Fantastic! We arrived in the middle of the night ! Car gets scanned ! Staff greeted us and told us where to go next ! I drove to lane 4 went in the room and another member of staff helped us to book car in it took minutes! Then we caught bus to the airport that fast ! An amazing business taking the stress away from your arrival and May be from a long drive ! Very well priced well organised! Well done guys !

Not a lot to say about it. Cannot complain about the price paid. You enter through a barrier that reads your registration plate. A positive is that there is always staff working at the car park just in case you are lost etc. Our flight was really early and there was still staff there directing and organising, which is good to see. The car park itself is as you would expect. Not fully tarmacked but not necessary. Although I would say to wear the correct footwear as it can be quite gravelly and giant puddles every now and then. Special mention to the bus drivers that take you to the airport as they didn’t leave you behind.

I've been using it a few times a year this place. Very good price, staff helpful and polite. I never had any damage or other concerns about items left in the car. I'm not sure what it is in the current situation about customer toilet. Shuttle bus always clean, drivers helpful. It takes about 10-15 minutes to drive from carpark to airport. On your return, if you missed your bus, you need to wait about 20 minutes for next. So it's a lot of time to grab hot coffee or snacks.

I have used this and other car parks all around the UK for more than 25 years, and I have never had a driver who had slammed the door on me like that. He saw me running towards the gate as I noticed that the last few passngees were climbing the stairs and rushed to close the gate on me. There was plenty of time for me to embark on the bus and I even politely asked if I can get on the bus. The bus driver just shook his head and closed the bus door too. Pity that you have such inconsiderate employees. It's freezing cold outside !

Not as described on website. You don't just pull up in a lane and drop your keys off anymore. Instead you get guided by several different people (poorly) about a mile or so away from where the original bus stop is. Then you park your own car and have to take your keys with you. Bus took ages and was packed. For the price it's not worth it at all. Better off paying a little more to park within walking distance of terminal. Won't be using airparks ever again.

I've used the car park at Slip End before for Luton airport, but not since the COVID outbreak began so procedures had changed quite a bit. Instead of leaving your car at a drop off point, you now park it yourself and walk to a bus stop. And that's why I've deducted 1 star: after check in at the gate, I was told to drive to the yellow area, park and then get the bus. It was 3am when I arrived, and dark! Very little lighting once you turn off the main road to park, and if you can't find a space there's nowhere to turn round as you can't drive to the next line. When we looked for the yellow bus stop, we found there wasn't one - our stop was in green. I think the road surface needs to improve quite drastically - luckily most suitcases now have wheels, but the surface is still very rough.

Great place to park, without the hassle of having to go into the main airport, which can be chaotic. I chose the self park, so you keep your keys. Easily booked online and cost me around £20, for 4 days. Easy to find, just off the M1. A bus takes you to the airport, dropping you right at the front door. The buses are frequent, I waited about 5 minutes and it's about a 10 minute journey to the airport. Would definitely park here again, to avoid the airport.

One of the best services we use when parking our car to go away with. We have used the drop and go service where you leave your car keys, we've used the park and go where you park up and keep your keys. Never any fault with the service we have used. Buses are regular to go to the airport. Amongst the busier times the buses can get full pretty quick.

I highly recommend this parking. Great prices, nice and helpful staff. Clean and well-kept buses. Absolutely a plus.

They are friendly and welcoming. I remember when our flight was cancelled for our return, my husband rang them, and they were very understanding and accommodating. We stayed three days extra due to flight cancellation. We were worried about the extra charges, which online was thrice our previous five days charge, but guess what .... it was nowhere near that at all. Thank you for your great services 💕 😊

Used this facility a few times now and we find it so convenient. No matter were you are in Luton you are only 10 minutes from Airparks. Price wise it is good but we value convenience and service more. It's situated just off the M1 at Slip End and you drive in, you are greeted by a helpful person who will direct you to the next helpful person who will tell you which zone you are in. The bus drivers are equally as helpful and the transfer to the airport is quick, slick and easy. If you miss your bus the next one is only minutes away. On your return, the bus bay is immediately outside Arrivals so no wandering/wondering around, unlike Gatwick. We really recommend this service.

Booking up and getting to the site to check in was pretty straightforward. I left on my trip feeling pretty secure that my car was in safe hands. I was wrong. I came back to my car registration plate on the top of my car with no notice as to what or why that had occurred. Upon further inspection the bolts that secure the plate were gone on one side clearing showing that some force had been applied to remove it, for what reason I will never know. Not the best thing to return to at 1.30am in the morning after a long flight with an elderly parent who isnt feeling too well. First time using them and probably the last, I recommend anyone else to pay the extra and park closer to the airport.

