    This outlet now taking fat chances. Substituting inferior diced bacon for their bacon burgers not very nice at all. Spoilt the whole evening for the family. Seems they want to argue their case that Bacon bits is an acceptable substitution. To the owner who responded to the review for contact... Complaint was already lodged to your CS in the 9th. So why are you asking for it again?

    Ordered 11 41 food ready 11 53 great timing Soda machine no flavor in the drinks as of the syrup is running empty Customers seating nice and tidy Stuff on lunch loud and pushing in front of clients by soda machine to refill their cups multiple times. 1 gental man had 2 cups refilled about 4 to 6 times. I was sitting on the other side way from staff. I could hear them louder than the clients in front of me Food chips nice and fresh with whooper Jnr and with xtea long chili cheese Extra Nacho cheese loaded fries also happy with freshness. Let's start with the whooper Jnr Nicely wrapped can see what I'm getting was fresh unwrapped and there we go lettuce brownish yellow color Tomato is nice and fresh, and onions are also nicely cut and fresh over all tasty 6 out of 10 Nacho fries great 8/10 All of a sudden, at about 12 05, the staff in the preparation area get louder, then a school bus full of boys doing the first meeting with a bunch of young ladies But yeah, I stopped eating and was watching the show for about 3 minutes. Next, let's hit this extra Chili cheese Nicely wrapped. Good taste just too many jalapeños in my opinion, but well done 8/10 Over all Customers finish eating there, and there should be some 1 cleaning the tables or at least wiping them down for the next customer's The large seating area with orangebsteel chairs I have not yet Seen any one sit normally on them as the leg space between table and chair us about 15cm unless you going Tonto put a 2 year old there not a great seating position will come again but atmosphere and staff loudness must improve.

    Poor service! We went through the drive thru, in the front we were told to wait in the parking lot, they will bring our food. 1min the guy said... We waited 15min!! And then our food came - no drinks - no ice creams... Then we waited another 5-7min. The lady came back with our drink but apparently forgot the ice-cream. Then we waited ANOTHER 7min for our ice-creams... Really poor service!

    We ordered twice from this place and they keep getting the orders wrong!! Do they even still want to do their work??? There are lots of unemployed people out there, train people who are passionate about customer service, coz the service we get from a Burger that was once amazing is just not on!

    Every visit just a pleasure at Burger King Jean Ave. Even in busy times, service is excellent, and waiting times short to received one's order of good food. I just have good things to say for both drive-thru and in store orders.

    Not fast foods! Looking at the other reviews it seems like slow service is a consistent problem at this branch. Fire the manager. They won't see me again.

    Dont call it a drive through if I have to park every single time..... I have never gotten the food at the window. Always at the parking even right now on a small order.... Not worth the wait at all. Edit: Its been 15 mins and I am still in the parking. No food. But came to ask for my receipt for who knows what reason. Nee lekker Edit: 20 minutes still not enough...

    My first time trying burger King, I got the big king meal. The burger was huge but dry for me. The fries were yummy. I definitely want to try out their other burgers.

    Fast food is a myth now days as you end up waiting upwards of 30 minutes for your food to only receive a desiccated meal that looks like it was dehydrated for use as world War 2 rations. This was not the experience I had. Had scarcely ordered my meal which was the king of the day which only put me out R30 and it was already ready and the burger I got looked hearty with fresh onion ect on it. I did not even have to fight off a sea of online delivery people to get to and out of the place and the lady that helped me at the counter was very friendly and humorous.

    Used to be my go to BK as you could ask for a suicide whopper which would include a whopper with 6 patties. We've even convinced friends to drive all the way from Joburg to use this BK. Our last visit ruined BK for us and haven't bought any BK ever again. We ordered bacon king burgers. When we got home and started eating, besides the burgers being bland, like the meat was boiled with no seasoning or colour, something wasn't right. Took the burgers apart smelling everything, turns out, the bacon was rotten so badly and undercooked that I almost literally threw up by smelling the bacon. Couldn't eat the rest and it all went to the trash. Sad that this has happened and this has made me not even miss BK for a second as I still get flashbacks of the smell when I see a BK now.

    Food was excellent, literally ALL the tables were dirty... we had to ask one of the service ladies to assist us to clean the area. As the place was not busy, they could at least ensure that walk in customers have a clean place to eat their meal.

    Spent a load today on a big order. The taste wasn't the same....almost like old cheese taste in the burgers. Something didn't feel quite right today and a bad taste in the mouth after the meal! I'm disappointed when one is spending that much money! I think I'll skip BK for a while.

    Their service is a bit meh but they have never gotten an order wrong, what you ask for is always in the bag. Their soda machine does run out of flavours for months at end, but that comes with a customer operated machine I suppose.

    First time ever ordering from this outlet. Ordered via Mr. Delivery. Food arrived on time. However, the burgers were so small it looked like we received kiddies meals. This is in comparison to the burgers' size from a another Burger King that I purchased from just the evening before. The difference in size of the burgers is so massive, that I cannot support this specific outlet again.

    I wish I could give negative stars. Went through the drive thru. They were not very busy. They asked me to stop and wait. 15minutes later they Brough food that was cold. But not the cool drink. Then it took them an additional 10minutes to bring the cool drink. Terrible service.

