Very calm, peaceful place with amazing surroundings. You can walk around tea estates nearby. You can enjoy a scenic sunset view from here. The caretaker Peter will prepare delicious foods for you. He is very kind and treat his customers well. We can rate him 10/10 without any doubt. Access road to the bungalow from carpet road is not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance. But peter will arrange some parking facility for you. There are 4 large bedrooms with 10 beds which can accommodate 20pax comfortably. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom but only two bathrooms have hot water. You have to bring your own bed blankets. There is a swimming pool but need to check the cleanness of that before using it. Overall, it was a good experience, but could have been great with some slight improvements to the bungalow.

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Many eye catching scenes were there around the bungalow. The caretaker Peter was very friendly.He treated us well and he did all the things what we told him.And also the curries cooked by him was so delicious.He can cook whatever we like.The area is very suitable for the nature photographers.Nice place to stay calm and relax.We felt that we were in a botanical garden.I highly recommend this place.I can't explain the beauty around the bungalow by words.Be witness and feel it.

The best place in Kandy( Kadugannawa ) Very calm,peaceful and beautiful place🏞️.There are very big rooms and all are very clean. Mr.Peater is very friendly cook and helpful person👩‍🍳. When we want something, he never missed it and helped to do it. He did his job as very responsible person without worry about his personal matters. I recommend this place to everyone, who are lovers to nature.😃☘️🌿🌾🍃🌱

Great place to visit for a holiday with friends and family. Chilling place with a beautiful view. Their cook is awesome. And they have very large rooms with comfortable mattresses. Worth for the money!

A beautiful place to stay relax. The view is amazing. Really good for large group as you can get the whole house for 20 people. There is swimming pool as well. The caretaker Peter can cook really yummy food. You have to bring and give all the stuff to him then he will make them so yummy. They don't charge for gas, cooking as all are included to the price which is a plus point. The entry road to the property from the main road is not in good condition so if you have a low ground clearance vehicle just careful when you enter the property.

Beautiful place... top of the mount.. panoramic view... Nice Old Bungalow can stay more than 20 px. BUT, Unable to lock at least one room. Some windows are broken. There are water heaters in each rooms. But all are not functioning.. There is a swimming pool, but it is not clean. I think water circulation system not functioning.green color water and unable to see the bottom. Specially need to mention about Mr.Peter,he is the watchman. He can cook very well. but need to give some Drinks at the beginning. Sometime he trying to go over and need to handle him carefully. In our first day night there was about 5 people in the backside of the kitchen and they are drinking. When we asking about them from Peter, he said they are his friends and they will not disturb us. But we said him to stop that.otherwise it will effect to our security. after 10PM he stop to serve us and he said "sorry sir, time pass" He is a good singer and he join with us for singing hindi songs..

Very beautiful location on top of mountain. perfect mountain view & clean air. caretaker peter was cook very delicious food. Comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. very clean swimming pool. BBQ facility available here without extra charges. only one problem we have faced this place is cool than we expected

First of all, if you're coming from Colombo, don't follow Google maps. Although the distance is less the road condition is not great. Better to come to Kadugannawa and then take a right turn from there. As for the bungalow, it has some fantastic views. The weather is also perfect. You can walk around the tea estate for more fantastic views. The pool is nice and clean and close to the bungalow. So if you go as a family the bungalow and the pool have a connection. The caretaker Peter and the chef are excellent. The food is very tasty with various tastes combining for a fine meal. The condition of the bungalow can be improved though. Some lights were not working and in one bathroom the toilet seat was missing. The filter was full of ants and not usable. Some bathroom windows were broken and the ladies were reluctant to go to them. Overall, it was a good experience, but could have been great with some slight improvements to the bungalow.

Amazing location, friendly housekeeper. Peter cleaned the pool for us instantly and sent a guy to do our shopping. Later he cooked wonderful fresh vegetables with butter and fresh rice. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us. We just stay 2 night but it is s place to relax and bring many friends or family.

Beautiful. Our families, Daughter and Son, Nephews and Nieces along with Grand Children - altogether 4 generations. 23 of us. Enjoyed very well. Spacious rooms. Peter is excellent. He made tasty food. Driver quarters very good.

Beautiful place, great sunsets! Be aware as most of my friend got sick from the food/water there but the overall place was great. Washrooms need a bot of work, broken showers, flushes, etc.
