Aqua Sana spa in Woburn is a lovely experience that is slightly let down by lack of room diversity. It boasts a huge 25 spa rooms, but many of them are copies with different scents, such as 3 saunas, 3 steam rooms and so on. There were 4 experiences we really liked, including foot spa pods, the outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Also they have wonderfully comfortable outdoor furniture and sleeping rooms that were fantastic. Our favourite spa room wasn't featured, which is heated lounge seats. If you've not experienced these they are beyond luxury. They have many loungers in rooms but while the room is heated the seats themselves were not. I'd have happily traded many of the rooms for that experience. As for the staff, we went for the day experience and we were warmly welcomed by Mags and as it was my birthday Julie in the restaurant decorated our table during lunch and offered us a lovely slice of cake. Much appreciated, and the food was good too 8/10. So in conclusion, very glad we went. I'd say while is a touch pricey it was a good experience. I'd say my favourite spa in the UK is Thermae Spa in Bath. Great value as it is naturally heated.

Whilst at Center Parcs, Woburn, my wife paid £65 per person for the Aqua Sana. This was absolutely amazing, the place was fantastic, it had such a large choice of different rooms to use & pools. The staff were lovely & it was so clean. We had all kinds of different experiences throughout the visit & was not rushed. In fact, we actually stayed for about 4 hours & made use of all the facilities. The saunas were so warm, leaving us feeling lovely & refreshed afterwards. I would certainly say that this is one of the best spas that we have ever visited.

Enjoyed the most wonderful, relaxing, luxurious, overnight spa break here. Absolutely loved everything about it! The spa itself was superb. The spa suite was 5 star. Had a massage that was really good too. Food and service were fantastic. The breaks are expensive, but an an amazing treat.

Always love going for a day spa. It is always very clean and you feel well taken care of. The food is tasty and with a day spa you receive morning refreshments, lunch, glass of Prosecco and soft drink so it always feels like good value. They do sometimes over pack it though so it can feel a bit busy sometimes.

The spa area is nice. There's plenty of sauna and steam rooms to use, a small outdoor pool and places to lay down and relax. The treatments are very overpriced, not very good and cut short, hence the 2 star overall rating. I had a massage which cost a small fortune and was less than an hour and did not last the full scheduled time. It started 7 minutes late and finished 7 minutes early. It was also all elbows with very inconsistent pressure applied. I then had a scalp massage which was also poorly done and cut short. I would recommend avoiding the treatments to avoid disappointment. The quality needs to improve and the price needs to come down. You can however have a nice visit by just using the spa areas.

One of the best spas I've been to in the UK. All Saunas and Sanariums were working when I visited and each is different enough to warrant a visit. Massage jets in outdoor Hydrotherapy pool are surprisingly powerful and really hit the spot. When I went (Monday, January, termtime) it was really quiet though I suspect it gets busier at weekends. I really enjoyed my 3 hour session here and can't wait to come again.

Went for a day spa visit. LOVED the heated salt water outdoor pool! Our favourite room was the warm room in Blossom. It has 3 cream leather looking lounge beds but look closer and you'll find 2 hidden heated tiled "beds" that are ergonomically so comfortable to recline on.

Recently visited Aqua Sana and have to say it was a wonderful experience end to end. Great options for relaxation and I came out literally floating. My favourite which was hard to choose was the salt steam room... and close second was the blossom rain walk. I will definitely return to this spa in the future.

Overall it was a good experience, however I think they’ve over complicated themselves with all the rooms. A lot of the rooms didn’t work or weren’t warm enough. I’d say only one sauna and a couple of steam rooms were great and the rest disappointing. The “sensory section” was very underwhelming!! However not a lot of spas offer free demonstrations and seminars so this was great - got to try several facial products and the staff were lovely. We had a relaxing morning but, I’ve been to better spas.

Went to the Day Spa on a day package. Driving in had to get out of the car and speak into intercom to get someone to raise the barrier, luckily it wasn't raining! A bit confusing was how to get through the hotel to find the spa. The check in was informative but left trying to remember all that was said! Then again trying to find where everything is. After that things got much better, had a lovely welcome breakfast outside on the terrace. Huge spa with lots of different themes. The pool water was delughtfully warm and went outside with lots of water jets. Lunch was very nice there was a good choice and the service was excellent had a nail treatment booked, and my friend had the hot stone massage we both loved our treatments they weren't rushed and the beauticians were friendly and professional. There was one of the themed rooms not working. Found the whole experience wonderful, we both really enjoyed our day

Loved the spa. Lots of rooms and time to relax. The 3-hour spa session was ideal. The scented and inhalation rooms weren't very scented but the rest was nice. Make sure to take your own flip-flops as they are not provided. Use if the spa is not included with treatments.

