Beautiful plantation ruins right on the main road. Educational hike around the property with signs and background are a nice addition to the experience.

This was pretty good, and we also did the trail that went along with it. History and ruins geeks will love this, however we were only a little of both. The signs are sort of faded, but you can make out the words. Pretty good for something free - would recommend, but make sure you wear hiking boots or athletic shoes! Note: We went with a 10-year-old and 14-year-old, and this was pretty educational. Family-friendly!

Super cool short hike around the ruins. Come for the beach, but check out the ruins. Also don't go into the restricted area just to the west. It's not part of the hike.

Great ruins close to the road. There's a nice marked trail to walk around the area with info boards too. Also deer hanging out amongst the ruins.

What a gorgeous stretch of beach, with some of the most picturesque views you will ever come across. The nice breeze, with a constant crashing of wavesβ€”helps to make this one of the most relaxing beaches on the island.

My most favorite place on earth. The sand is as soft as powder.

Probably my favorite beach in the USVI. Perfect sand, massive beach, solid snorkeling.

One of the few very accessible big ruins in the island. The walk is only from the parking across the street. This ruins offer a small loop with a lots of interpretative signs. You will learn about the buildings, people, animals and plants in the Island. The ruins do not have a parking lot or restrooms.

Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water. The trail walk is about 30+ minutes.

Some seriously disturbing history here. These ruins really smack you to understand the past of this island, the demand for native plants and resources, damage to the ecosystem, and human trafficking and slavery. I find the history to be educational and eye opening, so I give this high marks.

πŸ‘ Beach is absolutely amazing. The underwater park trail is cool, but because there is no map it wasn't very clear how many plaques I should be looking for and how far out or around the trail went. Online it says the beach has a life guard which isn't true. When the water is calm its a super easy snor...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This park is clean with plenty to offer for kids and adults. Splash pad, playground, several picnic tables / pavilion. Great place for a birthday party. Much larger park than I expected.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This park and the trails are wonderful, especially right now in the middle of summer. It is thick and beautiful. Great river views. Great exercise trails. Please! Keep it beautiful and garbage free. Do not invade the wildlife either and stay on the trails.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Nice lake large peaceful geese. A walking trail surrounds the lake. The new ball fields are fantastic. Simple playground with seating and covered picnic areas. Great play to just pop in with a lunch with kids on a nice day or stop by solo
