    Very poor quality of food. Was not cooked nicely, came without sauce and was dry. Did noteet my expectation. Took it up with the manager and his service was poor to say the least. He went to the extent to say i must check my own food before leaving the store, as it isy responsibility and not theirs. I will support Nando's but not this one, will drive to mall@reds which is also halaal. Advice to you as well.

    Also had a bad experience, terrible attitude of staff, horrible food, no QC. I drive past them to go the Rooishuiskraal. Learnt my lesson, don't want to lose my money.

    Ordered a strips and spicy rice with halloumi and feta … on a Wednesday…and end result was FOOD POISONING. Stay away from this place that clearly doesn’t follow food health and safety standards.

    Their staff gave our delivery order to the wrong driver so we lost our order. When i called the staff hung up. And eventually when the manager answered she denied the order taking place despite the fact that the driver is literally in that store at this moment. And then she hung up the phone and refused to answer again. Very unprofessional staff

    Waited for more than an hour just to deliver a single item on an order. This is unacceptable. Called the store, confirming that I will receive a call back. Never happened, had to call again, and they were unable to confirm the delivery time of my order. The excuse being the driver got lost during delivery. I do not live more than 5 km's from the store. You will not receive an order from me again.

    This is the third time this store has got my order wrong. Yesterday my order took 2 hrs to get to us. I love Nandos unfortunately when you adress issues with customer care nothing gets done unfortunately. The food standard from above store has also gone down drastically. I got a call from the store manager after I made over 5 calls to nandos customer care & the store. Will never support this store again. I have spoken to your manager, spoken to customer care a few times ,nothing gets done. Promises only. Your manager wanted to give me a free salad lol. Who keeps their till slip? This order was done through your call centre. Spending R400 a time for only two people is alot . I'm done with this outlet. Have supported plenty but unfortunately a mistake made once can be overlooked but 3-4 times in a row. 😥 Gave then a go again yesterday....another problem...management did call & offered to rectify.

    Placed my order at 19:35... ETA was 20:25... we called the call center and was told that the driver left with the food a while ago. Called back 30 minutes later and they decided to give us the drivers number. He said that he has a tyre puncture and would be another hour. We had to drive to where he was and collect the ice cold food. He could have told the branch about the problem but did not. Terrible service.

    This Nandos sets the bar for me. I first visited because the one closest to me (Jean crossing) was closed (closes 8pm), and what a great experience. We arrived at 2045, and at no point did we feel any attitude etc from the staff. They were still friendly, despite almost time to close, and they prepared the food with exceptional dedication, regardless of the time. The food was absolutely delicious, extra sauce, chicken was moist, amd everything tasted fresh. This branch should really train or at least educated the Jean crossing branch on food preparation and customer service. Although so close in distance, these two branches are miles apart in terms of food quality and customer service. From now on I have chosen to drive a little further to Nandos Eldoraigne, as in all my visits, I have never been disappointed.

    Seating could've been a bit more spacious. We ordered pita meals with extra sauce they sent our order out exactly they eat we wanted it and food was yummy.

    The quality of the food here is not the same as before, we ordered take away this week, the chicken was very dry despite asking for extra sauce, the wedges were hard, and we got the wrong pieces of chicken .

    Personally felt violated and uncomfortable as I had the server come stand next to me whilst I was using the condiments provided, once done using them, he asked me which one did I use, I was very perplexed and showered and surprised and in that moment I showered him I used this bottle of sauce in which he knew already and said no that wasn't it, soo I picked up another bottle and said perhaps this one, he then grabs it from my hand and proceeds to the kitchen area, not sure the reasoning but thats not how u treat clients, its sad that it comes to this but I will never enter that branch again. This is not a way to treat paying clients.

    Consistently horrible service. Whether you choose Uber Eats or pick up, this Nandos is always messing orders or making you wait for an hour only to then cancel your order entirely on Uber Eats. I enjoy Nandos food but DO NOT order here. They do not have the ability to deal with the demand and have always disappointed.

