This specific Shari's location holds a a place in my heart. The last time I shared a meal with my Nana before she passed was here at this location. Im a truck driver so coming from LA I parked at the Pilot across the street and met her here. Now its the nostalgia that brings me back as well as the good food. I see many Nana & Papa's & Mema's here with their grandkids. Don't forget to try the delicious Pies 😋

Great service and great food with competitive prices. The staff are very accommodating with children and food is quite good. They are known for the variety of pies they have available for sale, and on a certain day, they have a promotion to get a free slice of pie (of your choice) with your entree. Mama Linda is the best!!

Has a order from cheryl who gave the worse service. No talking, no help. Nothing. Then we got our food and the eggs were not fully cooked. NOT FULLY COOKED. How is this okay. At the end she just handed the check and then continued with bad service. Very sad.

My steak was smaller than my palm and they literally gave me one bite of mashed potato’s like it sounds like I’m exaggerating but I’m not. Service wasn’t bad but the fact they didn’t realize the portion was pathetic for the price was outrageous. Pie is the only thing I’d recommend going there for. Paid $25 for this plate pictured blow and I’m a small person so little hands. Left feeling like I didn’t even eat.

3 stars because the servers were all SUPER nice and working hard... They deserve 5 stars but everythung else was a 2... the food was cold and clearly had been sitting out by the time we got it, the portions were tiny for the prices, and we waited 50 minutes for our food. Clearly understaffed. Also please tell me how you charge nearly $6 for this tiny slice of pie...

It's oneof the nicest cafe's I've been to. It's a clean, cosy place to dine in. I had delicious grilled Salmon, it tastes great. Sara, the server was awrsome & professional. Thank you !!

Megan was an absolute sweet heart. Feel like pie? They’ve got the pies! Along with some great healthy choices that for once will have you wanting more!

I would give it a perfect five, however I had to ask for my coffee twice. I do like the ambiance, it's very pleasant, the staff is friendly. Beyond all that, it seems I went on a free slice of pie day. So I got a piece of pie at no additional expense. I ordered the southwestern salad, which had a great colored picture in the menu. However what I was served was far less amazing. But, I suspect this is fairly normal with all restaurants, what you see in the menu is really photoshopped to look even better than what you get. Bottom line, I like Shari's.

I used to like Shari's but service has decreased. I sat with my friend, he left to use the restroom. I told the Hostess I was ready to order. No one showed up to take my order. I finally called Shari's on the phone to ask where the waitress was. Waitress said she thought I was waiting for someone. She said because of where we were sitting it made it hard to see us. Table and chair area. I finally ordered. Food took a long time, but not a full house and just one cook. Food arrived without his bread, she did say it was coming. I asked her again for the bread, finally arrived without butter. He asked for soft scrambled eggs and they were hard. He wanted sausage and he got sausage and bacon. My hamburger was great. Coffee had been sitting in the pot since early morning, I guess, it was very thick and dark. We asked for a fresh pot to be made. I believe we were there around 1 pm. We asked for the 2 free pies to go. Because of so many other problems i made a joke that I'd better check the pies. Glad I did... my pie was correct but his cherry pie (smallest, skinny pie i'd ever seen)was an apple pie. I let the waitress know and she seemed very annoyed and brought the cherry pie. We asked again to pay the bill. Also the table hadn't been cleaned when we sat down. I loved the hostess, very nice. Just a note I was always polite and I did not raise my voice. I only gave a $2.00 tip.

My son had his last day of chemo after fighting leukemia for years and wanted to go out for burgers and fries to celebrate. He brought his sign inside because this was such a major deal getting to ring the bell, I cannot begin to describe what he’s been through on his cancer journey. Megan was our server tonight; her and everyone were so sweet and wonderful, the food was great and we could feel so much love. Thank you for helping my son’s special day and thank you for the generosity toward us. We will come back and always always remember how amazing everyone here is.

This was quite literally the worst. We waited 25 minutes to be seated which wasn't too bad even though it was not super busy. We ordered and our food was taking a while, also not the end of the world, but my kids got their burgers which were wrong but they just ate them. The 3 adults waited for their food a few minutes later 1 burger comes out totally dry and hard then another meal. The last burger took no joke 20 minutes to come out and it was still wrong missing things on the burger. It was eaten just because we had been there 1.5 hours and wanted to leave.. The waitresses were kind but the kitchen was a complete joke. We will not be going to back again. We have never been to a restaurant and had a plate for someone come out so much later.

