Update: Bird Paradise will open to public on 8 May 2023! Bird Paradise will replace Jurong Bird Park when it closes down in Janaury next year. It will be much larger, featuring eight walkthrough aviaries with better environments intentionally designed to mimic the different ecologies and habitats of the birds. The aviaries will be inspired by different habitats across the world from Africa to South America, to a sparkling new penguin cove. There will also be restaurant with views of a waterfall. It is set to be open to public some time in Q2 2023. Review will be updated once it's open.

A wonderful and beautiful place to spend half a day at. Get ready to be awed by the brand new Bird Park with many aviaries to walk into and get up close and personal with the feathered friends. So go 15-20 min early for the theatre to make sure you have a good preferred seat (tip:higher is better) Penguin enclosure is so fun to visit. You can see that the penguins enjoy reading the visitors and showing off their swims. Unlike the previous Bird Park, the new one has got many air conditioned rooms between each enclosure. They provide a good escape to the heat and allow you read up on some fun facts while chilling. F&B are not lacking at all (there are many outside of the park). Within the park, you get the usual snacks and drinks stations, along with some cafes. They are reasonably priced I feel. Oh play grounds too! Both inside and outside. Even a small water playground within. Lastly, bring a fan, sunscreen, wear something light, and hydrate properly!

Bird Paradise is a great new relocated Jurong Bird Park. It’s designed with detailed thought about visitor experience, family friendly facilities and selection of f&b businesses (eg Birds of Paradise). The birds now roam freely in apiaries, instead of cages. This lets them roam freely, and also provides visitors a more immersive experience. The apiaries are also all inter-connected, with air conditioned 2 door rooms that keep visitors cool and prevent the birds from escaping. There are also exhibits and information about the birds within these rooms. The aircon really helped us enjoy learning about the exhibits, especially on a hot day. Didn’t take any bird pictures, since they aren’t exactly opened yet. Stay tuned for their grand opening and do visit them. I’m definitely visiting again!

Very well designed park that puts visitors in close proximity to our feathered friends. We went on Boxing Day and managed to buy our tickets online just before entering the park. Be sure to catch the live shows - Predator on Wings and Wings of the World! There is ample parking for drivers, and enough eateries located outside and within the park. Many of the exhibits are open air so be prepared with brollies or raincoats on rainy days.

Tl;Dr refreshing open(-ish) bird park concept. Expensive. Went as part of a pre-opening special tour. The Bird Sanctuary wasn't open yet, and the penguins were still locked behind what's basically a prison compound, but otherwise the park's open walkway concept allowed us a close look at the birds that was refreshing. Honestly not sure how the park is going to control for rowdy customers who harm the birds though, plus runaway birds. Parrots often perch on railings and sometimes within the walkway itself, and there are some places where tourists can walk right up to the birds outside the path. We already had problems with a bird trying to escape through the exit with a group of us. But then, that in itself is really amazing to experience, so hey. It had better, for $48. Since it was prior to official opening, the eateries within the park area were closed except for the Starbucks ripoff cafe in the penguin area, and that charged double the Starbucks prices for a sandwich. That doesn't bode well for anyone looking to settle their meals in the park. Oh, and bring both an umbrella and plenty of sunscreen to protect yourself from the weather. You'll need one or the other, and likely both.

Prepare to be amazed by the stunning and exquisite Bird Park, a marvelous destination for spending a delightful half-day. This brand new park boasts a multitude of aviaries, offering an opportunity to walk right in and intimately interact with the fascinating feathered creatures. To ensure a favorable seating arrangement, it is recommended to arrive 15-20 minutes early for the theater. Remember, higher seats are preferable, so keep this in mind. Visiting the penguin enclosure is an absolute blast. You can observe the penguins joyfully engaging with visitors, showcasing their swimming skills and charming personalities. In contrast to the previous Bird Park, the new facility features several air-conditioned rooms situated between each enclosure. These rooms not only provide a welcome respite from the heat but also offer the chance to delve into some intriguing facts while enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. When it comes to food and beverages, there is no shortage of options. Numerous dining establishments are available outside the park, and within the park itself, you'll find various snack and drink stations, as well as cozy cafes. The prices are reasonable, in my opinion. Additionally, the park offers both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, including a delightful water playground.

