Beautiful Starbucks store which really match the theme of Bird Paradise. The baristas were fast and efficient. Place was clean. And you can sit at the Starbucks store while your kids play at the play area. I recommend grabbing some iced lattes in your tumbler before heading into Bird Paradise to stay cool throughout the your visit.

Located at Mandai Wildlife West Deck level 2. Next to Forest Stream Trail and facing Bird Paradise entrance, opposite Pavilion Banana Leaf restaurant and Membership Experience. Enter was well greeted by the manager(white long sleeve shirt) with a big smile. We found a table indoors around 7 tables and there's outdoor tables too. We tried Matcha Soymilk Latte hot and ice version. The hot version is rich in Matcha and the ice version is good which my friend commented as the weather is 🌞. As for the Matcha Burnt Cheesecake is good too strong Matcha taste. There's a small miscommunication between me and tge Cashier maybe my voice is soft so she can't hear me clearly, and she just charged me one Matcha Burnt Cheesecake so I thought I have 2 Cheesecake and the manager(sorry, never take note of his name), he is kind enough to serve us another piece of Matcha Cheesecake and told us can proceed to make payment after the long queue. Is very thoughtful of him of serving us the cheesecake first.

Nice cafe that opens the earliest next to Bird Paradise for a relaxing Breadfast b4 spending a day at the park. Female staff very nice n friendly.

One of the newest and best services we encountered at this Starbucks. Special shout-out to Melody who is fast, attentive and knowledgeable. While the food and drinks menu are of starbucks standards, the services and designs are highly recommended! It’s not easy to maintain high service standards, especially chain of this size.

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks - Bird Paradise I recently visited Starbucks at Bird Paradise with my 2-year-old son, hoping for a delightful experience during our day out. Unfortunately, our encounter with the male Chinese cashier with glasses left us with a rather disappointing impression. Upon placing my order, the cashier requested that I wait, which I completely understood given the busy weekend. To manage my active toddler, I had him sit on the counter next to me. However, when the cashier returned, he abruptly mentioned not to have my son on the counter, and the manner in which he communicated this was far from pleasant. As I visited Starbucks today alone with my toddler , I strive to ensure my child's behavior, especially in public spaces. Regrettably, when my son innocently touched the visa machine, the Starbucks staff swiftly and rudely moved it, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Weekends are undoubtedly busy, but this experience contradicted the joyful atmosphere expected at a family-friendly venue like Bird Paradise. It was disheartening to encounter such an unwelcoming attitude, especially considering we were there to enjoy the park with our children. I believe customer service plays a pivotal role in shaping overall experiences, and this incident fell short of the expected standards. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive way for Starbucks at Bird Paradise to address and improve their service.

Beautiful place! It's cozy and the staff are so friendly! Glad that I came here for a meal to seek shelter from the rain.

Fast, friendly and very tasty drinks. First time we see a reusable cup for the dine-in cold drinks :)

A smile and welcome to all patrons would be a good place to start, instead, sullen and surly staff. I ordered a cake and clearly pointed to it, but when the wrong cake was brought to me. When I pointed this out, the staff on duty began to argue with me. I stood my ground, and it turned out that they had mislabeled the cakes. No apology was offered Would definately not patronise again