Had Thanksgiving dinner with my wife. She had turkey dinner and I had ham dinner. Food was barely Luke warm when served. No gravy served with ham dinner, so I waited for Cheryl our waitress to come around.... finally got ahold of another waitress to help with gravy... which she did, but by then dinner was cold. Asked for water at time of ordering and it was brought to us at the end of meal. We ended up getting to go boxes so we could take our food across the street to the truckstop where we are staying so we could heat it up to eat. Very disappointing Thanksgiving dinner. And the sad thing is... they were not that busy when we were there to be given cold food and horrible service. $50 for a bad meal.. we won't be back.

Food was great. Had to remind waitress of items included in our meal that she forgot. She also gave my husband the wrong pie. Would have had a better experience of the waitress had more help. She was the only waitress in the restaurant.

Ordered delivery- $35 worth of breakfast foods and received 2 huge hard biscuits, 1 small cup of gravy and cold food. Took 1hr and 10 minutes to receive my food. Not happy. And it's on Thanksgiving!

I understand it was the day before Thanksgiving and staff may have been short but the service was very slow and didn't receive refills on water and finally got our ticket when we were in the check out line.

On everything 👀🔥🔥😳. This breakfast/brunch combination was amazing. Everything that people said and mention about the food/quality was correct. GEEZ🤯👅🤗 Mrs Ellen (our waitress)was very nice and so sweet. Touch of southern charm 😇🤗❤️

Went in for pie and coffee. Strawberry Rhubarb pie, warm with vanilla ice cream on it It was delicious! The waitress was happy and friendly despite working her tail off due to the obvious short staff situation. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. She was a thin blonde. My sincere appreciation goes out to her

If you have the good fortune to stop and have a meal, ask for Ellen to be your server. What a wonderful human being. I believe that her sunny disposition and obvious love of life made the food taste that much better! Thanks Ellen. You are a rock star ✴️.

Overpriced meals with soggy uncooked french fries, watered down soft drinks, disgusting coleslaw, horrible music & they will ruin pie with a microwave. The 2 redeeming qualities of this establishment: 1. It's one of or the only 24-hour restaurant anywhere around this toxic conservative hell hole. 2. The tips are shared with the entire kitchen staff, not just the server which is something every restaurant should do but apparently this does not lead to better food preparation. If I had an investor I would decimate the competition for 24-hour food service in this area. Signed, bobboss#3563 or bobboss on Discord

The team here are outstanding. Everything was great. My Northwest salad with salmon was delicious. It came promptly. The server was kind and good at her work. The host was also on his game, helping during a busy time. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking, easy access for wheelchair users. The cook knows how to prepare seafood and salad. Feel free to choose an alternative dressing for the salad. The bleu cheese dressing is great. For dessert the chocolate cream pie is excellent. The buttery crust is light and the filling is creamy and chocolate deliciousness its own self. Bon appetit.

Staff was awesome, service was great! Food was tasty... great lunch on a rainy day! Would definitely recommend! *** Side note, our table was sticky, and uncomfortable, so our hostess moved us right away. Second table was sticky too. 🤔 the tables definitely need to be cleaned better, but the rest of the place seemed nice.

Wherever we travel on the west coast, we always seem to find a Shari’s. Well they didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was on par. The serving size is just enough, and everything tastes fresh to order. Shari’s has never done wrong as of yet. Check them out! We sure do!

Since most places in town close up around 9 we were struggling to find a place to grab dinner but luckily they were open much later. I opted for an omelette and hash browns while my g/f had a patty melt. We were able to pick it up quite quickly and brought it back to our room. My omelette was quite good while the hash browns were nice and crunchy. My g/f liked her sandwich and we were satisfied with the food and the friendly service that we received.

Two of us had a nice lunch. We both had the smaller plates. I had fish and chips with coleslaw, it was very good. My friend had sausage and pancakes. He was very happy, said it was good.

Long wait, could use a refresh. It's a chain diner though, you don't expect nice ambiance or good food.

Lately I have been going out of my way to get to a Shari's when getting breakfast. This Medford location did not live up to expectations. No butter?!?! Just an industrial oil spread. The hashbrowns were good. Just not as good as the last location where they had AMAZING fresh made hashbrowns.