Place is huge. We thought we could finish exploring all the attractions in the bird paradise, but because we went around late morning to later afternoon, and we read through everything that are being shown in the attractions, such as bird details and plant information. We also went to both the shows at the theater, so at the later part we just roughly walk through some of the areas. Make sure to go early so you can see everything, and also if you like to take photos, it will take a long time. They have many enclosure where you can be near the birds. They are huge areas where the birds can freely move around. Some of the birds are not shy and will land on your shoulder. But make sure not to use your hands to go near them, as they will use their beak and your hand might get injured. It rained after we are done with the outside viewing so we went to the penguin area to hide from the rain. The area is quite big. There's also a cafe inside and gift shop. Went during the December holidays but on a weekday. But the crowd wasn't too big. It was alright.

Bird paradise is a newly moved bird park from Jurong. This bird paradise is a very big area that hold lots of varieties of birds and events. Enjoyed every exhibition at the bird paradise- showing penguins, Australia's birds and many more. Be prepared to walk around to appreciate many sights. There are also a number of eating areas and to rest. Have fun and go early!

The bird paradise is well built for the birds, multiple f&b choices, playground, water play and viewing pods. It is wheelchair and stroller/pram accessible almost everywhere. There are plenty of other reviews that described how wonderful this park is built, so let me point out some design flaws which don't make sense.. The sheltered walkway from entrance to tram station 2 is probably just 100m if u walk in a straight line but the meandering design sheltered walkway makes it into a 350m pure walking with nothing much to see.. The tram station 1 to tram station 2 merely a shuttle service between these 2 stations to cut down the walking distance. Not for sight seeing and due to the up/down slope the tram is unable to go any faster. Probably 10km/h. There is an air-conditioned room built between every theme enclosure which makes visitors having to go through very drastic temperature changes from outdoor temperature at about 33-35'C to a sudden indoor air-con at about 20-22'C then back to the outdoor throughout the entire park. We were fortunate to have complete walking through the park when a sudden downpour came... Instantly the park was semi-flooded with water ponding starting to form up. Although it is still a new park but Drainage system needs to be improved. Hope the JBP team can work on this promptly.

The place is just amazing for the bird lovers. The park is bifurcated into 5-6 zones based on the various bird species (its a full day activity). There are various shows as well, please check the timings and plan your park experience. There are various paid bird feeding sessions as well, remember to register for them in advance maybe 2-3 days before. There is free tram ride as well, but that's like not worth the wait time.

This is a pretty new bird park which opened near the Singapore Zoo. Overall, my experience here is not bad at all. I preferred this bird park compared to the old Jurong Bird Park. Firstly, the bird park is very clean. I barely saw any traces of bird droppings anywhere despite it being the bird park. All the trails and bird habitats are pretty well maintained as well. Secondly, I like how there are many sheltered and air conditioned area in between places. As Singapore is very hot, this is a very nice addition after walking for a while in the open. There are also many toilets and water refilling area which is very convenient. Lastly, service there is also very good with staff being welcoming. All in all, my time in this bird park is not bad at all. I saw many exotic bird species. My only complaint is that I did not see any peacocks. I also did not see certain parrot species like African Greys and Macaws, although I might have missed them. But overall, very solid bird park.