    Nothing special the food is nice but nothing unique or if I can say something other than a big burger that just fills you up but nothing in it that tastes special or has a nice flavour the Mayo yes is very unique but the rest definitely would not recommend it unfortunately

    We went to Pretoria and after our business was finished my daughter in law and I went to Burger King to buy dinner for the evening. We had good service and was quickly served . I would like to compliment the Lady who served us. She was friendly and helpful.

    Unfortunately I had to edit my rating of this place. After waiting in the parking area for over 10 minutes for my drive-through order today, the customer service person comes without my order. Had no recollection of me having placed the order. Goes back in as if nothing is wrong. Eventually brings out the ordered goods

    Stood in the drive through que for almost an hour, they forgot half of my order. Had to drive back and after a massive fight, they finally gave me the missing items. Previouse times, I was told to go and wait in the Parking lot for my "drive through" order. So if you want to sit in a parking lot and wait for your drive through order, only to get half of your order. Go to Burger King Jean Crossing. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

    The food is of good quality most of the time. The service is usually quick. The pricing is a bit steep for the portion sizes, and the chips would be better if specially made and not pre-made mccain chips.

    Guys be aware of going to this burger King. There are robbers there that are waiting to grab your phone and run away. I literally have someone that just grab my phone and run away tonight . The security is a big issue there and the staff there can't do anything. I have reported to the police and open a case. I will also put a charge to this burger King as they cannot provide a safe environment to keep people safe. The car guard is useless because I think they are part with the robbers. Please the owner of this burger King and the manager be aware, I will never go there again and I will speak to my lawyer about this. Apparently what we heard from the employee that this didn't happen only once. It happens weekly!!! So what the heck!!! If you cannot provide the safety environment for the customer to sit in. Please close down. I am speaking not just because hate. I speak for the sack of people's safety and truth and truth only Kind regards. Sunny

    Large parking, drive thru hardly ever has a que. Conveniently located just off the highway so you can grab a bite etc. as its located within Jean Avenue Crossing.

    Wednesday, 26 October 2022 17:07 I went through the Burger King drive thru at Jean Crossing today, and I never in my life have experienced such bad customer service. When I went to pay, I asked the lady to use a voucher, and she was being rude and difficult, she told me I should have told her that at the intercom, now she has to redo it. She had a deep sigh, and made a big deal about sometime we didn't know we had to say at the intercom. How in my life by breathing air could I have know that I need to tell her that at the intercom when just last week there was no problem with us doing it at the window. At least she could have told us that in a nice way without making noises and having this attitude. The specials that they advertise are also false, because we ordered 2 barOne ice cream's and both looked strange and one of them was half empty. When I launched a complaint to the manager, they didn't seem bothered to help us. I will not recommend anyone to visit this burger king, due to poor customer service.

    Very disappointed in our order today, we ordered a beef family meal. The 2 cheeseburgers thay came with it had no cheese on only a beef patty. We also ordered 2 BBQ dip-pots & when we came home there was nothing in the bags. Was looking forward to a good burger king meal.

    Slow is an understatement. Queues of people waiting for orders, customers inside the store and Mr delivery drivers all very frustrated at the delayed orders. Order 2704 - 19 November 2021 :take away. Wet floors that weren't attended to while it was raining, a customer slipped and fell, luckliy they weren't injured. First and last experience for sure!

    Damaged cold food just arrived after waiting for a hour: 4 October at 9pm Chips are stale and unedible. We had to heat the food in the airfryer to try and eat it. It didn't save it at all. What we couldn't stomach tonight: - 2 x portions of chips one being nachos cheese - 12 x chillie cheese balls - 8 x Mozerella sticks - 6 x chicken nuggets The Chilli cheese balls was EMPTY. See pic. No cheese and basically oily dough. So gross. I tried opening half of them - just ended up being nauseous. The milkshakes were filled 3/4 and it was MILK. Over priced and bad quality. Very disappointed. R500 wasted tonight.

    On evening of 2 august, I stopped at this Burger King, to buy dinner for my family. After taking my order, I was told that my food is still being prepared and to wait in the parking lot. I waited for 30 minutes, and still no food. I got out and walked to the shop. At first they didn't know what I was talking about, then found my order sitting on the counter. Needless to say, I was not pleased. The food was also cold by then, really not worth the money.

    I went to the drive through and was very disappointed about the service and the quality of the food. I ordered 3 bacon King medium meals. There was hardly any bacon on the burgers and the little that was there was all in the middle. Was not even packed out nicely 🙄

    Horrible experience in the drive through!!! We were asked to pay twice because of a system error even after I showed the lady the transaction went through on my banking app. Only once we started to question the situation she confirmed we can go to the next window to collect our food. Once we received our food we noticed it cold and the burgers looked old. The buns were dry and the cheese shriveled up on the patty. Disgusting!!! The cheese in the mozzarella sticks were hard as well. That place will never see us again!!!!!!!

    The person behind the counter was unfriendly. I had to take a small cup for the cold drinks because they didn't have medium cups in stock. The french fries were cold and old. The peri-peri chicken burger was at least tasty.