Absolutely first class! No hassle parking, literally just ‘drop and go’, meaning we didn’t have to pfaff around looking for a parking spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, we didn’t have to wait too long (about ten minutes) for the shuttle bus, both taking us to the airport and bringing us back. When we returned our car was waiting for us in the same condition in which we left it. Definitely a good, competitive service and definitely recommended.

Good .. straight forward when booking in .. Good ride to the airport .. I had the airparks app so could follow the bus and see where it was and how long it would be on the return .. it was all automated on the return to the parking, which was OK. I didn't pick up on the location of my car, so, a slight problem finding it in the car park. Good experience, and will use again

horrible service, dirty buses and not reliable. we made it to the bus stop as the bus was outside, waiting and with no one on it. We ran over and the bus driver, seeing us in rain, simply ignored us and waved at us carelessly to wait, even though it didn’t seem as if he was departing and had only just got back onto the bus. Also, we waited over 25 minutes on our transfer from the car park to the airport with no indication of when the bus would be arriving. The service isn’t well signposted and easily confused with other airport car parks. This service isn’t reliable, and for the price you pay, is a terrible service and needs a complete update.

Great service from start to finish. Drop off your car, board the bus to the airport. Go on holiday knowing your vehicle is safely parked and you don't need to give it a second thought. Nomatter what time your return flight you are collected at the airport and bussed back to your car. Convenient and secure. Friendly staff and a hassle free experience.

4 star here it wasn't quite plane sailing home got on the bus pretty quick but cause we where first drop it was a nightmare getting of the bus with a pushchair and cases as people jist don't want to get out of the way! And cars are parked very tightly together making it harder to get out of the space other then that on arrival we where checked in very fast and picked up and taken to the airport within 15 minutes so so going out was brilliant coming home not so good. But still would use again in the future as very convenient

Pre covid this car park was great, now Service is decreasing a lot. Long time to wait for buses on both way. This year I used this car park 6 times and it’s always late. 20min minimum wait always between buses. You really have to increase the number of buses.

Definitely recommend Alamo car hire. The whole customer service team were great!

Easy to locate, friendly staff. We arrived and midnight, bus was waiting which was good. Arrived back to carpark collected car keys and told where my car was, it was well lit up and easy to find my car. The only minor problem was to exit the carpark you had to scan a barcode that was attached to my car key, this was in my pocket and hard to get out, if I was told I needed it to get out I would have kept it in my hand.

This was super cheap, super quick and efficient. Buses were regular and through the night which was great when the flight gets delayed. Opt for flight delay on your purchase. One thing could be that they tarmac all of the parking as where we were there was just stones. Not ideal if you're in a wheelchair or have a pram like we did.

Literally what it says drop and go. Good bus service and staff were really nice. Came back to the car and everything was as it should be. Always take valuables with you. Price was not bad for the time the car was there. Booking was a bit of an issue and i don't think they offer cash back if you cancel but a voucher instead which could be an issue. But if you are ready to book and not thinking about cancelling then all in all a good service

Really good place to leave your car when flying from Luton Airport. Have used these a couple of times before and won't hesitate to use them again. All straight forward with no complications.

I booked with Airparks through Holiday Extras. The price was competitive and for me, I liked that I parked the car and kept the keys. The car park itself isn’t in a busy location which put me at ease. I followed the signs and was greeted by the security who checked my booking details and guided me through to where I needed to park. The bus was already waiting but the waiting bay was outside but it was sheltered and clean. I’d like to point out how lovely each bus driver was. Our first one actually spotted us waiting after he had already moved and he waited for us to get on. We then saw the first bus on our way back and although he wasn’t our driver, he was informative and chatty. Our final driver was chatty and just a warm welcome back! I would definitely park here again.

I went away to Turkey for 10 night there service was on point and very easy my flight was delayed by 2hrs . No issue when picking up the car the process was very easy cost was brilliant will 100% us them again and the house service runs every 15 minutes to Luton Airport

£21 for parking + £220 in "hidden fees" was the outcome of my very last visit to this wonderful place. After 6 hours waiting for return flight I thought myself what could possibly go wrong after all but this car park was the cherry on the cake - the 200€ note along with a £50 note that I've left inside the passenger sunvisor and forgot to take with me (being in a rush to get to the airport) were the "tip" for the nice "person" who had the privilege to park my car in row N. Just because the money was there it doesn't mean they were for you to put into your pocket but anyway Thank you so much for your "service" and hope I will never see you again.

I arrived at airparks with my family for the first time. I was greeted by a lovely member of staff called Rio, which was very helpful. He helped me massively by providing me all of the information I needed regarding how the whole “drop and go” parking works and when the bus leaves to the hotel we are staying that. He made our whole experience so easy.I would just like to thank this young gentleman for his help and kindness. I’ve tried calling the number on the website to give a good review but no answer.
