So far ,except for catching a cold right after my first appointment (might have already had the bug) I have had a very good experience. Saved my molar from a root canal and the permanent crown fits and feels great. If everything continues like this , it's a big high FIVE! Great follow up and customer service, plus nice people!!!!!

Dr. Falter is very professional and very good dentist. I been going to him for 15yrs. When I saw another dentist. (due to insurance carrier)the dentist commented on the work that Dr. Falter had done on my teeth the dentist said that it was high quality work and barelycould tell I had fillings done. I highly recommend Dr. Falter and he's dental crew. Very clean environment as well. Very organized and up to date on treatment. Thank you Dr. Falter for providing excellent care for me and my family.

I come here all the time. I have a terrible fear of dental work and everything to do with it. They are understanding and let me listen to music to help calm down. Let me take a few breathers to calm my nerves. Even be kind when I breathe through my mouth even when they say to stop. They are awesome and try to help and understand my money issues. They are awesome.

It was just my first visit however, first impressions were stellar. The staff was very professional and thorough, Dr. Falter was straightforward and explained everything to a T which as a Retired Army veteran is how I want it. Thank you all for a great first impression and I’m hoping to further build a relationship with you all in the future.

I had my first visit today and was very happy with the care and thoroughness of Dr. Falter. Michelle, his assistant, was very attentive, the hygienist, Elizabeth, was excellent (and quite entertaining), and Cynthia at the front desk was knowledgeable and efficient. I greatly appreciated all of them. They all took their time. Dr. Falter was meticulous in his analysis of my x-rays and visual exam. He recommended a current treatment plan and identified concerns to keep an eye on for future treatment. He made recommendations for preventive care and periodontal health too, so I felt he was very thorough and engaged. I feel like this is a team that will really support me in keeping my teeth healthy.

They have given me a healthier mouth and a confident smile. I recommend them to everyone.

Had a three hour procedure and experienced no pain. I was allowed to view a movie during the procedure and it kept me distracted. I highly recommend Dr. Falter. 11/10 Another great procedure. I don’t normally fill out these reviews, however, the service I received from Fairway Dental was excellent. I have a lot of anxiety over going to the dentist. Usually I will put it off as long as possible, however, the care and concern I experienced from all the folks at Fairway Dental has helped tremendously. The warm and welcoming greeting at Reception was just the start. As Paula performed the deep cleaning I needed for my Periodontal Disease she talked me through every step of the procedure in a calm and soothing voice. She helped me to relax through the procedure so it wasn’t such a big deal. Dr. Falter was excellent as he was doing the work on my teeth. He was quick and thorough and stopped to talk with me when needed. When he came across an unexpected issue, he stopped and gave me all the options to fixing the problem, allowing me to make the final decision as to which way I wanted to go. At the end of the day, he even called me at home to make sure I was okay and to see if I had any questions. Truly above and beyond. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate dental experience.
