This another example of the new Nando’s layout and design, with loads of seating and a drive through. This is well located in Jean avenue. Access is easy and there are loads of parking. The food was wonderful and the staff very helpful and friendly.

I think Nando Drive thru hate me or something. Second time getting bad service. Apparently those are Potato wedges. Can't even explain the disappointment. They potatoes look old or they were made or defrosted. Won't mention the warm close to being cold meat with no flavor. Asked for lemon and herb, but the meat is blant, no salt at all. The rolls with pure butter on the rolls. The garlic roll is like bread with butter.😔😔 Come on Nandos

Had lunch at Nandos flawless transaction and the ladies were courteous and knew what they were doing! Service was great & overall very nice experience. Highly recommended!! Came here again this time around, the wedges were cold, Had the worse coffee (cappuccino) of my life!! despite the fact that I asked them change it twice!😬

We tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday. We requested lemon and herb flavor,well the chicken was flavourless,dry&disgusting to say the least,if you dont have the sauce the dont ask "what flavour?"🙄

Ordered the quarter chicken, hot. Was tough and almost seemed as if there was no sauce added at all, really bland. Won’t go here again :(

The wings were very nice but some were not well cooked. The guy that was taking my order was nice but it seemed as if he struggled to hear me. Otherwise it's a nice place to relax for a bit👌👌👌

I've been here since 7.30pm at the drive through. It is now 8:11pm, I am STILL at the drive through WAITING. I have not received my food. What type of a drive through takes almost an hour??? This is absolutely unacceptable!! We have not been given a reason as to why it is taking so long.

Waited for over 7 minutes to be served; with no one attending to customers; eventually when I got assistance I had to wait for further +15 minutes for an order that I placed via the Nandos app. Big ups to Centurion Lifestyle branch; I never experience any hassles with my online orders. The chicken was bit on the smaller side, but still quite flavourful. They can improve the portion sizes

I paid for Nandos but got Raw chicken that was smothered with a Flood of Lemon sauce. This is so inconvenient as you would have to now drive back to bring back an item that should've been prepared correctly when all i wanted was just a decent meal

The peritato salada needs to be better prepared it's the second time i go there and the peritato salad it's not the way i always buy. But apart from that the food was nice.

Always friendly and efficient service. Can get very busy around 6.30pm. Food consistently good and we have never had a complaint about the quality.

Fortune helped me the first time I ordered take away I ordered 2 pulled chicken sandwiches with a side just to find out the order is incorrect... Today I paid for 2 pulled chicken sandwiches just the sandwich and a small portion chicken livers ...I paid on 2 cards R107 on the one and R50 on the other one just to find out that they only gave me one sandwich and one portion of chicken livers ....when I talked to fortune he did not want to help me or give me the other sandwich even though I explained to him and showed him the R50 slip and then the R107 slip I ordered so R50 you can say was basically stolen from me .. I think this is very poor service and I will never order here again

The chicken is always tasty. It never gets packed inside. I guess we all love drive thru these days

The worst prepared Nandos I had. After my first experience of dry chicken, I requested extra sauce on my second try, however, there was a little sauce on the outside whilst the inside was terribly dry. The cook does not use sauce while preparing and needs to be trained to prepare Nando's. When I received my meal from the waiter, I requested a bottle of sauce to which he pointed it out and asked me to get it. The waiter also killed my appetite as his pants was midway below his waist showing off his underpants. Please can you gusy address these issues urgently.

Had lunch yesterday with a friend and was assisted by given. Whilst taking our orders he seemed very distracted and not very keen on assisting us. He then botched up our order as i specifically asked for a roll which he didnt seem to care about as the meal came without the roll. I had to get up go ask him abt it, go sit down still no roll...got up asked him again he didnt seem apologetic at all. Worse service i experienced thus far at any nandos. Whats sad was his lack of empathy, this guy should never be allowed to work front of shop, one gets the feel that its not his business and he doesnt care. This attitude is certainly not good for business. Wont be going back

Food is good. Friendly service. The drive through is a park and wait usually other than that no complaints!