This hidden gem offers an enchanting adventure for nature enthusiasts, families, and bird lovers. As we entered The Bird Paradise, we were greeted by a symphony of chirping birds and surrounded by lush greenery. The atmosphere was magical, with colorful plumage fluttering among the trees, creating a harmonious blend of nature and avian wonders. The park is home to a diverse array of bird species, each captivating in its own way. Majestic parrots, elegant flamingos, exotic macaws, and adorable penguins filled us with awe and wonder. The well-designed habitats allowed us to get up close and personal with these magnificent creatures, providing an immersive experience that made us feel like part of their world. During our visit, my friend had a truly remarkable encounter. As he stood near a parrot enclosure, one of the friendly parrots attempted to climb up his arm and perch on his shoulder. It was an unexpected and thrilling moment, leaving both of us amazed by the bird's curious nature and desire to interact with visitors. While these interactions can be exciting, it's important to remember that birds are still wild animals. We were reminded to exercise caution and not get too intimate with them. The staff at The Bird Paradise emphasize the need to respect the birds' boundaries to ensure both their well-being and the safety of visitors. In fact, there was a recent incident where a parrot bit and injured the ear of a visitor who got too close. It serves as a reminder that while these birds are fascinating and friendly, we must always be mindful of maintaining a respectful distance and following the guidelines provided by the park. Beyond the captivating experiences, The Bird Paradise is committed to conservation efforts. They actively participate in breeding programs, research, and habitat preservation, making a positive impact on the lives of these beautiful creatures. Convenience is also a priority at The Bird Paradise. Online ticketing made the process seamless, saving time and ensuring a hassle-free experience. We found the parking to be convenient, allowing us easy access to the park and maximizing our adventure. Visiting The Bird Paradise was an enchanting experience for both my friend and me. It deepened our appreciation for birds and reminded us of the importance of respecting their natural behaviors. Whether you're a passionate bird lover or simply curious about these remarkable creatures, The Bird Paradise is a must-visit destination. So, come and embark on your own unforgettable journey to this feathered paradise, always mindful of the birds' well-being—it's an adventure you won't want to miss!

A relatively pleasant experience with the birds flying around. And up close experience during bird feeding time. Do bring along a hat, sunscreen, a huge bottle of water and binoculars. Some air-conditioned areas and seats but you will likely be out in the open if you do want to see the birds. Caregivers with wheelchair and prams be mindful that there’s a lot is slopes and walking unsheltered. Check out the bird performances at the amphitheater. It seems to be the only place to see the eagles and vultures. Probably because the park if not fully opened. Not sure if the birds has enough foliage to shield them from the sun. Various birds seemed to huddle under the same tree. I don’t see many staff around guiding the guests especially when you reach the inner parts such as Crimson park where you see the flamingo. And yes, there was static on the railings. When it rains, be mindful of your steps when walking downhill/slopes as I almost slipped several times. Generally, you will need half a day to complete the park including photo taking, bird watch and food.

This is a great place to visit. Plan on spending a half a day or more here. There is a lot to see. It is child friendly and the cost of food is reasonable. See the shows they provide in the amphitheater as they are very entertaining and appropriate for both children and adults. Please note that tickets must be purchased online and cannot be purchased at the park.

Had a great experience at the Bird Paradise on a weekday afternoon! Love how you can get so up close with so many birds! The show was great too! Lots of things to see and learn there! A wholesome 2-3 hour experience easily! I love that there are many air conditioned pit stops to rest and read / learn more about birds while exploring the entire enclosure! A great place for families, kids, and / or adults!

Bonding time with my family at Bird Paradise during the Dec holidays. Entry was fast and fuss free as we had purchased tickets online in advance. Had a great time viewing the birds and took lots of beautiful pictures. The enclosures were very well organised and educational. It felt amazing to be walking among the birds. The presentations were good too as it heightened our awareness about birds that are critically endangered so that we will think twice or even a hundred times before we decide to get a pet bird.

A new and improved version of Jurong Bird Park! It was a really hot day, and as we went with our little one, we couldn’t cover all of it. Watched the 2 shows and saw the penguins! Looking forward to the official opening!

It's not a big park, so you would only need about 60 - 90 minutes to complete the park. 2 hours if you really wanna take it slow. There are air-conditioned areas after each aviary, so you can take a short break away from the sun if necessary.

I am scared of birds but this was a great experience. The aviaries are very well designed, the shows were well presented and there are so many bird species to see. The Mandai app has a planned itinerary for half day and full day route with GPS, so I’d recommend downloading the app before you get there. Just be careful of the static, do not touch the metal railings or information boards! Take note that the food court closes at 5:30pm, and food was almost gone by the time I visited at 4:30pm. The food was really expensive so please bring your own food or eat outside if you can.

