Great food less than honest employee bought 3 Green Burritos eat one realizing No Green sauce drove back through drive thru she said couldn't make new food and gave me a bag of Green Sauce and said she's the one that made them and they had the sauce SEE if you can see it in photo Lied right in my face

I've known Del taco restaurants for many years from California to Georgia oh, they've always got the same food and great taste. I love the delivery presentation on a platter rather than the box on a cheap flimsy plate. If you get an opportunity to patronize Del Taco do so you won't be disappointed.

Del Taco upscale taco restaurant great food, whenever I get the opportunity to try a restaurant that I haven't had in many years I'm more than willing to give it a shot. And this restaurant was a great restaurant Years ago and the quality of food has not fallen off. You will be happy the sit down at this restaurant great environment, and very clean food quality absolutely outstanding.

This my third time trying del taco I must say I'm still not impressed the money I paid today for the fish burrito and 2 jumbo shrimp taco not worth 18.00. make it so bad the tacos look so good just by looking at them but not much favor in Taco and burrito in my opinion to blend needs more favor. The little donut bites was good better than Taco bell on I give you that. French fries nasty not hot or warm very old and the time is 12:30 pm which is concerned to early in the day for the french fries to be old. So in my book for del Taco three strikes you're out I would not be returned.

The food was pawsum, as well as was the service, atmosphere, cleanliness, purrsonalities, & attitudes. This is 1 ov my new fav places n warner robins 2 eat ... do 2 I actually saw a youn woman on her hands & nees ... cleanin the legs ov a table (u can't find many ppl willn 2 d grade themselves bi workn like a purrson ... not like the rest who don't get pd enf & or not their job) This place d serves a 7 2 10 star r8n 😈

Would have been 5 stars if they served breakfast. I need a breakfiesta! Great location, love the 50s music. Food is fantastic as Del taco should be. But dang, no breakfast is REALLY ANNOYING

I've never tried Del Taco before. The whole order was disgusting. I ordered steak tacos which were stew meat and not actual steak. The flour tortillas were rubbery and gross. The fish taco was soggy. I took maybe one bite of each taco and couldn't even finish. Just gross.

The food is ok but the customer service is always great. Tiffany was very nice and friendly! It's always good to have a friendly and helpful person at the front! Well recommend based off the customer service 😊

For my first time there it was okish. As you see in the pic my burrito completely fell apart, it was not tightly rolled was just loose and I guess they don't seer the tortilla closed. I got the beyond beef option and if you are looking for a vegan option it was good. The veggies and avocado are cut fresh so you definitely taste that but refried beans are out of a can so not bad. My daughter got the burger and she enjoyed, loved the fries more though and my wife got the chicken tacos which she did not enjoy at all. If you look at the Pic you can see it doesn't even look like chicken. Looked more like mush. Service was good will definitely check it out again one day. 3 out of 5

Very nice and clean. A refreshing feeling of the past when customer service was important and a part of going out. The 50 cent tacos were a great bonus 😋

This place is amazing. When i come through Warner Robins, this is one of my favorite places to stop. The service is always friendly and happy to help you find the best deal for your buck. They enjoyed sharing with my sister and I about what was new and what was popular. This visit I tried the New Shredded Beef Brittia Ramen, which wasn't really my favorite. I didn't really like the flavor, so i tried the Quasadilla, and it was okay, so I learned that i wasn't a fan of the shredded Brittia.

Okay my experience was not great. First time I ever had it! Oh it was bad. I had the chicken taco with grilled chicken. The chicken was boiled not grilled and mangled up. Salty, salty and more salty. The tacos were throw together .. some ingredients not even inside the Tacos.. it was just horrible all the way around!!!

My favorite restaurant, eat there almost every day during the week. They do have a staffing issue I wish they would get fixed and I do understand what the time. Other than that their food has always been correct except for one sign they gave me the wrong size fries, but they fixed it right away and was curious about it. Thank you very much.

I just ordered a meal at the drive from Del Taco on Watson Blvd. Warner Robins, GA. I called the restaurant immediately arriving home to find in correct order, no sauce, which I asked for mild. Spoke with RUDE, UNBOTHERED, DISRESPECTFUL KYLE who identified himself as manager on duty 8/22/2023 5:52pm. He was so bold in his level of disregard and disrespect. He simply hung up the phone after I said. " okay that's what I get for ordering fast food." I called back, he replied, "okay love" after I gave him my name. Poor quality of food today and terrible customer service.

