They provide Excellent and on time service, except food,beverages and snacks as its only a hotel for residential stay and there's no restaurants in walkable distance.

Advantage of this place: Situated in very busiest downtown. Easily reachable from railway station and walkable from Bus Stop. Rooms are well decorated looks good. Disadvantage: Rooms are very compact. Water flow very slow. Door lock card now and then doesn't work. So guests take care. Of course this problem was immediately rectified after a complaint. The total common area was completely dark during night hours. This is very bad in lodges, where people can come and go anytime.

Last month my mother, sister and sisters child booked from call and reached at midnight 10 o clock. They respond kindly through call but in real they were not responded kind. This is one of the worst experience we had. This is a money minded hotel. The MD of the hotel was very rude. They not even tried to make conversation nice and was very rude. This was a worst hotel I have ever seen. This hotel was not safe for women. Don't book this hotel.

I paid Rs.1120/- for a single room. The room was below average and very compact. The bed is suitable only for below 6 feet person. House keeping was very poor and bad odour came while entering into the room.. the toilet was also not cleaned properly.. total waste of money..

It's about 10 min walk from railway station. Please donot pick this place if you are travelling with family ...torn bed sheets , corridors without light, not that clean as well . I paid around 1700 for a room..was not at all worth it . Plus they donot have good restaurants near by .

Decent rooms, located in industrial area full of hardware shops. Congested area with traffic jam. Hard to find any restaurants nearby. Charged Rs.500 extra in cash for 2 pm checkout, no invoice bill was provided.

My mother and I stayed one nicht at the Ivy Residency hotel and it was quite okay for just one night. The personel is very friendly and helpfull, they gave us tips about where to go and have dinner and where to go for our shopping and the ordered us a taxi to take us to the airport. The room itself is very small, but still tidy. The cleanliness was not up to my standards, but it was acceptable for just the one night. The location is very central and you can go around on foot and get anywhere. Thank you Ivy Residency Hotel for your hospitality and friendliness!

Rooms were okay for the price but bedsheets and towels were not clean. if you're coming with personal driver then there's no drivers room provided. infact they dome even allow drivers to use washroom. managers's way of talking was so bad. strictly not suitable for family.

We stayed here keeping in mind it is closeet to train station as we were going from Banglore. That is only a good part. Other than that, The place is not as expected. AC doesn't work very well, rooms are smaller than it looks in the pics. There is a TV only for name sake.

We stayed here for 2 nights. One of the best hotel with modern facilities in Coimbatore at reasonable price. Near to bus station. While other hotels have parking facility issue Ivy Residency provides good parking facility. 24 hours front desk available as we also check im here at 2 am. Rooms were quite small (good for a couple and wouldn’t recommend for extra bed). The people at reception spoke Hindi, English & Kannada language too. Room was clean and staffs were good especially the manager. It was located in prime place and well maintained.

The place is clean and hygiene.Service is good. Hotwater facility is available. Food is not available at the stay but they will provide food to the room if you ask them. Rooms also available for the drivers for 300 rupees . Room occupancy is only 2 and children below age 11 can be in the same room without any extra charges .If the child is above 11 they have to pay extra charges of 300 .Parking facility is also available.

The room is good but the service is not so good, when I asked for a mosquito Repellent machine, they didn't give it to me, I asked for the reason they told me that they have only less number mosquito repellent compared to their no of rooms.

Rooms are smelly without AC ON and room spray. Rooms are very small, but OK for just night sleep. Located in the center of very busy market area, if you walk around you will get everything. Dining is not there in the hotel, however there are many good hotels in walkable distance. If you book directly with hotel, you will get 24 hrs checkout option. Through travel sites, 12 noon to 11 am only.

This hotel property is located in main area of Coimbatore.I stayed for one night.The rooms wear clean and neat. It was a budget friendly hotel.

My experience there was extremely bad..When we reached there , the room was in horrible state..the sheets were extremely dirty ...toilet flush was hanging...toilet was dirty..tv remote wasn't working etc. Also, there were insects crawling around. Only the service boy was nice. He tried changing the sheets but all the sheet there were dirty. Not recommended.

The location is the highlight with car parking too. The tariff was also fair with hygiene environment. All the staffs were friendly. If you visit Coimbatore and need a location in the heart of the city go with it without any hesitation because you can reach any direction of the city quickly and return to the room quickly. And highly recommend if you came for any purchase trip.

Been there over the weekend last week. Decent hotel within the price range, the people at reception spoke Hindi & Kannada language too. Rooms were quite small (good for a couple and wouldn’t recommend for extra bed). Staff was courteous and they asked for honest feedback and very receptive of the feedback given.

Parking was horrible. Rooms are very compact and are not very clean Geyser was not working. It took 2 hrs for the people to get a new water heater in order to provide us a tub of hot water. The only positive point is people are polite here Not recommended

The location of the hotel is ok. Easy to locate. But the road leading there is a one way. So to exit, one has to travel a lot. the roads are usually very busy and pothole laden. Even though there is parking, it is not adequate. space for two hatchbacks only. parking is back to back. so we need to wait till the other person comes down and moves their car for us to get of. and vice-versa. expect calls in the late nights or early mornings for moving your vehicle. I was not confident with leaving my keys with the reception. the staff was generally rude. they don't listen to our needs. I stayed for 3 nights.I asked to clean the room on the second day and they did not clean it. saying staff was not available. there is no waste basket to put waste. hot water supply is intermittent. need to call the reception for it. tv and ac works fine. no wifi. the room I stayed was very small. but it was already mentioned in the description. so it is fine. but I expected a bit more area. it was very un conventional. will be difficult for long people. Not recommended for family. it is near bars. and there a labour camp in the adjacent building. bed was not comfortable. overall it was a very bad experience for the price paid. elevator is available though. less food shops near by. can order swiggy /Zomato. Difficult to get taxi, auto, bus or any means of transport.

Decent Rooms for the price. Parking is not convenient.You have to park the vehicles back to back. The room isn't much clean.Okish The road leading to the hotel is one way route.so expect traffic. Also, there is no restuarant available nearby. The service isn't great.They took more than 2 hours to provide hot water after informing them. The internet is for name sake. Also,your mobile network won't be available as well. I wouldn't suggest this place as nothing is convenient. I'm not sure how there are positive reviews for this place. Update review in another 30 mins. We are unable to take our car from the parking as the car parked behind is didn't turn on. Never choose this place at any cost unless you don't have any chance and only coming via Bike

Excellent service and reasonable price for all rooms. Very near to market and Ukkadam bus stand, Potties, Chennai Silks, Ganapathy silks, jewellery shops, hotels etc are very near. Hotel is adjusting to opanakkara street. Spacious and neat rooms are available at reasonable price.

Don't choice single room, bed is very small. You won't be able to sleep properly. Infact, you won't fit at all. There ACs are remotely controlled by owner and you'll have to call them everytime you need change temperature or fan speed. Cleanliness is also questionable, I was handed over used wet & stained tower. I had to request for another one. Good thing are people of this property, excellent behaviour.