Very clean! The birds were very interactive and came up to us so closely. Spent around 3 hours there, i recommend catching the shows and also be on time for their feeding sessions to catch more birds up close. Interactive and they have an app to show us a real time map and schedule. Will recommend it to my friends & family.

Went on Christmas and it wasn’t crowded at all. The bird park is huge so there’s plenty of space for everyone. There’s two different bird shows at the amphitheatre so i would recommend to check the timings of the shows, and the bird feeding times at various enclosures so that you can plan your visit around those timings to make your money’s worth. Tickets can only be purchased online, so it’s better to purchase before going. You can also get the discount from wildlife pass which is free. You can purchase tickets at the entrance as well via their kiosks. We saw that other people had their bird paradise passports (but we didn’t know where to get it), which you can stamp your bird stamps as you visit different enclosures in the park.

Surprisingly, poor toilet condition even when the place is so new. However, I still do enjoy my visits to the bird park, be it the paid entries or just to have some good ice cream, breakfast on weekends. The kids' playground in the public area is quite extensive. My children enjoyed them. One star deducted dedicated to my real shock of the toilet, really.

Truly a world class bird park where most birds are able to roam freely. The park is well designed! Visitors are able to rest and learn about birds in air-conditioned buildings between sections. This is a fantastic design consideration for Singapore's humid weather. It is also stroller friendly.

Going to open soon is a great place to visit. Consisted of eight walk through aviaries, Penguin cove, Crimson wetland having a 35meter water fall is mesmerising. Amphitheater for shows. A lot of play ground as wet play , tree top play , pangolin play, pangolin cove. Brace your hearts is going to open soon.

This was not just the best bird park I’ve ever been to, but also the best zoo. Well laid out and well signed with nice air conditioned transitions between the regions. So many birds to see and they seem so happy in their enclosures. I loved the bird of Africa and the wetlands the most.

Nice and new. Lots of air-con places to hide in if the sun gets to you. Large variety of birds but have to look hard for them. The bird show was ok. Could have had more varieties. Keepers and staff were friendly and helpful. Have a question with regards to braille that are on your description notices of the birds. There are no bumps, so wouldn't it be of little use to someone who needs them? Otherwise, I enjoyed the day there. Oh, please stay away from the railings. The static shocks are crazy and painful.

I was very impressed right from the start when I reached the bus-stop (After Mandai Road). There was a heavy downpour along Mandai Road when I was in the bus 138 on 16 May 2023 morning before 10am. My mom and I prepared our umbrellas as we thought we need to use it after we alight from the bus. To my surprise, the whole stretch of the road along the bus-stop is sheltered. There is also staff stationed at the bus-stop to welcome guests and to give directions. The walk from the bus-stop to the entrance is also sheltered all the way. We didn't have to use umbrellas at all. Thank goodness we were blessed with good weather and the rain stopped by the time we entered the park. I must say the park is very well designed and I believe it is indeed a paradise for the birds. My favourite place is the Crimson Wetlands. I felt I entered a paradise as soon as I stepped in! I thought I was in the Jurassic World movie when I watched the parrots flying freely in the area! Haha... It was an unforgettable experience and I will recommend my friends to go. ❤️😃

The bird paradise was an awesome place to be. The place was really huge and it have more than over thousands of birds there. I really love the outdoor concepts where the birds can fly freely and we can see the birds up close. Just know that you have to respect the rules and the birds there by not feeding or touching the birds. Overall 10/10 experience.

The new Bird Paradise is much smaller than the old Jurong Bird Park, but the location and transport links are more convenient. Most of the areas are connected by a cool house, making it easier for tourists to move between them. You can watch the birds up close, but remember not to touch them. The bird show times are reasonably spread throughout the day, and it is recommended to walk counter-clockwise to catch the first show to avoid the crowds. The food centre within the park is very small, not enough tables and quite expensive. There are many water playgrounds for families with children. Recommended tour duration: 5-7 hours.