Never had it before, used to taco bell. This place blows it away. Everything is better. Food quality, prices, quantity, variety. The torta i had was amazing. Even the simple crunchy taco was great. If this place was close id never go to the bell again

The workers are friendly, the food quality/taste is what you expect for fast food, no complaints there... but damn it sure feels like false advertising when a place advertises 50% more chicken and they don't actually put a lot in there. Even BEFORE that advertisement, they started to make the food smaller. The bean & cheese burritos used to be huge, the chicken was a fair amount for the classic grilled chicken burritos....the smaller burritos, I'm not sure if that was del taco as a whole or just this location, but now, you pay more AND get less food. You can either raise prices *or* put less food, not both. This place used to be a favorite for the days when I couldn't manage to make food because of my disabilities, but now I have to find a new place I guess. It's a shame.

I tried them when they first opened and was disappointed about the lack of flavor. Thought it might just be a single bad experience or bad cooks. Tried them again a few months later and STILL tasted bland. Like it tasted as if they just browned ground hamburger meat and put it in a taco shell. Gross. Really dont understand all the hype i hear people talking about. Taco bell is 10 times better imo. Just dont go to the location on Davis dr. Its terrible!

So glad I got to eat here. Probably nothing special by their standards. But I don’t have del taco in my area. TB sucks, and I’m bummed there isn’t a del taco around me, because it’s a lot better. I enjoyed everything I had.

This store used to be great, but now it always sucks. If you go later at night, expect to be in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. Most of the employees, but especially the managers are rude.

The cashier was very nice. Excellent customer service skills!!! Then.... There was one mistake, she told them to stay instead of to go. The other employee was very rude to her and told her in front of everyone.... Get it right next time, if it's to go say it is. Don't say it's to dine in. Wow That ruined my first experience with you guys. We were pleased with the cashier. She didn't deserve that.

Their California burrito is close to the real thing, except for the bacon bits, that was something they could leave out. Otherwise the portion sizes are huge and definitely better than Taco Bell in my opinion.

Every Del Taco in my state of Missouri have all left leaving my and my wife’s family without it. Every road-trip opportunity we get we get food for everyone and it’s always a lot and confusing, but the entire crew at this location today was so amazing. Thank y’all so much for dealing with my $90 order and for the extra taco. Best crew ever! I wish y’all could take tips

I drive from Macon to eat Del Taco. The staff is always very friendly, the place is always clean, menu choices are vast, food is always fresh and delicious. There is no comparison to Taco Bell. Del Taco is the best. If you haven’t tried them, do yourself a favor and you will be going back for more. It’s definitely worth my drive from Macon. I just wish they would put one in Macon.

1st time we came here we got the Krispy chicken guac torta which is a sandwich and there there Krispy crinkle fries. They were awesome and we enjoyed them so much so when my family drove almost 3 hours down to see us I thought it would be nice to go there and pick up a few of these same tortas for us all. Bad move they gave me the wrong ones giving us BLT tortas and it was like cat food chopped up like minced chicken and the taste of canned chicken with bacon and just not edible whatsoever. The fries were soggy and though they gave me my almost $60 back after driving all the way back there it was still a huge inconvenience and my bank still has yet to even show a processing return of my money. I told the lady upon attempted return about the fries being so limp and soggy and her reply was its the oil that caused that. If that was the honest case then change it! I will never go back there again and don't recommend them at all. Not even worth the 1 star I had to give by default.

Everything about this restaurant is fabulous, I only wish there was one in my area. I stopped here while traveling and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and tidy. Parking was easy and plentiful. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly and professional. Our order was made quick and accurate. The food was delicious and better than we expected.

Food was ice cold. Salsa tastes like ketchup. People were rude and chewing gum while working with food. Spent almost 50 dollars for garbage. I will never go back.

Barely gives you any food for what you pay. Got a taco that had barely any beef in it and said they were pre proportioned and would have to charge me for more meat. Don’t know how they stay open serving food like that.
