Great hotel, fabulous pricing. Gracefully furnished and impeccable. Friendly staff.

They’ll try to charge you for every single tiny thing they can, from the towel being too dirty, to bringing a friend over in the afternoon for a drink by the pool. The rooms are terrible and lack outlets. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom at night. Finally, customer service is really bad. The restaurant took almost an hour to bring our food and they had only 3 busy tables. I’ll never be back

Staff is very friendly. Because the initial appointed room was dirty, I got the presidential suite. But the room had many maintenance problems. Lights were not functioning. It took seven minutes before the shower had hot water. Worse was the discovery of the wet electric light switch with in the shower. I was so shocked that I asked for a room with a safe shower. Unfortunately also here many maintenance problems. definetely not the five-star hotel which they tell to be.

Good hotel.but internet sucks wifi

Despite the good treatment, I didn't have Wi-Fi, and also no power plug beside the bed.