Interesting concept where birds are free to roam within each themed-enclosure. Between each zones, there are interesting exhibitions, but within the zone itself where it’s outdoors, it’s less interesting, and highly depends on whether birds are around for visitors to watch. It might be extremely hot in the outdoor areas as there are few sheltered areas and trees are still relatively sparse.

Genuinely, the best animal experience I’ve had outside of African safaris. If you need to go see animals in a zoo, this place is the place to do it. Who knew birds are sooooo wonderful? Bird paradise is a lot of fun. You can really get up close with the birds. The show is also better than those in the Zoo or River Wonders. Heart of Africa is stunning - could spend all day in there. The air-conditioned egg-huts scattered around the park are really nice to cool down before heading into the next area. All in all a really nice day out with our two kids (aged 4 and 6).

Highly recommend to pay a visit to the new Bird Paradise for family or friends but would not advise for school tour especially for preschoolers. Visitors can be really up close and personal with the birds. Make sure to respect the bird’s personal space and avoid touching them. They are able to fly freely and can be anywhere. Need to be mindful and attentive at all times as they might flew past you or hit you when they take off or land Lifts, escalators and ramps are very accessible within the area. Tram is included in the ticket fee. Would suggest to bring your own pram for kids (if you have) to avoid renting in the premise which cost $18. Avoid touching the metal railings as it would have static shock. Make sure to wear something cooling and comfortable on a hot humid day as it is an open area and it can be very hot. Even the birds are hiding in the shade also. But there are different exhibition (airconditioned) rooms where visitors can cool down and take their snack/ rest while watching or reading facts about the different birds. They also have facts about the trees around the area

As usual "Birds Show" is one of the best excitement. Most of us stay back for the next show time. Amenities and facilities of the new designs & layout are very impressive. Wind blowing directions are not quite friendly as we can feel the stuffiness while strolling around the park. Ultimately, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed it so much.

Truly amazing place to see and experience birds. Mandai Wildlife Reserve has done an excellent job in building and relocating the Bird Park to this place. Such a wide variety of birds. And it's great that the birds are not stressed. There are regular bird shows at Bird Paradise and it's highly recommended to catch one of them. A great place for fun and education.

Compared with the previous bird park, the venue has become larger and its very suitable for bird activities. The design of the guided tour map is also very simple, and there is free circle shuttle bus. However,it is a new opening, the trees have not yet grown tall, and there are few shade areas…..so It will be great in two years👍👍

Awesome place to visit. I masterpiece if you love nature. It was amazing to see penguins and flamingos 🦩.. unbelievable for me.. never thought I would see these birds in real. The place is in both open and covered. There are spots in between which are closed (AC) where you can rest watch videos and have snacks, while open spots are for birds and animals to stay (no snacks allowed) . You can watch the birds for very close distance. Also you can opt (paid) for feeding of birds , that need to be precooked. This was fun and I’m an say a whole day place to visit. Also there are daily shows ( different days have different shows ) which you can see. It was an amazing experience being there. I was there during weekday to avoid rush. Excellent place to see various birds and learn about their habitats and behaviours. Just remember to go in early morning and in the evening if you dislike heat and sweat. The park can be really hot and sunny due to the lack of shelters aside from the air-conditioned pitstops between the different sections.

A very well designed habitat for the feathered creatures. The air conditioned "rest" stops between the different areas are a welcomed relived from the humidity and heat.. My visit happened to be on a weekday afternoon and that allowed us the chance to wander around in a less crowded period and enjoy the wonders and beauty of these feathered creatures. The air conditioned rest stops/dividers also provide great information about the hirds. Love the opportunity to be so up close and personal with these birds.

Very fun bird park!! Should start the trail from heart of Africa and end your journey at Penguin Cove as it is air conditioned! Think that was the highlight of my trip here. Penguins are cute too. You can also get a Penguin Bun for approx $3. Do remember to also get your pictures at the gift shop. We opted to get all our photos, so that costs us $55. It’s definitely a great place for families to visit! Everything here is clean too!