    Placed an order. Recieved at 17h30...a meal short on the order. Call the store Jacqueline promised a 8min delivery, even the delivery guy laughed and said you know at least 30mins Ma'am. 2hrs later cold, hard, no sauce for for the bin! Why because they made a mistake and disnt want to pay the delivery service. No courtesy call and now, no one is answering the landline!!!!

    Horrible Service... Paid for items that was not delivered...they promised to call me back and to deliver the next day, nothing happened.. When I called and asked to speak to the manager on two seperate occasions, he was busy and has never contacted me..When i asked one of the staff members what happened to my items I was told that they will add it at no charge to my next order... When I mentioned that I won't order again, they said, well that's all they can help me with... And there is nothing they can do... So its ok to take my money but not deliver.... Terrible customer service,..Won't ever purchase from this Nandos again..

    I'm never buying anything from here again I ordered a kiddies meals and the juice didn't come with but it's on the slip when I called into report the issue the guy said he will call me back until now he hasn't called me back because they don't care about customer service however I will never support this Nando again

    Got served by the manager. Great guy, wonderful service, but the food today was below par to say the least. It was done very quickly (+/-4 min), which we appreciated, but the potato wedges were not cooked through, some raw inside, chicken flavour as ordered was not extra hot, just mild, asked for extra sauce, but ya no, it was skimped on. The rice in the chicken and rice bowl was undercooked and again, they skimped on the extra sauce ordered . This is 1 of the better Nando's outlets, but today, I was disappointed 😞

    Very dissapointed!! Ordered 6 single chips instead gave me wedges and all other food was dry no extra sauce even after telling them 100 times to add sauce. Also i was told that it will be delivered in 1 hrs instead it took 2 hrs.

    HORRIBLE , staff not up to scratch at all , order incomplete , dirty tables, in no hurry to sort out mistakes , service is pathetically slow , cannot be called service !! Noisy , hammering on the preparation tables, the urinal in the men's toilet is as high as the washbasin , not everyone is that tall !

    The delivery service at this nandos is such a joke! They have poor connectivity so sometimes the orders don't go through. They don't deliver and when you ask for a refund (which you are very much entitled to) they are unable to process it as they need the finance department. And the food is so inconsistent.

    Worst Nandos i ever been to! You never get your full order, always something missing! Today i got my Haloumi Bowji without the Haloumi, .. unless you willing to drive back for half your order check everything if ordering takeaway. Ache mathata a nandos!

    On Saturday my daughter my son and myself went to nandos on Saxby Avenue..for a restaurant thats not cheap,surely everything should be in working order...the ladies toilet door don't even close even after forcing it close there's still a gap that's left open.. imagine a 11 year old girl that needs to use the bathroom with a door that's broken..I had to stand at the door the whole time just to make sure no1 else enters or looks in it....we understand that things break and fall apart as its used but to leave it like that un atended not professional at all...nandos on a whole is not cheap anymore

    Nandos food is always delicious although hugely over priced. The chicken is grilled so it's a healthy option. Their spicy wedges are amazing with the perannaise sauce. They have some specials on their full chickens from time to time.

    A few things, Eldoraigne: Your deliveries on Uber Eats keep getting delayed and delayed, this has been happening for a while now and as I order admittedly rather frequently I can pick up the trend that this service is getting worse and worse. Nandos in general: Your Festa Fries are delicious, but absolutely drastically over charged for the value you get. It's so little food for so much money, it's a shame, and makes one feel very cheated when you open the container. Please increase the fries, or reduce the price. That being said, a lot of Nandos meals are very pricey for the amount of food you get. I love your food though, this is just some feedback to maybe give you some insight for improvement. Thanks!

    You close at 21h00. We were trying to order at 20h42. With a shop full off people you do not want to serve us... because you are closed. And people at the grill busy preparing food. And your answer is ... I think we are closed.
