coals I had to ask her yo correct it . Oxtail tacos were yum ! The fries are perfect .

I get asked all the time “Why do you Frequently go to Empire.” The answer is simple the entertainment is off the chain you can literally go any night of the week and have great time. Monday thru Sunday there’s always a night for you, pick and choose everything from Game night, Ladies night, Taco Tuesday, Comedy night, Caribbean, R&B and Live Band all this under one roof, and I’m not going to leave out the delicious food and wonderful friendly staff. Nice lounge! They play all types of music R&B, Rap, Reggae. They bartenders pour up a nice drink! Tuesdays, they have $2 drinks, tacos and $15 hookahs until 9pm.

Any time my out of time family comes to visit, I take them to Empire. The food is amazing the waiters are very friendly and the owners are just fantastic. I love them

I only had the suya, which was very tasty. The ambiance was great and we had fun for my friends birthday. The 1star off is due to the fact that the so called vip sections, are very close to the dance floor so much so that people who were dancing had their butts almost in our faces as we sat on our VIP table. We ended up standing the rest of the night even when not dancing. I think it was not very VIPish.

Nice chill vibe. Good mix of music played by DJ...and they had a live band covering r&b hits. Drinks on point and strong. Spent under $50 for 2 drinks and food! Karaoke on Fridays...im definitely going back.

Went on a Tuesday, tacos was good . Waitress I forgot her name but she was really nice! .. the security at the door .. was very not welcoming. no smile no nothing he makes the energy down. we need people at the door that’s going to welcome us into a good time. other than him it was cool

My friends and I were treated treated horribly by the guy at the front who had a nasty attitude! If I could put less than 1 star I would!!! I used to love this spot. It was a great place to go. There was never any drama, always had great vibes, had great food, had great employees, and had an overall great atmosphere! But the way we were treated when we went this past weekend was sad and disrespectful! I was a regular, but now I don't think I want to spend money here ever again!

Terrible!!! The guy at the front is rude as heck, We are willing to pay and he told us at 1:57 that they were closed. He shouldn’t be at the front, you’re running a business why would you all turn down money. I guess he is always mad because he was mad yesterday when we came here. Hefty fellow, He needs to be fired. I’m not sure who owns this place but the guy at the front is not someone who needs to be working the front. It isn’t pleasant coming to a place of business and they are rude, I’ll never spend my money here!!

Made a online order on November 18,2022. My order was cancelled the same day by the restaurant because they no longer served the $2 tacos. I was told by the waitress that my order was cancelled but never received a confirmation. I understand we are busy so I gave them a few days, I called back to follow up and they said the refund will be returned in a few days. I asked about the cancellation confirmation again and they assured me that order was cancelled. Fast forward to December 21st and I still didnt receive a refund or any follow up about my refund. From what it looks like I just paid this company my hard earned money for NO REASON. I need SOMEONE FROM THIS FACILITY TO CONTACT ME ASAP.

It’s a cool spot but please check your tab b4 you pay because they will over charge you for drinks you didn’t order. And swear you did. Learned this the hard way. The food and drinks are very pricey.

Empire Lounge is a great place be, with mature adults mingle. Peaceful atmosphere and friendly people. I will refer this place again and again to folks living in surrounding area and beyond. Thank you Lawrence for your help and friendly attitude always.

The food was awful. The customer service is terrible. The waitress over charged us and the manager was very disrespectful. I hate to see people being taken advantage of and I think this is the worse customer service I have ever seen and experienced. They ripped us off and I hope that bad karma will follow them.

Tucked away in Snellville, you might miss it if you don't know where you're going. Laid back, friendly environment. I was not brave enough to try the shrimp and grits. The oxtails for brunch were what I've been missing. Thanks to my cousin for finding this diamond.