Huge bird park offering birds from all over the world. The park is divided into several themes and sections where visitors get to come close to the birds. Lots of interactive activities to do too as you go from one section and into another. Highly recommended for group of friends and family.

The bird paradise proved to be an exceptionally delightful destination, garnering praise as an extremely good place to visit. Its appeal extends to both locals and non-residents, with a recommendation to conveniently purchase tickets through the official website. What sets this locale apart is the extraordinary experience of having birds perched on people's arms, adding a unique and enchanting dimension to the visit. This interactive encounter with nature distinguishes the bird paradise as a standout destination, leaving visitors with lasting memories of the harmonious coexistence between humans and feathered inhabitants.

Love the resting area in every spot inside the park. You get to cool down before moving on to another area in the park. My kids love the waterpark EGG SPLASH. And the playground around the park. They have like 5 big playgrounds all around the bird park. Super worth it. Not to mention the wide variety of good restaurants in the park. Highly recommended.

Bird Paradise is a beautiful place to visit and great for families to enjoy. Many of the bird species were found easily except when some visitors are loud and the birds go into hiding. Be prepared to with hats/ sunscreen/ sunglasses as it is an open area. Another thing worth mentioning is the Food Central cafeteria in the attraction. The food was pretty good and well above expectations. The prices were reasonable, and members of the attraction receives discount on the prices. Definitely will visit again.

There are many kinds of birds, and today, Saturday, the number of people is okay and not crowded. Birds are basically divided into areas according to regions. The whole process is basically developed and there are few sunshades and rain shelters, so it is not recommended to visit during the rainy season. However, there are air-conditioned rest and science areas between areas for tourists to visit and rest. Still quite humane.

Bird viewing experience is remarkable.hoeever if u wanna eat at the egg splash cafe, do have some room for waiting. Even without much crowd, already waited 50 mins for 1 pizza. Terribly slow service.

Remarkable! Every little detail is so well thought through. Down to the signage and resting chairs. Cooling mist stops throughout, friendly staff, excellent facilities. I haven’t even mentioned the birds, which are stunning. This quickly became my favourite place in Singapore and I’ve been here for 8 years.

Went to the soft launch of Bird Paradise and had a pretty good time! The exhibits are quite well-designed and seem bigger than before. Only thing that I didn't quite like was that a lot of the doors in between areas were partially hidden by 'curtains' of large beads, which made it a bit troublesome to access (you would also keep having to pass between indoor areas when moving from one outdoor section of the park to another, though the air con in the indoor areas was nice as it was hot outside). I understand the purpose behind such 'curtains', even though I don't really like it. Overall, it was still enjoyable and I look forward to the full launch! I also had a lovely (impromptu) interaction with a blue-eyed cockatoo, which was the highlight of my day.

A must visit place that offers great walking experience, easy to move around by foot, free shuttle and wheelchair/stroller friendly. The aviary allows close-up interaction with the free roaming parrots and interesting chats with the Keepers. Pleasant and helpful staff to answer questions. I like the shows presentation focuses more info than making the birds performing tricks. Many food establishments inside and outside the park. Prepare to spend a good 6 hrs at the park. Download Mandai App, bring your water bottle (water dispenser available), hat and umbrella for the visit.

Beautiful and tranquil place to visit. Well designed park to accommodate birds and wildlife with clear signs to locate all the amenities. Kids love the playgrounds! Parents can enjoy a cup of coffee ☕️ while looking at their kids play. I will definitely visit Bird Paradise again! 🦅

The idea of getting close to the birds is good, however there are some areas to be improved. 1. Super hot: can't they use the same kind of shelter materials of the sky amphitheatre for the aviaries? I really want to stay longer inside the aviaries but the sun is unbearable. 2. Signage: not clearly stated, not sure how to walk from this area to another area. 3. Tickets price are not on a par with the birds you can see. It's a very small park and birds are limited variety. 4. The presentations are shallowed, just bring out the birds and give them food, that's all. I have seen better show in other countries. Its supposed to be a fun place to bring along family to enjoy, I hope they can listen to the suggestions and improve the overall experience.

