Great place for a sit down family dinner. The service is good and food is yummy! Request for the table with the view - the sunset over the golf course was simply breathtaking!

dried shark fin was something I have never tried before and is surprisingly delicious and you can smell the fragrant from the small hot pot itself, beef and cod fish were very good too

The food was nice and yummy. All dishes were cooked really well. Price point on the higher side. Would I come back? Probably. Is it worth the price? Hmm can’t say for sure. The food was undeniable good though

A good experience for dinner. But it’s definitely more on the costly side.very attentive service and place is clean. The taste of the food is good but food serve is a little slow, I believe they cook every dish upon ordering. The food is very very hot when served and took sometime to come .

Over the years, the food standard has dropped IMO as they were really good in their initial few years back in 2011 when the Island new clubhouse was completed. Nevertheless, we still patronize them as the savings on the 10% service charge as member helps to defray the costs of the meal. In addition, the roast duck is nicely done - crispy skin and juicy meat on the inside. As a member's club, the service level from the wait staff is acceptable.

Fresh ingredients, taste of the original ingredients, simply steam the fresh crab with soya sauce, this require very fresh crab, and the soya sauce enhanced the taste. Another dish I like was their yong tou fu, they make their own Toufu. It was tender and the minced meat were well blend in their toufu.

Very responsive staff and good food. The lobster shashimi and porridge is exceptional. Must order the soon hock fish in 2 ways! Dont know where they got such a large soon hock, but it was so delicious that it was all finished. Excellent for special dinners in the private rooms.

The Char siu bun (the pastry one) is soooooo good. Best I've ever had. Steak cubes and peking duck are good too

Overall food tasted nice, highly recommended to order the Peking duck. Service was exceptional. Formal attire is strictly enforced. But even if you are wearing shorts, they have spare pants to put on before enter. However, food took some time to be served.

Food quality and taste are consistently good. Service is good too. The atmosphere, although can be noisy at times, is interesting, due mainly to the good views surrounding the restaurant.

The food here is excellent, very high quality and flavor is authentic and tasty. The peking duck is really good and the pancakes they used are really unique and delicious. Service is also very good even when busy. The restaurant ambience is very nice and is a great place for many occasions whether entertaining guests or celebrating family events

Refreshing environment circling by greenery. The golf course is good. Food at the café is reasonable.

Silk is a place whereby you can get away from the city crowd and dine over great Cantonese food. The quality of the food is legendary. The Dim Sum selection is broad and delicious. The service is impeccable. Never disappoint me. My family regular lunch venue. As an added bonus, the view over the greens is awesome.

Great place for Chinese cuisine. Wide selection of dim sum. Also lots of other Chinese dishes - all good, so you can't go wrong. Guests allowed but a club member needs to bring them.

Nice food good service. Had Pekin duck, crispy bbq pork bun, glutinous rice, sweet and sour pork, salted egg prawns which was a bit too filling, tofu pot with vegetables, mushrooms, truffle oil, and sea cucumber bits, duck dish, beg cubes which was a little too tough, yifu noodles, salted egg liusha buns, and crispy red bean pancakes. Reservations required, especially on weekends!

A nice Chinese restaurant within SICC, serving traditional Cantonese cuisine. Not sure if it's opened to members only since I got invited as a guest. Still the quality of food is pretty decent especially the roast duck. The meat is succulent with good flavours. The HK style steam fish was fresh but pity a wee bit over done in the wok. Else it could have been such a grand dish. Overall a pleasant and comfortable place to eat a hearty meal with friendly & efficient service. Looking fwd to my next invite, whenever that may be!😜