I recently visited Aqua Sana and had an amazing experience. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was blown away by the beautiful surroundings and calming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home right away. The facilities at Aqua Sana are top-notch, and I was impressed by the range of treatments and activities on offer. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the relaxation rooms, which were the perfect places to unwind and recharge. The treatments themselves were fantastic, and the therapists were knowledgeable and professional. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of energy and wellbeing. Overall, I would highly recommend Aqua Sana to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience. The staff and facilities are exceptional, and the treatments are truly world-class

Such an amazing spa. Been for a weekend trip and now a day pass (9-5) which was just lovely. We booked no treatments but there's so many rooms , and with lunch there wasn't much time! We feel chilled and smell lovely! It's on 2 floors, with an outside lovely warm pool. So many steam rooms, relaxation rooms, sensory rooms, sauna rooms, all with different themes (blossom, salt, lava etc.). It was mid-week so not too busy. Some rooms were full but on a second try they had room and there was plenty to do while waiting. They give you a robe and towel, so take a costume and flip flops (although they had cheap ones on sale if you forget). There's water when you're thirsty and showers and hairdryers when you're finished. The lunch was delicious, with our day pass we could have a panini , pasta or anti pasti sharing platter (which we chose and was delicious). Also had a breakfast pastry and hot drink on arrival which was a nice surprise! Obviously the setting is lovely in Center Parcs and with lots of parking. I haven't been to many spas but this is the best one, highly recommended.

Had a great time, was very relaxing and everyone was very welcoming and kind and many took time out to explain everything and show me around as it was my first spa experience. One nitpick: just let the guests keep the robe. After I realized we had to give the robes back, I was a bit grossed-out that I had been wearing a robe that multiple others had sweated and stewed in all day. I know you wash them, but there's a line, I think.

Me and my 3 friends are regular visitors to Aqua Sana Woburn, have been here 6 or 7 times already. Every time it was perfect, apart from a very strange mishap last time, on the 5th of May.... in the early afternoon it rained and thunder could be heard, so everyone had to leave the pool. Absolutely understandable. However, when the sun came out, skies turned beautifully blue, the pool stayed closed for over an hour! And all this time the weather was gorgeous... the was no reason to not open it, however staff have been given instructions to not let anyone use the pool until 4.45. Precisely! At 4.43 we were told we are "too early" 🤷‍♀️! Bearing in mind that Spa day guests have to leave at 5pm it was very disappointing... understandable that pool had to close because of rain & thunder, but why keep it closed for more than an hour once the weather changed to beautifully sunny? Other than that the Spa is amazing, staff lovely, food delicious and well worth visiting.

Oh wow this spa is amazing!!! Facilities are incredible, there’s so much to do, staff are so lovely and welcoming and we just had the best time (and it was so needed!) Thank you so much, are recommending to everyone and will be back!

Went here with my wife on a weekend and went for a day session from 9am - 5pm. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. As there are a number of different rooms including an outside heated pool, you have a lot of variety, some of the rooms are extremely hot and others more mild, meaning there is a room for everyone. The included lunch we had was good although the service was a bit slow considering we each had a panini and side salad but we didn't mind waiting. We finished off the afternoon with each of us having a scalp massage which we both thought were excellent. I have since recommended this spa to people contemplating it. Definitely worth visiting

A great place to relax and enjoy the time alone or together. The atmosphere is great and as it is quite place we had time ror our self, our woul and thoughts and gain energy again for the upcoming weeks. It is always a pleasure to come again. Can only recommend to do that a few times a year.

Spa was amaze! So many rooms to go in & all very different! We loved this ❤️ We paid for an hour long massage session at 6.45, started at 6.50ish and all done at 7.20, out the room by 7.30… think we may as well have paid half the price for a 30 min session but is what it is 🤷‍♀️

Good experience, we have been to the Longleat Spa which was bigger and had a few more room varieties but this Spa does have the infinity pool and salt / herbal saunas and steam rooms which were a great addition.