It was really a great experience going to Birds Paradise. The parks are connected to one another which makes it easier to venture around. We got the opportunity to be near some of the friendly birds in the park and don't forget to watch the two shows at the park. The park is worth going and the kids will love the water play which is beside the bird show and food cafe. For the elderly, best to use the wheelchair as it is going to be a long journey ahead.

I had an incredible experience at Mandai Bird Paradise! The place is truly a paradise for bird lovers, with its stunning variety of bird species. The close encounters with the birds were simply unforgettable, allowing me to appreciate their beauty and behavior up close. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the environment was, with almost zero odors, making the visit even more enjoyable. The penguin cove was a standout feature, resembling a real penguin habitat. Overall, a fantastic place to immerse yourself in the world of birds and nature.

Purely a bird lover venue. Perhaps students may find it useful. A large community park with large netted enclosures allow bird to fly “freely”. Each enclosure is themed according to its international location. It is quite saddening to see many birds clinging to the huge nets; like they know freedom is jus beyond. Bird show is perhaps the most entertaining. Show times are spread throughout the day, 11,1 and 4 if I remember correctly. Do bring umbrella and sunglasses. Insect repellent for children will be good.

My experience at the newly opened Bird Paradise was excellent! The whole park was really spacious and nicely designed! There are different areas with specific themes which kinda reminded me of domes at the Gardens by the Bay, but with free roaming birds in it! In between these "domes" are entries and exits with air-con for visitors to take a break and rest if the weather is too warm. Because I went on a weekday so it was not crowded at all so it's was a relaxing stroll though the park which took us almost 2.5 hrs to complete! Even through I'm not a bird lover myself, there's quite a lot variety of bird species in park and it's quite lovely to see them flying freely and behaving naturally in their spacious and comfortable enclosures! The only downside is that due to the open concept of their enclosures, sometimes you can hardly find and look closely at the birds because they are all over the place lol! Overall it's a very nice bird park which gave me a "beautiful designed gardens with birds" vibe!

The new bird park is a whole lot like the old one, only smaller, but the more compact size is a plus, and the location is great, with "jungl-y" views all around. The very diverse range of birds is great fun to watch; the dark, small room with penguins, not so much, at least it did not seem like they had so much fun, whereas the birds have plenty of beautiful space to roam, just minus the usual predators. Can get quite hot, but alas, it's Singapore... It is well worth the visit overall, and the shows are great, particularly the 5 o'clock one, complete with an 'all-birds-on-deck' grand finale.

Loved the openess of the park but also means exposure to the sun more frequently (hats highly recommended). There are air-conditioned rooms for transition between aviaries, where useful information on birds are shared based on their origins. The bird shows were great. There are also many eateries to choose from and less cluttered compared to the old bird park. It's definitely a great place to spend a day with family and kids.

Loved the new Bird Paradise!! The walkthrough aviaries are a great concept and I felt like I was in the middle of forests with birds all around me. The pathways are also well designed with easy instructions to follow. It looks like there are new exhibits on the way and I can't wait to come back and see what is in store in the future!

The new Bird Paradise 🐦 is awesome! Very well designed that you can walk from once attractions to another attractions through the buildings. The bird shows were excellent. Can see plenty of food options as well. Overall worth visting

The zoo is very new and advanced, and most of the birds are in big tents, so they can fly around freely. The birds can get really close and not really afraid of humans, so it clearly shows they are well-treated. The variety of animals is huge. The shows are very interesting and requires no booking. I especially like the Predators on Wings, as they are few bird predators in the encounters. There are many restaurants, so eating is convenient as well.

You have to book the ticket and the visiting slot in advance. Weekdays are not crowded. It's an open air big cage where you walk through. Very tiring in oppressive heat which can affect your enjoyment. African section was disappointing. Very good collection of Macaws. Penguin section is small. We also attended two shows. Wings of the world had a very good presenter.

