Great food everytime even 2 years later, fresh and made to order. Fries are the best! Bathrooms smelled disgusting and were filthy. Loved the Hawaiian Delight concrete mixer.

I absolutely loved the food and the overall atmosphere was great. Sadly one of the workers there, Tracy, ruined my dinner for me. I hate leaving bad reviews but her customer service skills were awful and ruined what I hoped would be a good evening. She could definitely use some more training on how to treat customers with kindness and respect!

Great burger very thin and crispy. The toppings were fresh and the service was quick. The only thing that i wasn't satisfied with were the onion rings only given 7 and one of them was not edible because it was the outside skin and I couldn't bite threw it. The few I received were tasty. Would go back. Want to try the custard.

Freddy's has a wonderful energy in both design and staff. Really capturing some of the classic Americana of burgers and shakes. My order came out with Tomato and the remake was quick wonderful. The food was great fry's do get cold fast but worth it. Tim the GM said who remade my order said a location is coming in Beaver Creek soon so keep an eye out for that. Overall great spot.

Boy Oh Boy Not a single thing to complain about. (Ok the bathroom was crusty but I ate first lol and I’ll be back it was so good.) Edit: drive thru takes forever. About 4 cars in front of us and I’ve been wait for about 25 minutes. The car in front of me literally was one person and had a small bag yet still 10+ min just for them. Life is hard these days lol fast food don’t exist fastly here. I will likely go inside next time.

This restaurant is incredible! They are SO friendly! No one looks or acts crazy. Very nice restaurant, and I believe that all fast food restaurants would be doing themselves a great thing by trying to imitate how Freddie’s goes about their day to day business. The restaurant is very clean, and I’ve seen nothing but smiles there, and this is my 4th visit!

Their food was good but their shakes were not, which I found highly unusual for a Freddy's. The vanilla had almost no taste and three chocolate had so much flavoring it was like drinking a high cacao candy bar. Maybe whoever made them was new? Their crispy chicken club was fantastic. It was hard to choose between that or a burger, because their burgers are delicious, but I'm really glad I tried the chicken club. At least I think I am because now it will also be hard to choose between the two.

Went by for milk shakes. They were alright. Freddy's employees mostly younger people but over all service was alright. They were very busy but we got our order fast.

I was a customer via the drive-thru. The person that did the ordering kept saying "is that it?" after every single item I could name. So whatever that happens maybe a bad day. Well low and behold they messed one of the burgers toppings in the order. They said they would be right back and find out how to fix it. But when they return they said it was all fixed. But lo and behold again. When we find the open up the burger we find out it was the original messed up burger. They didn't do anything. They just gave us the messed up burger and didn't correct anything. They also forgot the kids meal entirely

REALLY GOOD BURGER AND CUSTARD! EVERYTHING I'VE HAD THERE IS GOOD AND FRESH! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAST TURN FOR FOOD! CLEAN ENVIRONMENT! EASY ACCESSIBLE LOCATION! BURGER IS SIMILAR TO STEAK AND SHAKE, A LITTLE LESS GREASY!

I’ve never experienced a place so slow the people working. They will literally stare at you for 10 minutes and not ask you if you need help. They need to do a new training program or higher new staff. This place is seriously bad.

The manager is amazing and even when things aren't perfect his service, smile, and attitude keep me coming back! I also love the custard, but that goes without saying. Some of the best! Ice cream on par with Culver's though a slightly smaller dinner menu.

For my money The Best. Steak and Shake is good, In and Out is fine, there are a lot of burger places with good food. But, Freddy's gets the burger 100% right - thin crispy edges, perfectly seasoned, and meat good enough to eat without a bun. The other things on the menu are also very good (Keylime Concrete) and it's worth mentioning that the people are very nice as well. Also, it matters to me that this is a proudly patriotic establishment. That matters to me a lot actually. They have a lot of ways to make a burger for you, I would recommend you try a California Style at least once. Freddy's is excellent.

The food was very good as usual. I don't get there often but when I do, I try to show my # and get points for free things. Apparently they are changing the app and couldn't use the old one for redeeming or crediting points. The new app isn't available yet. Shouldn't you wait till a new one is functioning before discontinuing accepting the older in the restaurants? I definitely think so!!!