I didn't visit though, Google! Nando's is good, only because God has blessed its founders, people, business, good and services and now too its online presence from the beginning. When was Nando's founded, Nando's Jean Avenue? Have a look online. Sharp!

At drive through, we received only 2 of 3 meals paid for and no sauce with churros. Reported to customer care - no reaction.

Poor communication, waited in the parking for 20 minutes after having to go through the drive through for only 2 milkshakes and 1 portion of Churros. Won't see me again.

I enjoyed my full chicken well cooked and served in a within 5minutes was sit in enjoying my meal. Thanks to the ladies chefs ur the best cooker guys, delicious food was...🥰

Overall the food is good, however, many times they don't have certain popular flavours or menu items and this isn't communi aged at the start of the drive through, once you get to the window where you order this is where you are advised, at this point you can neither reverse out nor use an alternate lane to exit the drive through. It happens way too often for a busy establishment such as this one. It is however the only thing I can fault them on, other than this it is a good place to dine out at.

Fantastic food as always. Do yourself a favor and get MR D or Uber eats cause the actual staff at the Nandos itself are not great. Order confusion and a hell of a long wait.

My experience was unfortunately not so pleasurable. The music was extremely loud, making difficult to eat there. The food itself was okay, however we requested for extra sauce on all dishes and there was barely even the normal amount of sauce that's usually given at other branches.

The food was great,but sometimes Nandos Mild flavour is not the same across different Nandos's. I ordered Mild and it came out just chicken 🐥 with no mild sauce

The lady at the front desk is awesome. Reims are nice and spacious and there's a smokers option yeah pretty awesome.

Very convenient parking right near the entrance where l walk in to order and then pop in to the well stocked Pick n Pay while l wait. Friendly service everytime in a neat and clean space, where my order is always taken and served correctly. They also sell a small selection of beers and ciders. Have yet to experience a mad rush or crowds which makes it a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended.

Why call it a "drive through" when we always have to wait for the order in the parking lot - creating new traffic. Ridiculous service. The guy infront of me actually decided he is fed up with waiting now and walked into the store. Not one car got their order directly from the drive through tonight. It would've been more understandable if it was actually busy... but it's not. Rude staff as well. The lady walked outside now delivering more meals and I asked her to check on my very plain order.. "huh, its coming". Yes... while you even have my order number, right? So done with this Nandos.

Update: I went their since others were also going to get food. I was firstly told to park in front of the door to get quick service even though no one else was in the drive way. The service was so quick they forgot to fully cook my chicken, after complaining a insincere apology from the manager was given and nothing more. It has been a few times that they have left things off my order. I have also spent 40 minutes waiting in the drive thru for my order of which they came back four times, the original excuse was that the wrap strips were not ready but then the guy was confused thinking he gave the wrap already. They also always take the slips at the collection so when they tell you to go park you’ve got no way of telling them you’re order is missing.

Nandos at Jean Crossing has the worst service. First you have to wait 30 min in the drive through then when they give you the order and confirm it at the window they still give you the wrong order. One should think they should get the order right after half an hour wait. How can some one spent money and get the wrong food and not be able feed your family. Worst shop ever will tell everyone I know to avoid this place 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Disappointing!!!! I did a take away and I got served a Pita with hardly any sauce and hardly any filling. It’s frustrating to pay so much for a meal that’s just been thrown together.

Absolutely rubbish on UBER EATS. Twice they didn’t sent the order I placed & sent me bag full of butter( what you expect me to do with it ) didn’t sent 1/2 chicken , didn’t send chips, didn’t sent milli ( robbed me twice ) NONSENSE 16/9/2023 Reply to the owner- since a customer can’t reply back to owners reply which is actually cluck up. You think I’ve got such an extra cluck up time to find the receipt from garbage & send to clucked up customer care. I wasn’t expecting a reply to my review ( imagine that how cluck up ur service is ) & women like me who’s spends 1000’s in a day don’t give a cluck about getting refund!! Wanted to bring into someone notice as this cluck happened twice. How about talk to ur management team!! & how about u visit my bakery shop 72A doringkloof mall & lemme show u how service is done. Not a big business as Urs but a 26/ year old knows how to run a business - Cluck up !!