Very enjoyable visit to the new Bird Paradise. The whole enclosure is not huge but we managed to spend a good 6-7 hours (including time for lunch, 2 shows) at a very leisurely pace. Very thankful that between the different exhibits, there are air conditioned hiding spots to cool down and learn more about the birds before the outdoor sections. Toilets are easily accessible everywhere and they all have a water dispenser to fill up your water bottles. Everyone had a fantastic time! ❤️

Good place for spending weekends or good for tourists to visit here. In my opinion, I feel bird park is bigger than the previous one in Jurong East. But I feel the birds are lesser compared the previous one. The decorations and the infrastructures are great for photo-shooting. Overall, good experience here but will come again if only there is any free tickets.

It’s an improvement from what Jurong Bird park was before. Apart from the monorail that gives an overhead view, the large aviaries makes up for it. It’s good to see all the birds flying freely. I love that all aviaries are all connected to the next exhibit and there is an air-con cooled room in between for you to rest up after minutes of walking. Only issue i had was the handrails still give off static which can be quite bad. Overall still a good experience.

First time here today and I appreciate Bird Paradise’s landscaping! Got to see some birds up close and personal walking/feeding + the nice vast skies. Went to a few of their attraction sites and the one with flamingos and penguins were quite interesting! Caught one of the shows in the Sky Amphitheater - Wings of the World - it was quite enjoyable (and cooling). There are also a few resting spot areas per site. Many food options available inside and right outside of Bird Paradise. Also, Bird Paradise Bakery has bird shaped food which was quite unique! FYI be careful of static shocks from the metal handrails when crossing the bridges.

With the recent move of Jurong Bird Park to Mandai known as Bird Paradise. Overall, the venue is quite tranquil and beautiful. A nice place for people who enjoy bird viewing. The waterfall is very impressive. But, the bird show is not very interesting.

Already went twice since opening few months ago. Definitely the place to go if you love beautiful birds, of course you can also find 2-3 cute small kangaroos. Well sheltered most of the places, don't have to worry be it rain or shine. Lots of cool cabin for you to rest in if you feel the heat outside. If you are hungry, don't worry, too many good food and drinks are available inside and just outside the main entrance. A very good place for families and individuals to go.

A world class venue with well planned layouts. The park is very spacious and more than sufficient exhibits to be kept entertained for 4-5 hours. Blessed this place in this tropical heat is having an air-conditioned exhibit after every outdoor exhibit. The highlight for the park at this moment may be the penguin enclosure. It stretches for a height of 2 storeys with viewing galleries on both storeys. The bird shows are very entertaining indeed. Apart from the wonderful exhibits, there are also numerous food & beverages in the park and before the entrance. Halal options are plenty too.

The Bird Paradise is definitely well worth a visit! The newest aviary attraction at Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore. There are eight stunning walk-through aviaries (with interactive and informative air-conditioned transition zones in between) as well.

Great performance by eagles, vultures and owl. Good landscaping. Just need to add more shades... Park designers needs to come here more often with their toddlers and old folks midday to appreciate their own design. Bring your own sandwiches and drinks ... Sandwiches and cakes are $10-17. Not priced for heartlanders.

Buying the tickets online is a good idea. You may check out other platform that could give you some discounts. It was a hot afternoon but the Bird Park created stop points that have seats and Aircon for people to rest before moving to the next area of the park. The first stop for us is the penguins. It is a nice sanctuary and we like the special souvenir shop here. The children's t-shirts are so cute. After that, the walk around the park has surprises that will excite you. I especially like how the park was 'decorated' with caves, ponds and a very nice waterfall. We went for the last 5pm show. Everything is done very nicely.

Definitely a must see place, I can’t recall when I visited Jurong Bird Park but Bird Paradise is definitely a lot better experience. There are AC rooms in between the various aviaries which is great for young and old to cool off for a bit. Toilets and water bottle fill stations are plentiful so remember to hydrate. Most importantly time your visit to not miss the show at the amphitheater as that is something to behold. It took us 4 hours to complete everything including the show. Tickets must be bought online and download the app to get all info.

The park is very built with accessibility in mind. There are lots of resting spots (Air-conditioned) in between aviaries. However do not allow your children to bring their kick scooters in. Also would highly recommend to keep your hands and fingers to yourself. These are all untamed birds after all.