We are frequent visitors to Center Parcs but this is the first time we have stayed at Aqua Sana. It was simply magical. My partner and I went for our babymoon and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with a glass of bubbles and then shown around. The spa itself it amazing. So much choice and all the different experiences and rooms are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our suite was great too, with fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. It is fully equipped with two TVs, aircon and an amazing, powerful shower. We think it is pretty good value too considering lunch, breakfast, 2 treatments AND a meal voucher are included in the price. Our included treatments were great and lasted an hour. The only downside is that now we cannot go to any other spa as it won’t compare! Just means we will have to go back!

Had the most amazing time at this spa, we had a gorgeous room with a giant bath! The breakfast brought to the bedroom in the morning was a nice touch and we enjoyed it on our balcony. The spa has so many different steam rooms/saunas to go in, you could spend a full day here and it not be enough!

My daughter and i had a spa session during our recent Center Parcs stay. As always with Aqua Sana at Center Parcs the spa was lovely and had a good variety of rooms to experience. I had originally booked to take 2 of my 3 daughters but the younger one was unable to attend due to medical issues, the staff were very understanding when I discussed the situation and organised a refund for her session. Sam was especially helpful as was Sarah and Dominique - thank you

If you come here for the Spa, be warned that every other spa (excluding Aqua Sana) will just not cut it! The choices of different spa rooms, the treatments and the available facilities are just second to none - CenterParcs really have taken spas to the next level, and we will definitely be coming back! That said, we're going to need to save up a bit, as it's not cheap!!

Have the most wonderful relaxing day at aquasana woburn. So many different spas and rooms to relax in. The outdoor spa pool is great. The staff are great and really helpful. The food in the Vitale cafe is good quality and the staff are lovely helpful and friendly. This was my 2nd time going here and I look forward to returning again sometime.

I was staying at Centre Parcs Woburn and decided to book a massage for the first evening. It was the Bright and Glow full body one hour massage and it was wonderful!! I would thoroughly recommend it for anyone who wants to fully relax. The massage started with my feet and lower legs, then full leg, then back and shoulders. I was moved onto my back and the masseuse did a full facial, followed by a head massage, then front shoulders and upper chest. I was given some recommendations on products that would help my skin type, although I didn't purchase any in-house as they were way too expensive. It was a blissful experience though and definitely set me up for a relaxing weekend!

Been twice and loved it!! Was lucky to stay in a suite both times so proper lush. Highly recommend. Two full days of spa which is much better than other places. So much nicer than other spas. So much choice in spa rooms. Great facilities. Clean. Nice staff. Overall...I will be back again!

We booked for my sister’s relaxation birthday treat which includes welcoming drinks, breakfast and lunch. We arrived there, reception was poor, no drinks and no breakfast. After almost begging we were offered only coffee this was 11am. They were fully booked for lunch and we could only have ours at 3pm which was fine as we have no other choice. At lunch we waited for over an hour before we received a drink after asking for it. The services was so poor they needed a reminder for everything. The food is the same 2years ago. We felt as if we were not welcome and made our day a wasted money. It is my tired time here and my last. I thought it was bad before but it’s worse now. It is not value for money. If you can avoid it please do.

Spent an evening at the spa, such a lovely treat. It was very relaxing, a few areas were starting to look a little tired but over all very clean and comfortable. Wasn't too busy which meant there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the experience

Spent an overnight stay in a Spa Suite, which included two full days access to the spa. Lovely room, only one of eight suites, and great service throughout stay. Just not enough time to enjoy it all. It was expensive but, when you see what you get included, it's worth it. Would definitely do it again. One niggle - not the fault of the spa or center parcs, rather the customers - learn to close the sauna doors. If it clicks when you open it, make sure it clicks when you close it too!

Booked as a present for my husband. Having been here before, I was looking forward to it. We arrived at approx 9.45. We were told that we couldn’t have breakfast for at least another 25mins. Not even a coffee. Lunch slots, the only time available was 12 or 12.15. We popped back for a coffee after half an hour. Waited another 20plus minutes to get two coffees. The spa was overcrowded. One person on speakerphone to work in the foot spa room. Snoring loudly in a relaxation area, chatting loudly in a meditation room. Lunch was so crowded and loud that I physically struggled to hear my partner speak. I left lunch with a really bad headache! When I left nobody asked how our experience was, I felt the service was awful. I didn’t feel that my booking was appreciated. I won’t go again.