My family and I were looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat and we decided to try Freddy's again. The first time several years back it was just OK - nothing wrong with it, just not anywhere I really wanted to eat again. I can say with great certainty I will never go back. The restaurant was very dirty. I didn't even want to put my granddaughter in the high chair. I got a few wet napkins and wiped down the areas she would be touching but it was obvious it had been some time since any of the high chairs had been given a good cleaning. The floor was also greasy. The young man that waited on us had pulled up his shirt exposing his skin to clean off his glasses then used the same hand to hand us items we would be using to dine with. The food was mediocre but I was only able to take a few bites due to thinking about the probable condition of the kitchen that my food was prepared in and quite honestly my stomach was turning. I understand this is fast food and I understand times are tough but next time I will take my $40+ elsewhere for lunch.

I love the burgers and fries here. The food is always hot, and freshly made. I've been going here for years and unlike other restaurants that start strong and die quickly this locations still seems to be going strong. Customef service is great. The people actually seem to care about your order.

The restaurant was dirty. Tables were not cleaned off. When a worker did clean a table off, she used a napkin that shredded as she wiped. The men's bathroom door had a large black (appeared to be grease mark) in the center of the door. Bathroom was nasty. Filled a complaint with the company - they never responded. Beware of the conditions before eating their food.

Not from the area, never heard of Freddy's but if we're ever back that way we'll definitely go. Dinner was delicious and got some frozen custards for the ride home which were just as good. Service was good and the entire staff was friendly.

Had a really nice experience. Food was good. The staff was friendly. There wasn't too long of a wait to get our order taken, maybe a couple minutes. The restaurant was clean and the staff was continually cleaning the dining room as we were there.

There's so many options it's hard to choose; all of them are incredibly tasty. The cheese curds are to die for—just like State Fair cheese curds! Yum! The staff are friendly and courteous—even when understaffing is an issue. Freddy's has an almost-vintage feel, with the red and white checkered tiles, raised tables and stools—almost reminiscent of soda shoppes back in the fifties. Highly recommend.

I can't think of one time I've had a bad experience here. Food is always consistent and hot. Staff is always friendly and great with their service. Great food and great people. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. Give it a try if you want a quick bite to eat with a decent quality! Definitely worth a try!

I went to get a Chicago Dog & was very disappointed to find that it's not on their menu, even tho it's on the outside of their building. The steak burger was overcooked & burnt around the edges. The fries were good. Overall I would give the food a 3. But what brought it up to a 4 was the DIVINE chocolate malt which was near perfect - a 5 for sure.

The place was a simple diner setup with lots all of the good old red and white tiles. The smash burgers were really good and at least on par with steak and shake, not as many choices on ice creams but just as lovely! The price was really good and the service was quick, definitely rate it

The hamburgers were good. Make sure you ask for anything additional on your burger (lettuce, tomato and onions). The ordering process felt a bit unfriendly and rushed. You pay and the receipt has a number. You go sit down and wait, then go pick it up at a station. Not as friendly feeling as Steak n Shake, but The hamburgers are better, not cooked too much like Steak n Shake. Steak n Shakes milk shakes are better though. I recommend you give them a try and see what you think.

Stopped in for lunch while shopping. Restaurant was full but was able to place order quickly and got our food very fast. Burgers were hot fresh and full of flavor. I had the jalapeño and wife had the regular. I got chili cheese fries which were great. Ill definitely be back to get a chili dog. Wife had fried with cheese sauce and we shared cheese curds. The dipping sauces were great. The cheese sauce was free. This is like a better, cleaner more efficient steak n shake with free cheese sauce. Only thing is i like ranch with my cheese curds and the ranch is not good. Besides that a++++++. Also downloaded their app and got a free concrete which was delicious

I used the drive thru and the service was fast and accurate. The cheese curds were likely the best I've ever eaten any where, and the onion rings were good. I also enjoyed the frozen custard. Sadly the burgers were very bland and disappointing. It's like there was no seasoning in the meat. I didn't bother to finish it. If steak burger is part of your name, you need to better in that part.

Ordered a simple burger in the drive thru. I was the only car in the parking lot and drive thru. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich, okay it’s fresh no big deal. While I wait all the employees are standing at the window joking, they’re slow no biggie. I get my food and it comes out wrong so I swing back through the drive thru. I get told “oh I thought you said a number 7” took the sandwich back and told me “just pull up to the door”. I further waited another 10 minutes for my new sandwich. The associate walks up to my car with my sandwich and just hands it to me. No sorry, no receipt, no napkins. I come here because it’s better than other chains like McDonald’s but I am not impressed with today’s service.
