Nice place to take clothes and dress. One of the places used to visit seasonally. Sometimes well satisfied and sometimes it will be normal. All types of dress materials are available in bulk and different varieties. Car parking is really impressive but bike parking area is small.

Amazing selection of clothes. Went to select sarees for a family function. takes up an entire day if u want to select for a wedding outfit. Took too much time for saree packing and to tie up the ends. We finished shopping around evening but had to wait around 3 hrs to get the saree. Had the most horrible experience with parking. They had valet parking and almost took 1 hr (literally) to get us our car back. Had us waiting infront of the shop clueless. Pls sort this issue .

Not enough chairs for the customer and in the sarees section, even If there are more than required women & men staffs- in a section where the clothes are priced at a below certain amount had expensive clothes...they could have arranged accordingly to make it easy for us. I wish I were a staff there...they're just running here and there as if they had come to a mall.

We usually purchase in Chennai silks, even for our marriage also we have purchased and experienced good customer service but now a days they are not attending the customer in correct manner. At first their service was good.. before Diwali i have purchased there, they didn't treated the customer in correct way.. even I am a pregnant woman they treated with harsh behaviour (coimbatore townhall store).. Then on Nov 17, in sree kumaran thangamaligai coimbatore cross cut road, we go to purchase gold pendant since it is a small amount no one there will come and atten us due to smaller amount... They were not treated customer in good way. Very disappointed with your service Worst experience I have ever faced

Collections for men are low. I asked a worker "where is hoodie section" and he asked me back "what is hoodie?". Thats not an issue after I explained him 'bout how it look like, He showed me the correct section. So please be kind. Once again that designs,styles,patterns for dresses are low. But cloth quality is 'just ok' for their prices.

Selection is good and we can choose the items from amongst. The Hindi speaking boy who served me is fine but I had to wait for about 30 to 45 minutes for getting a measurement tape to check the size myself. It is very bad for a big reputed textile showroom in Coimbatore. Every effort by the hindi boy to find a tape could not succeed till I expressed my anguish and asked for the floor manager and immediately I got the tape. Management to look into this matter and warn such staff. I have bought around 5 set of children's dress for my grandson on 25.06.2022

Store is good. But their own brand Zulus is really bad. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy Zulus brand items. If something happens, they don't even take your complaints. Very disappointed.

Last week 19/06/2022 I purchased 18 sarees, one saree was little damaged, so today i visited exchange purpose to oppanakara street branch, but sales executive not given proper responce, asking extra amount, and supervisor is providing to me worst behaviour, and so letharigic..
